Abstract

Abstract Sufism is a part of Islamic Shari'ah, the embodiment of charity, one of the three frameworks other Islamic teachings, faith and Islam. Therefore, the behavior of mysticism must remain within the framework of Shari'a. Sufism will guide a person through life that can not be separated from the reality of the visible and the invisible, to be someone wise and professional in carrying out any role in this life, so that he is able to interact with nature in harmony and harmony as taught religion, harmony and harmony with the universe. This is spirituality. So in this context the fact that Islam produced in the environment of the students (pesantren) through activities such as economic and business management based on the values of Sufism (spirituality). Where economic activity here is a means to live well (hasanah) which is recommended by religion. While boarding in this case can be understood as part of the process of social change by not only emphasizing on just one aspect tafaqquh fiddin form, but also various aspects of the process of social transformation by developing a paradigm that is built from a construct integrative thinking (non-dichotomous) based spirituality of Sufism.Keyword: Spirituality, Mysticism, Students, Management, Business, Boarding School AbstrakTasawuf adalah bagian dari Syari’at Islam, yakni perwujudan dari ihsan, salah satu dari tiga kerangka ajaran Islam yang lain, iman dan Islam. Karena itu, perilaku tasawuf harus tetap dalam kerangka Syari’at. Tasawuf akan membimbing seseorang mengarungi kehidupan ini yang tidak bisa terlepas dari realitas yang tampak maupun yang tidak tampak, untuk menjadi seseorang bijak dan professional di dalam menjalankan setiap peran dalam mengarungi kehidupan ini, sehinga ia mampu berinteraksi dengan alam secara harmonis dan serasi sebagaimana diajarkan agama, keharmonisan dan keserasian dengan alam semesta. Inilah spirtualitas.Sehingga dalam konteks ini terdapat fakta bahwa Islam diproduksi di lingkungan kaum santri (pesantren) diantaranya melalui aktifitas ekonomi dan manajemen bisnisnya berbasis nilai-nilai tasawuf (spiritual).  Di mana aktifitas ekonomi di sini adalah sebuah sarana menuju hidup sejahtera (hasanah) yang merupakan anjuran agama. Sedangkan pesantren dalam hal ini dapat dipahami sebagai bagian proses perubahan sosial dengan tidak hanya menekankan pada salah satu aspek saja berupa tafaqquh fiddin, tapi juga berbagai aspek dalam proses transformasi sosial dengan mengembangkan paradigma yang terbangun dari sebuah konstruk pemikiran integratif (non dikotomik) berbasis spiritualitas tasawuf.Kata kunci: Spiritualitas, Kaum Santri, Tasawuf, Manajemen, Bisnis, Pesantren

Abstract

Departing from the view Hasbi ash-Shiddiqy who want to form Fiqh Indonesia by using all existing legal schools (muqaranah al-madzahib) as the base material as well as a major source of material and Hazarin for the creation of national schools of fiqh (Indonesia) departing only from development Shafi'i fiqh schools, then in this paper in this globalization era author wants to initiate re-Fiqh Indonesia by using all existing schools of law globally, or more broadly in this paper multicultural society menghasilakn conclusion that Indonesian fiqh initiated back in the frame in the multicultural society the era of globalization is a long discourse dealt with by the experts of Islamic law so it needs no development using global law schools. Generally they argue, Shari'ah contained in the Quran and al-Sunnah should be understood as an ethical and moral norms are universal and applicable to all societies, across ethnicity, race, culture, customs and even religion though.
