Abstract

This research have been done onusingwild-typebacteriaand endomycchorhiza; oil bacter1 (Pseudomonas sp., Alcaligenessp., Flavobacteriumsp.,), Oilbacter2 (Bacillus megaterium, Alcaligenessp., Flavobacteriumsp.)and endomycchorhiza biounpadin oily sludge phytoremediationdose30%, 35%withplantsengon(Paraserianthes falcatariaL.Nielsen). The study was conductedwithan experimental methoduse a Completely RandomizedDesign(CRD) with 4combinationbetween the consortiumof bacteriain different doses with 3replications.The mediumused is amixture ofoily sludgewith soilandsandin the ratio2:1. Mediumiscompostedfor 1month, then plantedsengoninoculated endomycchorhiza aged1 monthand leftfor 8months. The parametersanalyzedwere:biosurfactantproduction, oil content/TPH(Total Petroleumhydrocarbon(%),the population of bacteria/TPC(Total PlateCount) (CFU /colonyformingunits), pH, humidity(%), infectionendomyccorhizapercentage(%). The resultsupto 8monthsshowedthat thecombination of consortiumof oilbacter 1(Pseudomonas sp., Alcaligenessp., Flavobacteriumsp.,)dose of35% oily sludgeproducedbiosurfactant0.332g/L, decrease ofTPH 37.09%, endomyccorhizainfectionin plantssengon26.67% -36.67%, population of bacteria 2.67x 106CFU, pH ofthe mediumfrom 5.1 to 6.3and70-83% humidity of medium.

Abstract

The reality view of some Moslems today in regard to Sufism is conservative, old-fashioned or even something which is not comes from Islam. On the other hand, modern life which is characterized with materialism, rationalism, and hedonism not only brings positive value to development of science and technology but also negative effects to human being. Human life becomes empty and detached from spirituals values. Eventually, acts of worship (Ibadah) that Moslems perform merely just a ritual that does not impact positively to personal piety or society. Therefore, revitalization of Sufism is aimed to reinstate the importance of Sufism for Moslems life with understanding the nature of Sufism itself. The essence of Sufism is to present Allah in every aspects of life. Commencing with learn to love, then improving the quality of life by loving something which is the most entitled to be loved, which is Allah. At the same time the interpretation of Zuhud is going through by putting into effect on daily life as a way to get the best place in the Hereafter as well as Allah's approval.

Abstract

Computer and multimedia technology is currently the center of attention, especially in gaming applications (games) with features a realistic 2D and 3D, making it very popular with the kids, especially elementary school level and equal. This happens in teaching and learning in schools, these students are only given during the learning materials through the teachers without going through an interesting instructional media such as multimedia application. Currently there are many students who have difficulty in understanding the subject matter, one of which the Arabic language lessons. Complexity of the material provided by the teacher to the students through a book is still sometimes difficult to understand, especially by students who have background can not read the Al-Quran.Learning Arabic in principle easier when accompanied with supporting media such as the application of learning the Arabic language, so students have the motivation, because the learning system is not monotone so as not to cause saturation and also help a teachers in delivering the material.Design of the application of learning the Arabic language can be used to assist students in learning the Arabic language with a written description, drawings and two language understanding (Arabic and Indonesia). Applications have been tailored to the needs for learning, and performed testing using black box method. The test results stated that all needs can be met entirely defined. Concept used in learning the Arabic language is a multimedia-based.

Abstract

Makalah ini menyajikan hubungan antara alat optimasi numerik yang diaplikasikan pada investasi dan teori preferensi, menggunakan fungsi risk avertion, dalam pembentukan portofolio optimum proyek.Proyek memiliki ketidakpastian yang tinggi dihubungkan dengan return atau keuntungan investasi. Oleh karena itu perlu dicari alat yang dapat mengidentifikasi dan mengurangi resiko.Lebih jauh makalah ini menyajikan CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model) dan teknik analisis resiko yang diaplikasikan pada proyek sehingga terlihat integrasi antara CAPM dan analisis resiko melalui teori preferensi menggunakan fungsi utilitas dan konsep ekivalensi kepastian.

Abstract

The study was aimed to know the effect and best usage level of neem leaf extract on rice bran to life number of Tribolium castaneum and weight loss of rice bran. The research used an experimental method. The study used Completely Randomized Design with four treatment neem leaf extract that R0 = 0%, R1 = 2%, R2 = 4% and R3 = 6%, each is repeated five replications. The result showed that neem leaf extract usage up to level 6% on rice bran providesa realimpactto life number of Tribolium castaneum and weight loss of rice bran, and used neem leaf extract on level 6% to givelife numberof Tribolium castaneum and the lowest weight loss.

Abstract

Inulin is prebiotic polymers mainly comprising of fructose units in wich are bond by a β(2-1) glycosidic link and typically have a terminal glucose. Inulin can be extracted from natural source. At this research, inulin’s extraction from dahlia root produces yield of inulin 3.99% and onion (Allium cepa) with yield of inulin 0.2%. Extract of inulin from dahlia roots has 3.9% reduce sugar, 7.0% cold water solubility, 1:1.4 water binding capacity and result of TLC analysis shows retention time Rf 0.50. Extract of inulin from onion has 2.5% reduce sugar, 10.5% cold water solubility, 1:1.1 water binding capacity and result of TLC analysis shows Rf 0.49. Extract of inulin at concentration 437.8 ppm both inulin from dahlia root and onion are able to influent Lactobacillus casei strain Bio 251 there are 52.6% and 48.1%. Synbiotic that containing extract of inulin, both inulin from dahlia root and from onion with minimum concentration 434.8 ppm can be inhibited Salmonella thypi that is one of bacteria causes diarrhea which values 94.6% and 91.4%, respectively.

Abstract

Anthracnose is a major disease that causes low productivity of red pepper plant in Indonesia. Anthracnose from Colletotrichum genus as the main cause of damage to the red pepper. This study to determine the response of red pepper to the infection of Colletotrichum capsici and C. acutatum. The experiments are conducted using a randomized block design with two factors and two replications. The first factor is the two species of fungi that cause anthracnose disease of C. capsici and C. acutatum whereas the second factor is 18 of genotype number of red pepper. The results showed that the development of C. capsici on red pepper are seen from the average of diameter growth of lesions more rapidly than C acutatum. The red pepper with genotype number 10 is the most resistant and genotype number 12 is the most susceptible to C. capsici infection.. The red pepper with genotype number 16 is the most resistant and genotype number 7 is the most susceptible to C acutatum infection.

Abstract

In the bioethanol production process of waste generated that is equal to 90% of the fermentation solution. With the vast amount of waste is the waste treatment process becomes very important, one of which is to process into livestock woof. The solid bioethanol waste containing cyanide (HCN) 5.8177 mg/kg, water 95.21%, ash 0.39%, protein 8.16%, crude fiber 5.45%, crude fat 2.06%, and carbohydrates 83,94%. The processing solid bioethanol waste into livestock woof can be done by utilizing the existing fungi on solid bioethanol waste. Crude fiber (cellulose) and carbohydrates are a source of cellulolytic fungal. Cellulolytic fungi can degrade the role of organic materials contained in solid into bioethanol waste so that the source of highly nutritious livestock woof. This study aims to determine the types of mold and fungi cellulolytic isolates contained in solid bioethanol waste the potentially in processing bioethanol waste into livestock woof. The research was conducted using the descriptive analysis method. The medium used for culturing the fungus and isolate the medium Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA). Fungal isolation conducted by using dilution series and pour plate method and identification with the Moist Chamber method. To find out cellulolytic fungi using selective medium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) and identification of fungi made to genus level based on macroscopic and microscopic characterization. In this study obtained 10 isolates of the fungus from the genus Aspergillus sp 1, Aspergillus sp 2, Aspergillus sp 3, Aspergillus niger, Cladosporium sp, Mucor sp, Penicillium sp 1, Penicillium sp 2, Rhizopus sp and Trichoderma viride. The results of cellulase enzyme activity assay showed that 9 from 10 isolates of the fungus has the capability of cellulose degradation. Isolates that largest produce the enzyme cellulase is Trichoderma viride, Penicillium sp 1, Cladosporium spand Aspergillus niger.

Abstract

Updating curriculum is a strategic and dynamic activity in order to increase the quality of education in all educational institutions, especially at university. The study is focused on updating curriculum at university as it is as a strategic educational institution and determines the preparation for qualified people in society. Besides, there is a right of owning the autonomy in educational organization. Many ways can be done by colleges when they want to update their curriculums, such as by using system approach. If this way is used, the colleges are able to conduct updating curriculum activity in planned and accountable way. It is in line with the spirit of the organization of higher education nowadays, to have clear and transparent planning, and become accountable. The activity of Updating curriculum is entirely done and divided according to the needs of the colleges. However, the activity of updating curriculum is obviously focused on considering of the substance competence formula and syllabus form, implementation, and evaluation system. By taking into account target, the curriculum can meet its function as the main of educational activity at university.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam penyeleksian calon siswa menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Model Sekuensial Linear oleh Roger S Pressman. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem yang mampu memberikan dukungan keputusan dalam menyeleksi calon siswa berdasarkan Haisl UAS, Nilai UN, Keahlian, Wawancara, Psikotest dan Tes Phisik.
