Abstract

The education unit level curriculum is the operational curriculum to be implemented by the madrassa, in drafting the curriculum is delivered in educational institutions or madrassa. This study aims: to obtain a description of the implementation of the curriculum in MTs.N Muara Enim and o obtain a description of the supporting factors and obstacles for the implementation of the curriculum in MTs.N Muara Enim. The study measures used by the authors in this study is qualitative. Researchers started from one stage to the next. This type of research is the field of survey research methods. Data collection techniques are observation, documentation and interview. Notch researchers in qualitative research than as planners as well as implementing a data collection or as an instrument.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the problems that exist in the SMA Terawas, namely; First, that educational success is only measured by the excellence of cognitive and barely measure affective and psychomotor domains, thus fostering character and moral neglect. Secondly, the shortage of school hours is just 2x45 minutes/week for Islamic Religious Education provided in schools. The shortage of teaching hours is certainly not going to be able to attain moral guidance. Facing upheavals, the school principal in completing this task to occupy the position of manager, which regulates the management in solving complex problems, then the necessary managerial functions principals who have a strategic function in determining the change through policies that become the authority of his duties, especially in realizing the program religious. Therefore, the focus of the problem in this thesis are (1) how the planning function principals in realizing religious program in SMA Terawas. (2) How the function of organizing principals in realizing the religious program in SMA Terawas. (3) How the function of the principal driving force in realizing the religious programs in SMA Terawas. (4) Any religious programs that have been realized in SMA Terawas through the managerial functions of the principal. (5) What are the barriers to exercising their religious program in SMA Terawas? This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection tool in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. Source of data used are primary and secondary. While data analysis using descriptive analysis Miles and Haberman interactive concept through triangulation. The analysis in this study revealed that: (1) In the institutional principals have done a managerial role as a figure who has always supported activities, exposing every activity, and the role of entrepreneurs in developing religious programs through a breakthrough and a big idea. The school principal also has to optimize the managerial functions through planning designed together with the overall school program, organizing the whole of existing resources, and the ability of the principal to motivate subordinates, as well as cooperating with various parties in realizing religious programs. (2) The religious program has been running well it is characterized by SMA Terawas pioneering in the use of Islamic dress (hijab) become compulsory clothing in the school environment. Likewise, infaq program is the forerunner to the construction of mosques in the school environment that makes SMA Terawas as the only public school that has a mosque in Musi Rawas. (3) The realization of religious programs in the SMA Terawas, a serious effort is jointly and positive support from all components in the school. (4) There is still limited awareness of some students of the importance of fostering the values of faith and piety become a bottleneck implementation of religious programs in SMA Terawas. With these results, it is suggested for further research to conduct research about realizing a religious program at the school through the managerial skills of principals.

Abstract

The quality of education of a nation will determine the future of the nation itself in the sense that education is a very important requirement in determining the future development of the nation. The superiority of a nation is no longer characterized by the abundance of natural resources, but the benefits of human resources. Its quality is positively correlated with the quality of education, and quality of education is often indicated by the condition of good, qualified, and all the components that should be included in education. These components are the inputs, processes, outputs, staff, facilities, infrastructure, and cost. Deterioration of the quality of learning outcomes of students is not only caused by a lack of motivation to learn, lack of parental supervision, or weakness on the part of the teacher, but the factors that influence is strong enough madrassa management improper use and is not appropriate. To that end, one of the efforts to be made in improving teacher performance is through the optimization of the role of headmaster. Headmaster as a driving force performance improvement teachers are required to have a vision, mission, and extensive knowledge and adequate professional skills in planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision of education. In addition, the staff is required to have the ability to build harmonious cooperation with the various parties concerned with the education program at the school. The ability headmaster of course will also influence the performance of teachers in performing the task. One indicator of the performance of the headmaster is assessed on the basis of competence and performance of duties and responsibilities.

Abstract

This research is a motivated rampant reality educational process that tends not to appreciate humanity (read: nature) learners. The students are forced to learn the material in the pile of the stiff and tense atmosphere. As a prolific scholar, preachers, and education practitioners, Yusuf Qaradawi offers a prophetic character of the concept of education (according to the spirit and the prophetic mission) and humanist scattered in various works. The approach is sticking to the principles of Islam which provide convenience (Taysir). Such an approach, later known as edutainment. Unfortunately, the ideas of education that students appreciate nature has not been widely applied in the learning process in educational institutions of Islam. Therefore, this study aims to determine the nature and characteristics of the prophetic education Qaradhawi based edutainment and its relevance to other educational concepts. The primary data source in this study a variety of texts Yusuf Qaradawi and other relevant texts as secondary data. This research type literature (library research), data collection using the documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis. Because this study examines the thought leaders, the content analysis technique was used. From the analysis, it was found: (1). In essence, education to the spirit and the prophetic mission (read: prophetic education) is part of the effort to prepare students for the teachings of Islam in their lives properly. Thus, Islamic education is a part of Islamic da'wah should provide ease and convenience to students. The implication, as the prophetic educational purposes in line with the objectives of Islamic law (shari'a maqashid); (2). edutainment-based education characteristic prophetic form: the aim of liberating learners of oppression, the approach nature, a process that involves learners actively, integrative curriculum, competent educators and learners developed in accordance with the nature of humanity; (3). The concept of edutainment-based prophetic education relevant to education based on spiritual and moral values with the humanist approach to develop a critical educational model of participatory education that frees the perpetrator of dehumanization. Therefore, it negates the concept of modern education patterned positivistic but still appreciate the professional education management by exploiting technological progress.

Abstract

Hyperactivity is a term that is found in a child's personality, which sometimes makes parents and teachers upset, resentful, even angry especially those for those who do not have adequate knowledge about it. Consequently, in addressing parenting, neither by scientifically, but it is done with conventional approaches. Hyperactivity can be distinguished by tuna barrel, although the two terms are equally present in a child's personality early age. Hyperactivity has its own characteristics in many aspects of behavior, as well as a tuna barrel, should have a fundamental understanding of the two can provide solutions to overcome them. Knowing the cause of its emergence into something that is very important in dealing with a hyperactive child. But if it has happened, then understand parenting should be given to children is much more important before addressing the symptoms of his hyperactivity. Parenting with a variety of patterns, such as the theory Baumrende consists of three kinds, namely authoritarian, permissive and outoritatif is an alternative in providing services addressing hyperactive behavior, although a specific strategy by a teacher who is personal can be adopted, and is something that is no less important, especially in modifying the behavior of a child. A strategy that in the psychology of learning termed hyperactive children trap behavior.

Abstract

Headmaster of school / madrasah is central to education. Headmaster as a facilitator for the development of education as well as executing a task laden with hope and renewal. The role of headmaster of an educational leader is indispensable. Madrasah development and learning is progressing very significant, one cause may have been implementing the concept of instructional leader by the headmaster. Because of this, this paper aims to determine how the concept headmaster as instructional leader in improving the quality of learning. The school headmaster as instructional leader can achieve the goal of improving student learning and success in the first way, helping to divert attention from teaching to learning; second, creating a shared goal among teachers about the spirit of third student, using the data with the aim that the teacher is able to develop the education of students both as individuals and groups, fourth, providing support to teachers by providing training, instructional media and support needed to help students in achieve success. and fifth, align curriculum, instruction and assessment.
