Abstract

The background of this research is the invention of particular phenomena, which the patient is on anxiety feeling at pre surgery stage, particularly the femur fracture patient on the orthopedic ward RSUI Kustati Surakarta. While, the aim of this study is to find the influence of delivering information pre surgery through the rate of decreasing patient anxiety before surgery. This research is planed as the experimental research at the type of one group pre test – posttest, completed with 58 subject. The sample collecting technique is at the same time with the method of quota sampling, while, the method of collecting data is completed with the questioner which is contain of the measurement of anxiety as Hamilton Anxiety Scale. The data analysis technique is using t-test. The result of the research is shows that there is differences of the rate of anxiety on the patient, before and after the therapeutic communication: the delivering information pre surgery at the orthopedic ward RSUI Kustati Surakarta. At least, it is shown with the computed of hiphotesys test completed with the significance rate as 5 % and the free degree of 57, it is shows that the result of t computed = 7,366 ttable = 2,002. However, related through the result of the research, it is suggested that the delivering information of pre surgery at the orthopedic ward RSUI Kustati Surakarta is extremely needed to be increased, at least, it is to descend the rate of patient anxiety in having surgery

Abstract

Background : The result of attainment of performance is not quit of an applied by policy in a institution of is including also in this case hospital. Making of policy  is an process which is ussul in every system. System policy maker in area treatment of RSJD Dr. RM.  Soejarwadi Klaten structurally and formal is the Nursing Supervisor, arranging and controling activity of nurse in order to treatment duty execution. But that way policy which ought to be released by  Nursing Supervisor isn’t applicable fully yet. The mentioned cause disappearance between nurse expectation with applied policy, cause many factor influencing to  intake of policy.Target of this Research is : for knowing the relation between the satisfaction of nurse with role of Nursing Supervisor in decision making in RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Klaten.Method Research : this research type is the non eksperimental with taken sampel cross sectional method in this research is all nurse which still active work and noted as officer in the RSJD Dr. RM Soedjarwadi Klaten ( total  population) : 86 responder. Data analysis for the verification of hypothesis use chi-square with alpha 0,05. Result of Research: showing p-value equal to 0,011. The value is compared to smaller of alpha 0,05, thereby can be pulled by conclusion that hypothesizing zero refused and research hypothesizing ( Ha) accepted.Conclusion : " there is a relation between the satisfaction of nurse with Role of Nursing Supervisor in decision making in RSJD Dr. R.M. Soedjarwadi Klaten".

Abstract

schizophrenia patient with hardness behavior at patient schizophrenia at psychopath hospital of the make-up of its amount, and get ordered execute which is kinds of- kinds of with medication, column insulation, cordage, and form critical team. From here human aspect by comprehensive likely less is getting of attention in its execution. Therapeutic communications try to become bridge which can lay open cause and give solution of is way of constructive marang without destroy others and environment. Target of: This research aim to know therapeutic communications influence to behavioral degradation hardness behavior at schizophrenia patient at home Psychopath Area Surakarta. Method research use design experiment true, with pretest type control design group. Intake of Sample by using non sampling purposive type sampling probabiility matching with inklusi. Result criteria: result of research, indicating that: with value test Paired t test there are behavioral degradation of hardness at schizophrenia patient at treatment group and group control by significant. And percentage only there is difference equal to mean value 6 % among two groups. and Value difference between group control and this treatment group in test by using is Independent of t Test discovered by value 0,324, this value is compared to smaller of p significant value 0,05 meaning the result have a meaning of or significant. This matter answer hypothesizing early, meaning there is influence applying of therapeutic communications to behavioral degradation of hardness.

Abstract

Background: Strive to prevent the wide-speading of disease of dengue dengue require to be conducted by a construction and make-up of role and also society in movement of Eradication of Mosquito Suggestion ( PSN) pass the health education. Target of: knowing active behavior prevention DBD of mother ats citizen Minapadi Nusukan Surakarta before and after health education.Method: this research use the device of experiment research with the form of one group pre test the and post test the design. Sampel taken by counted 33 responder coming from 3 RT, taken with claste sampling. Appliance of data collecting in this research use the fundamental method in the form of observation. Analyse the data use the different test of mean ( Paired Sample t test). Result: ( 1) There are active behavioral difference prevention DBD before and after health education. This matter is proven from result test the hypothesis with the test t obtaining value thitung accepted at level signifikansi 5%; ( 2) active Behavior prevention DBD after health education (mean score 11,636) seen higher than behavior of prevention DBD before health education (mean score 9,242); (3) Quality of active behavior prevention DBD after existence of health education show the existence of improvement behaviorally is downhill ugly category become counted 15,2%, behavior is mounting to become 60,6%, and good category mount to become 24,2%. Active behavior prevention DBD before education yield the ugly category behavior counted 27,3%, medium 57,6%, and good category only 15,2%. This matter indicate that the health education have an effect on positive to active behavior prevention DBD.
