Abstract

The research aims to describe a factual account of the various responses of actual perpetrators of the real sector micro-sports industry. Dimensions are expressed related to the growth of the business climate has been done by Government and Local Government, especially for poverty alleviation through the sports industry. Conclusions: Satisfaction micro business sports industry on the performance of Local Government on eight dimensions varied business climate, sports industry in fact just giving a side job for some people, but has not been a big impact for poverty reduction. Business expectations: to contribute to alleviating poverty, the sports industry business developed specifically for quality, Social protection and security should be given to the perpetrators of the sports industry business, clear policy regarding the development of micro industries important sport once to strengthen the real sector, technical assistance by the government is required by the real sector of the sports industry.

Abstract

The objectives of the study are: (1) to identify the influence of CSR implementation toward the community behavior progress on their business, (2) to identify the influence of CSR implementation to the household economic capability, and (3) to formulate and to design strategy to improve the community business capability and their income. LISREL was used to formulate the Structural Equation Modelling of CSR implementation. The important results show: (1) facilitators’ competency and supporting factors are significantly influence to the community business capability, while individual characters and quality program do not significantly influence to the community business capability, (2) the community business capability does significantly influence to the level of houseold economic capability, (3) the “participative CSR” is recomemmeded as a model of CSR implementation.

Abstract

The phenomenon of over education and under education is a phenomenon in which a labor force with higher education levels hold jobs that do not fit with the level of education. The opposite, someone with a lower educational level would occupy a higher job. This study uses data SUSENAS 2009 for the Province of West Sumatra. The research shows, there is the phenomenon of over education and under education in the female labor market in West Sumatra and there are significant income related to the phenomenon of over education and under education in the women of labor market. It is necessary to link and match between education and female labor market in the formal sector. The policy of labor exploitation through unfair wage system for workers needs to be done so that the phenomenon of over education and under education will have positive impact for companies and workers concerned.
