Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Creative-Self Efficacy, Innovation Climate, and Employee Creativity. Data from this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 301 educators who work in Formal Educational Institutions from Kindergarten to Higher Education levels spread across several cities in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods, namely multiple regression analysis and Baron and Kenny’s analysis technique processed by SPSS 21 software. The results showed that Transformational Leadership and Creative Self-Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on Employee Creativity and Innovation Climate. Innovation Climate was proved to partially mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership, Creative Self-Efficacy, and Employee Creativity. Contributions to the development of the concepts of leadership, self-efficacy, and creativity as well as practical implications are described in the discussion section of this paper.

Abstract

This study develops and tests a model which views career outcomes from both positive and negative sides, namely career satisfaction and turnover intention. To understand the predictors of career outcomes, researchers posit thriving at work and perceived overqualification as positive and negative antecedents that will influence individual career outcomes purpose of this study is to understand the influence of thriving at work and perceived overqualification on employee career outcomes, which is seen from career satisfaction and turnover intention. This study is carried out on service company employees in Bandung, West Java. The sampling technique in this study is carried out by simple random sampling, with the final number of samples of 110 respondents. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using online platforms to the respondents. The questionnaire items used are measured using a 5-point Likert scale. The data is then processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 23 software. The results of this study indicate that thriving at work positively influences employee career satisfaction, and negatively influences turnover intention. On the other hand, perceived overqualification negatively impacts career satisfaction and positively influences turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the environmental, social, and governance of the firm value in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2020. The determination of the sample in this study used purposive sampling with the number of samples used by as many as 27 companies during the year. a period of 5 consecutive years of observation so that the total sample obtained is 135. This study uses Stata 14, the analytical technique used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that the first hypothesis was found that the environment variable's disclosure had a positive and significant effect on firm value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Social variable disclosure has a positive and significant impact on firm value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Governance variable disclosure has a negative and significant impact on firm value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While testing with the control variable, namely the company's size, partially has a significant negative effect on firm value, the leverage and profitability variables partially have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to conduct an empirical study about the structure and performance of the banking sector in Indonesia with several specific factors which influenced the firms and the other control variables. This study used panel data which are the secondary data, total asset, ROA, CAR, LDR, and ROE ranging from 2010 to 2019. The sources are taken for the last ten years which is from the form of bank financial statements published by Bank Indonesia and Indonesian banking statistics published by the Indonesia financial services authority as well as from annual financial statements of each bank. In order to measure structure, this paper used concentration ratio as well as HHI for four large banks, to know the performance of the firm, this study used Return on Asset data, and to analyze the relationship between structure and performance, it used simple linear regression. This paper found that Indonesian banking has a high concentration, it proved from the value of HHI is more than 2500, and the value of CR4 shows between 40% and no more than 60%. It shows that the Indonesian banking sector is an Oligopoly market. Following further, there is a negative relative between the structure and performance of the firm proving the result of regression between total assets and CR4 for ten years.

Abstract

This article discusses one of the safe investment instruments, namely mudharabah deposits at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Reviewing the marketing strategy that has been carried out and reviewing the SWOT analysis of the product. This article aims to find out the marketing strategies that have been carried out by BSI and their application in the field. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, involving BSI employees and related literature. The result of this study is that there are several marketing strategies used by BSI, namely through telemarketing, means of customer service by calling customers who have funds in BSI savings to place their funds in deposit products; social media, by offering deposit products with flayers uploaded via social media; mobile banking, by means of a mobile deposit feature that can be accessed through BSI mobile banking which is certainly safer.

Abstract

The research strategy educates traditional market traders based on information technology using a qualitative approach to case studies. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The validity of the data is processed through tests of the degree of trust, transferability, dependence and certainty. Informance is determined by purposive sampling techniques, then the data is analyzed following qualitative rules. The research aims to explore how the Trade Office educates market traders in Pasar Beringharjo through a digitalization program.  The results showed that the Department of Trade in educating market traders based on information technology uses strategies: a) external party cooperation, training, mentoring, developing insights and involving trader family members  for traders who are constrained by brainware.  The driving factors in educating information technology-based traders include: high participation of information technology companies, demands for government and merchant needs, government awareness of IT developments to preserve and develop the market, covid 19 outbreak, high merchant commitment supported by mobile phone communication tools.  The inhibiting factors in educating information technology-based traders include the hardware and software  owned by merchants, not all smartphones, as well as merchant culture that is still conventional. The results of the merchant market digitization program maintain commitment and are able to carry out online transaction systems  with  various application models such as Gopay or e-wallet,  QRIS, E-Retribution, LinkAja, Grocery, InMobi, Titipku,   and Semar by scanning barcodes  and other eknik t.

Abstract

This purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of experience quality, perceived value and satisfaction on behavioral intentions in Yogyakarta tourism. Settings used in this study is prambanan temple which is located on the border of Yogyakarta and Central Java. Prambanan temple managed by PT. Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan and Ratu Boko (Persero). This research is a kind of quantitative research conducted by the survey. Data collection techniques used in this study by questionnaire. Sample of this study was prambanan temple tourist and fulfill the criteria by the researchers. The number of respondents used in this study were 179 respondents. Sampling technique used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data analysis in this study were descriptive statistics and SEM (structural Equation modeling). The results of this study showed overall the hypotheses proposed in this study has a significant and positive influence. For indirect effects, perceived value in this study does not mediate the relationship between experience quality and satisfaction.
