Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze Comparison Between Employers and Employees Welfare maqashid Shariah Perspective in the Village Kejawan Putih Tambak Surabaya. That is the basis of interview questions to determine the welfare comparison between employers and employees in terms of five aspects, namely, religion, life, intellect, lineage and property.This study used a qualitative approach with ethnographic strategy. Data was collected through interviews and direct observation to study the object. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis narrate the results of interviews and direct observation.The results of this study is that there is little difference between employers and employee welfare. The welfare of employers better meet the criteria Maqashid Shariah Perspective. The employers have more time to gather with family, having time to pray in the mosque, pay more attention to their health and have more social activities than employees. While employees have limited time togather with family, can not pray in a timely manner, rarely have time to socialize and do not have time for a workout. Abstract

The purposes of employees training are to improve, develop, and enhance their skills. In an organization, the scoring of employees’ performance has very essential role in making decision effectively related to the whole process of human resource management. This research purposes to reveal how far the training influences the performance of employees of BMT Sidogiri in Surabaya and SidoarjoThis research used quantitative approach with saturated sampling method (atechnique of sampling if the entire member of population is used). Consequently it is called census research. It investigates 34 employees who work as account officer. Data collected with questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linier regression.The result of this research shows the human resource training variable simultaneously and reliably can influence the employees’ performance based on the result of F test is 65,390 with significance level is 0,000. The contribution of human resource training is 92.1% with the rest is the other variables. Partially, all human resource variable influences to the employees’ performance according to t test result (the each level of training instructor variable, training participants variable, training method, training material, and training facility is less than 0,05). Training facility is the dominant variable regards to the employees’ performance with 0,374 beta level. REFERENCESAl Tirmizi. 1993. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction factors on Islamic performance against Muslims employee of Workforce Education in Faculty of Economics and Business Airlangga University.This study used a questionnaire in the primary data collection and quantitative approach to the multiple regression analysis method. Criteria in this study population is Muslim employee education personnel status as a civil servant at the Faculty of Economics  and Business Airlangga University totaling 87 people, consisting of 85 Muslim employees and 2 non-Muslim employees. While the sample in this study amounted to 85 Muslim employees. Sampling using sampling saturated technique, because the population in this study is less than 100 people.The results showed that the factors work itself, salary or wages, and co-workers has a positive effect (unidirectional) and partially significant to the Islamic performance. While factors promotional opportunities and working conditions negatively (opposite) and partially not significant to the Islamic performance, and supervision factors and partially significant positive effect on the Islamic performance. While simultaneously, 6 exogenous variables have a significant effect on the Islamic performance Muslim employees of educational staff in the Faculty of Economics and Business Airlangga University. REFERENCESAlgifari. 1997. Abstract

This study analyzes understanding of merchants of surah Al Jumuah verses 9-10. Understanding that examined about when sounding the call Athan all activities (sale and purchase) must be abandoned immediately and promptly carry out the Friday prayers, and back doing activities (sale and purchase) when finished doing the prayer Friday. This research used the qualitative approach with case studies. Data collection was done with interviews and observations directly to the object/subject of research. The results of this research show that the level of understanding of respective merchants of surah Al Jumuah verses 9-10 good and different so that the impact on the implementating. In addition, they believe in running the prayer Friday positively impact of sustenance, though not directly. Abstract

Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is used later to improve the image of the company and its business existence. Instead of CSR to empower people its delude people with a profit motive. Islamic CSR is that CSR refers to business practices that have an ethical responsibility Islamically, companies incorporate Islamic norms characterized by sincerity commitment in maintaining the social contract in its business practices in halal lawful. This study aimed to reveal the implementation of Islamic CSR PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi Gresik.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive method.The results of this study indicate that PT. Bumi Lingga Pertiwi has implemented Islamic CSR based on unity, caliphate, justice and broterhood by creating and running a cooperation agreement in accordance with sharia corridor, provide good service to customers, act fairly and avoid discrimination, provide assistance to the poor in the villages around, helping the development of education and worship, as well as participate protecting the environment by way of planting trees together. REFERENCESAlgifari. 1997.
