The purpose of this study was performed to evaluate the content and quality of clinical pathway sectio Caesarea (CP SC), compliance evaluate the implementation of CP SC and know that there are barriers in the implementation of CP SC, so it can make recommendations to improve the implementation of CP SC in hospitals Panembahan Senopati Bantul. The research used mix method focusing in case study design at obsgyn unit room in Panembahan Senopati State Hospital in Bantul. Sample of respondent to the quantitative data to observe at the documentation and obedience to the medical records of patients who had been operated sectio caesareaâs elective that choosen by total sampling and evaluation of CP SC using the Integrated Care Pathway Appraisal Tools (ICPAT) consisting of six dimensi. Data qualitative is obtained by do a deep interviews with a purposive sampling method.

The success from standard of pharmaceutical service at Muhammadiyah University Hospital is supported by the availability of human resources. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the needs of pharmaceutical personnel based on workload. This research is a descriptive research with primary data collection method through observation and interview and secondary data in the form of monthly and annual report. The WISN ratio is calculated by comparing conditions in the field with WISN calculation results. The result of this research is WISN ratio 0,4. The ratio <1 mean that the current amount of human pharmacy resources smaller than the required. It show the condition of IFRS UMM currently lack of pharmaceutical human resources.

This Research Purpose to identify critical waste, root cause of critical waste, up to giving recommended improvement to minimize critical waste in the outpatient pharmacy. This research uses qualitative approach with case study design. The health service process is visualized with value stream mapping, the amount of critical waste is obtained by distributing questionnaires, while the root cause of critical waste is acquired by 5 why method of interview. The recommended improvementis accomplished by discussion between team and expert panel. Based on the value stream mapping, it has obtained 16,67% of ratio value added to waste for non concoction prescription and 14.52% of ratio value added to waste for concoction prescription. Based on waste questionnaire distribution, motion got the highest rank as the most often exist waste with 19% percentage. The root causes of this motion waste is nonexistence of a routine schedule on the work space organization, which affecting the effectiveness of pharmacy staff to complete their task. The recommended improvement to minimize this waste motion is to conduct 5S method.

This study aims to analyze root problems and the best solution of entry delays in the BPJS claim verification file to IJP (Installation of Financing Guarantee) of the hospital. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using Focus Group Discussion, Fishbone diagram and â5 Whyâ question methods to find the root problems. After that, the choice of alternative solutions is determined by Nominal Group Technique (NGT) and Capability Accessibility Readiness and Leverage (CARL) methods. This activity involves 2 management staffs, 3 IJP staffs, 2 pharmacists, and 7 nurses from emergency department, outpatient and inpatient units. The result of this research is written feedback by IJP for all outpatient and inpatient unit as the best solution which is expected to overcome the entry delays problem

The purpose of this study was to determine the root problem of any late return of inpatient medical records documents in X Hospital. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach with the method of observation, in-depth interviews and time motion study. Determining root of the problem is done by brainstorming with the hospitals staff with USG method (urgency, seriousness, growth). Root problem that contribute to delay return of inpatient medical records are indiscipline doctor in filling out medical records especially medical resumes; some doctor are not making patient visit every day, so the order was given by phone; and sometime nurses forgot to remind the doctor to fill out a medical resume and signature. Aim of this study are to describing factors inefficient in health insurance program in RSI Gondanglegi especially for operatif procedure. This research was conducted with descriptive analysis method. Starting with the observation in the medical record at diagnosis in the case above, and compare with form details the cost of the patients in the period from the first quarter of 2016. The results obtained financing on medical services and medicines. By making the policy of medical services and medicines for patients health insurance, standards of clinical care, effective communication of team with related units, and an increase in the type of hospital grade is expected to improve the efficiency of implementation in RSIG.

This study is a mixed method research, a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods with cross sectional study design. Quantitative research methods to describe the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008. The bureaucratic reform policy QMS ISO 9001: 2008 in health centers, a strong reason to rehabilitate physical structures all health centers. Aspects of the process: Organizational Management Aspect outcomes: The quality objectives is an indicator of success, implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008. QMS ISO improves customer satisfaction, the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008 in health centers 48% criteria, the criteria of no less than 8%. The big difference in perceptions of health centers and the Department of Health. in health centers already meet the requirements of clause 8 in the implementation of QMS ISO 9001: 2008

The purpose of this study was to determine the market segmentation X Hospital so as to determine the focus of the marketing will be done. The market segmentation is important to understand the hospital’s target market. The aim of implement hospitals market segmentation is to focus more on marketing in order to set priorities in serving patients optimally. Market segmentation has not been analyzed and documented. The market segmentation is done by classifying patients based on geographic segmentation, demographic, psychographic and behavioral patient's identity using the form contained in the registration section. Data inputted using a computer program to obtain a predetermined percentage segmentation then analyzed.

The aim of this research is to know the effect of traditional comic strip photo novella media on the level of informed understanding of patient of Sectio Caesarea (SC). This research is a quasi-experimental research by dividing the research subjects into two groups namely the treatment group (given photo novella) and control (not given photo novella) each of 30 people in RSIA HST Trenggalek hospital. This study found that group understanding received significantly higher media in terms of explanation of indications, procedures, objectives, alternatives, risks, complications and SC costs compared to patients without photo novella media. There were no significant differences in terms of explanation of action names and SC prognosis in both groups

This research used quasi-experimental design with pre and post test design. Then, for the method used in this research was pre and post intervention which analyze the primer data and secondary data. Furthermore, the research also used descriptive approach to compare the result of pre and post the standard operating procedure was socialized. This research used 52 people as the sample. The research about waiting time of elective surgery and find the main problem bring in the chosen solution by the researcher which is this solution showed the result of the comparison in pre and post socialization the standard operating procedure that increases about 25%. This comparison showed that there is an enhancement of the number of staffs in the operating room who could performance the surgery on time and also showed the reduction number of waiting time in elective surgery.
