Abstract

Objectif of this study is explore the implementation of SCM in retail companies and also its performance assessment by using the method of SCOR Level 1 customer facing aspects. The study was conducted in Matahari Department Store and Supermarket.The research was done by searching the primary and secondary data through interviews with the company participant.  Matahari Department Store and Supermarket has SOPs to organize the integration of all the relationship with supply chain participant in supporting the business needs of consumers. Performance Level 1 customer facing aspects of the high performance delivery of components for the Jakarta area in 2011 amounted to 99, 09%, while for outside Jakarta amounted to 99,97%.Keywords:  supply chain management, retailer, SCOR

Abstract

This study examines the analysis factors that influence the decision as a shop in traditional market in Sleman. Based on theory, several variables has been constructed. They  are product, price, location, service, and facility. This research was executed in traditional market in Sleman with 100 participants. The results supported price, location, and facility has strong predictive to the decision as a shop in traditional market in Sleman, but product and service has not influence to the decision as a shop in traditional market in Sleman. The analysis also found the result that simultaneously the product, price, location, service, and facility effected the decision as a shop in traditional market in Sleman.Keywords : product, price, location, service, facility, and decision as a shop in traditional market

Abstract

This study discusses the presence of: (1) The influence of emotional intelligence on performance management master program management graduate Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, (2) The influence of situational leadership skills to the performance of business Master of Management Graduate Program, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The population in this study was student of class 34, class 35 and 36 as well as faculty and staff Master of Management Graduate Program, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. In this study using survey method is the method of collecting primary data by asking questions to respondents and data collection tool was a questionnaire with a population of 60 respondents / person. Tests conducted on questionnaires filled out by respondents using tools SPSS version 15.00 for windows.The results of this study incluaded that there is no significant relationship between emotional intelligence to the business performance of the Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. and there is a significant relationship between situational leadership skills to the performance of business Management Master of Management University of Yogyakarta. In this study of emotional intelligence variables that affect the performance of business most dominant Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.Keywords: emotional intelligence, situational leadership skills and performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of service quality dimensions consisting of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy towards customer satisfaction on modern stores in Yogyakarta.      The population in this study are the customers who purchases on modern stores in Yogyakarta. While the samples taken are customers who purchases at Indomaret, Alfamart and Pamella. Sample in this study amounted 100 people.This study used a convenience sampling technique that is because of the ease of sampling and purposive sampling, criteria have customers who make purchases in a modern stores. At least customers have ever purchase in a modern store is considered to have be able to evaluate the services provided in the modern stores.Based on testing using multiple regression dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously influence on customer satisfaction on modern stores in Yogyakarta. Partially tangibles no effect on customer satisfaction on modern stores in Yogyakarta. While reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy in partial effect on customer satisfaction on modern stores in Yogyakarta.Keywords:Bukti Fisik, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati, kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

 The purpose of the study entitled "Feasibility Study Cattle with Palm Oil Waste Utilization in PT. Citra Borneo Indah Central Kalimantan" is to analyze the financial feasibility of animal feed processing business with oil palm waste material and analyze the financial feasibility of the cattle business using the feed with oil palm waste material. This research was conducted in Sulung Ranch which is a subsidiary of PT.Citra Borneo Indah engaged in animal husbandry.Object of this study is the cost of investment, operating costs, production, and reception. Captured data is monthly from 2011 to 2013. Collecting data by observation, and interviews. The analytical method used is the analysis of the table, and a financial analysis of business which include NPV, IRR, BCR, and PP. The results of this research are animal feed processing business with the use of palm oil waste to develop. Cattle business with the use of palm oil waste worth to be developed.Keyword: Waste palm oil, cattle, feasibility study

Abstract

Main focus of this research is how business could predict amount of money supply in the market. Bussiness interests are depend on inflation rate in the macro economy. Money supply plays important role to determine of inflation rate in the region or country. When money was over supply than availability of good and services, demand of good and services would stress the market price (inflation). Otherwise, when money supply was less than availability of good and services, demand of good and services would be decreasing (deflation). Bank Indonesia as a monetary authority had the monetary policy to stabilize amount of money supply.   ARIMA or Box Jenkins approach has been chosen as research method in this research. Estimation of ARIMA model is just based on secondary data of single variable which is analyzed. The data of money supply was collected based on publication of Bank Indonesia. ARIMA model is a method to form regression estimation model based on serial of data itself.  ARIMA method had standard procedures to develop the model estimation. Four standard procedures are identification, estimation, diagnostic checking, and forecasting. Final result of this model is regression estimation which consist of money supply as dependent variable and autoregressive of data itself and error term (moving averages) as independent variables.Based on the analyzes shows that best model is DLM2 as dependent variables (money supply after second deferenciated) and independent variables that consist of autoregressive (AR) on fifth order or AR (5) dan moving average (MA) on fifth order or MA (5). Therefore, estimation of money supply model is ARIMA (5,1,5) and this model is sufficient to forecast money supply in the future because it has low rate of RMSE. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan PT “X” di Semarang yang menggunakan metode balance scorecard secara keseluruhan dalam kondisi baik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berjumlah 60 orang (perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan) dan customer yang masih aktif sampai dengan tahun 2013 sebesar 100 konsumen baik dari rumah sakit, apotek maupun distributor kecil (perspektif pelanggan). Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini berjumlah 50 konsumen dan 38 karyawan (perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan balance scorecard pada financial perspective (perspektif keuangan) berada dalam kondisi baik. Kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan balance scorecard pada Customersl Perspective (perspektif pelanggan) berada dalam kondisi baik. Kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan balance scorecard pada Internal Business Process Perspective (perspektif proses bisnis internal) berada dalam kondisi baik. Kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan balance scorecard pada Learning and Growth Perspective (perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan) berada dalam kondisi baik. Dan kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan balance scorecard pada keseluruhan perspektif berada dalam kondisi baik.Keywords: balance scorecard , kinerja, customer.

Abstract

This study is an empirically research the impact of leadership style and work ethic on employee performance employe of Civil Public and Population Registration Sleman Regency. the result of the research shown  that the style of leadership and work ethic together provide a positive and significant effect, as shown by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination 0857 or 85.7% and the remaining 14.3% is influenced by other variables outside the model. Up and down, or the size of employee performance can be predicted by the regression equation Y = -11 258 + 0.137 X1 + 0.115 X2 X3 + 0177 + 0023 + 0940 X5 X4. Based on research that has been done can be deduced leadership style has no effect on performance while the work ethic significant effect on the performance of office workers of Civil Public and Population Registration Sleman Regency.Keywords : leadership style, work ethic, performance.
