Abstract

The purpose of study 1). To determine whether there is the influence of the use of reflective learning approach learning on learning outcomes of Islamic Education in SMA Plus Negeri 17 Palembang, 2). To determine whether there is the influence of the use of a reflective learning approach to learning efficiency of Islamic Education in SMA Plus Negeri 17 Palembang, and 3). To determine whether there is the influence of the use of a reflective learning approach to the attractiveness of teaching Islamic Education in SMA Plus Negeri 17 Palembang. This type of research is mixed-method research with experimental approaches. The research sample using random sampling techniques, the sample is the class XA numbered 25 people and XD grade students who numbered 25 people. This research is experimental, then the class XA and XD divided into 2 groups: group A and group B. Group A was used as the experimental group. Data collection techniques that test, interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques using testing via a t-test and three grooves through data reduction. Based on the results of research and discussion, first, the use of the reflective learning approach affects the learning outcomes of Islamic Education in SMA Plus Negeri 17 Palembang. It is seen from the results of hypothesis testing "t" obtained in the calculation (ie the = 2.212) is greater than tt (both at the 5% significance level is 0, and the 1% significance level). Second, the use of reflective learning affects the efficiency of the learning of Islamic Education in SMA Plus Negeri 17 Palembang. This is consistent with the learning efficiency indicators are usually measured effectiveness versus time used by students or teaching costs (time spent on teachers, costs incurred to design and develop learning. Third, the use of a reflective learning approach effect the attractiveness of teaching Islamic Education in SMA Plus Negeri 17 Palembang. It can be seen from the results of interviews and in accordance with the indicator measured the attractiveness of the tendency of students to continue learning.

Abstract

Increased professionalism of employees or teachers can through education and training (training). Religious Training Center (BDK) Palembang is one of the training institutions that play a role in improving the competence of the Civil Service in the Ministry of Religion. One of the trainings held in Palembang BDK is the Distance Education and Training (DJJ). To find out about how the implementation of the Training Distance in BDK Palembang in this study were DJJ mathematics teachers Madrasah Aliyah (MA) at the Training Centre of Religious Palembang, researchers examined in depth by conducting research that aims to determine the effectiveness of the education and training distance and factor Factors that support and hinder the effectiveness of distance education and training of mathematics teachers MA in Religious Training Center Palembang. The forms of research used in this research are descriptive qualitative combined with quantitative research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the overall analysis of data showed that the implementation of the Training Remote math teacher Madrasah Aliyah at the Training Centre of Religious Palembang less effective, although in terms of aspects of input demonstrate this activity is quite good, from the aspect of the implementation process and the output shows that the implementation of the Training Remote math teacher Madrasah Aliyah in Religious Training Center Palembang less effective. There are several factors that affect the implementation of the Training Remote math teacher Madrasah Aliyah Training Center Religious Palembang, which is a computer lab in the Training Centre of Religious Palembang, applicants did not meet the requirements of knowledge, especially in the control of computer/internet, and participants are often constrained in accessing to the website DJJ so they often failed to send assignments and other interactions with a tutor. In addition to inhibiting factors, there is also a contributing factor is the organizational structure of committees and a clear division of tasks, and financing of the activities from the beginning to the end of a dependent DIPA Religious Training Center Palembang. Based on the findings of the above study, it proposed several suggestions namely Training Center Religious Palembang to be able to immediately fix the computer labs that exist both in terms of infrastructure as well as the ingredients and potential participants Training Distance should prepare in advance about the knowledge of information technology and communications before they enroll as participants Training Remote so that the implementation can follow the learning process is well-meaning it can also increase the competence of teachers themselves.

Abstract

Active learning, creative, effective and fun in the Arabic language lessons in elementary school performed Islam al-Furqan Palembang with the problem is the implementation of active learning, creative, effective and fun in learning Arabic in elementary school Isam Al-Furqan Palembang, and Implications active learning, creative, effective and fun in learning Arabic and uncover Advantages and drawbacks in active learning, creative, effective and fun in Arabic language lessons in primary school Isam Al-Furqan Palembang. This research is a field that seeks to collect data with a qualitative approach and collected through observation of all activities related to the research, documentation also performed well against some archives Elementary School Isam Al-Furqan Palembang, data is also collected through a series of interviews with language teachers Arab. The triangulation in this research is triangulation sources that can compare the results of interviews with the contents of a document in this study. The data collected is then analyzed by descriptive qualitative, ie by reduced, dikatagorisasi, classified, and further described in accordance with the research problem. The research found that, Applying (PAKEM) in Arabic language lessons in primary school Isam Al-Furqan Palembang, implemented on the indicator. This can be seen from the implementation of indicators on active learning, creative, effective, and fun in learning Arabic. Lessons and implications (FAKEM) on Arabic in elementary school Isam Al-Furqan Palembang, either in facilities, learning tools, learning infrastructure, learning resources and instructional media, environmental regulation, the classroom setting, and activities, as well as the learning environment has created a fun learning atmosphere. In (FAKEM) has advantages and disadvantages in the Arabic language learning in primary school Isam Al-Furqan Palembang, it is seen from its superiority can provide freedom in learning and makes the classroom atmosphere is dynamic and alive, where each teacher and students equally active, where each teacher and student same- equally active. And weaknesses, teachers can not always active, and teachers also have not been able to properly condition the classroom, and teachers do not understand the nature of the student.

Abstract

Principal study in this research is how the effectiveness of school leadership and the factors that influence the effectiveness of school leadership in SMPN 2 Palembang? Departing from the background that there are teachers who do not go to class when the bell rings (lack of discipline), the principal less attention to the performance of teachers and staff, did not reprimand the teacher error. Supposedly the principal has six ability namely, the ability to coordinate, conflict resolution ability, the ability to establish communication, the ability to motivate and mobilize the staff, the ability to build staff, and the ability to build a working relationship. This type of research in this thesis is qualitative research is to explain, describe, and outlines then are drawn conclusions about the effectiveness of school leadership and influencing factors in SMP Negeri 2 Palembang with seven informants headmaster deputy head of the curriculum, the deputy head of student affairs, deputy head of facilities and infrastructure, the deputy head of public relations, administrative coordinator and teacher. The data source consists of a source of primary data obtained from the first source that principals, representatives, administrators, and teachers while secondary data sources such as books and school documentation with respect to this research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. After the data is collected and examined its validity and validity, then edited, then the data is classified in accordance with aspects of the problem, and then simplified, presented and conclusions drawn and the results obtained. This study uses analysis techniques Miles and Huberman and triangulation so that the problem be viewed from different angles, from different sources, problems, and methods of collecting data. The research results show: First, the effectiveness of school leadership in SMPN 2 Palembang is effective. The effectiveness of school leadership is viewed in terms of the ability of coordination, conflict resolution ability, the ability to establish communication, the ability to mobilize and motivate staff, develop staff capabilities, and the ability to build a working relationship. Second, the factors that influence the effectiveness of school leadership in SMP Negeri 2 Palembang is a friendly personality, wisdom, empathy, courage to face the challenges, and being able to choose the leadership style according to the situation.

Abstract

Portrait of teaching in junior high school (SMP) State 7 Prabumulih less to optimize the development of the capabilities of learners, both concerning the idea, feeling, and intention, as well as learners, lack the opportunity for critical thinking, logical, creative, and innovative. The research reveals the problem of how the planning process, implementation, and enabling and inhibiting factors Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) on the subjects of Islamic Education (PAI) in SMP Negeri 7 Prabumulih. This article is the result of research by the author in the first semester of the school year 2012/2013 in SMP Negeri 7 Prabumulih. These results indicate that the SMP Negeri 7 Prabumulih already implemented models Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) on the subjects of Islamic education in SMP Negeri 7 Prabumulih accordance with the procedure determined and the learning process that consisted of the initial activities, the core, and the cover is in conformity with the preparation of a pre-planning and previous learning.

Abstract

Nowadays, supervision activities still tend to be oriented to the supervision of the formal aspects-administration. It makes the atmosphere of a partnership between teachers and supervisors less created. Even psychologically, teachers felt burdened with the thought to be assessed. In fact, supervision activities will be effective when there is no feeling depressed replaced by an atmosphere of service delivery are informal. Another fact that many emerging is the implementation of supervision as nothing but nothing. This is the basis of the writing of this topic, especially on the application of the principles of supervision of teaching in order to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers and the factors that affect the implementation. To explore these issues, conducted a literature study. Data were collected from references theoretical and the results of studies into similar themes. The data are then analyzed Descriptive qualitative in order to obtain an overview of nature and facts about the implementation of the principles of supervision in schools. The results of the analysis and interpretation suggest that the principles of supervision of teaching has not been fully implemented and not lead to the provision of assistance and professional guidance to teachers of religion, especially to overcome the problems of teaching they face. The supervisor only occasionally conduct classroom observations. Likewise individual guidance, group discussions, and supervision activities of others, still very minimal. Some of the obstacles in the implementation of the supervision of the teaching are to time constraints, the ability of the supervisor, motivation supervisors, and teachers Low, as well as psychological barriers and structures.
