Abstract

The impact of infaq productive utilization of the increased income on mustahiq YDSF (Foundation of Social Funds Al-Falah) in Kediri. The goal of this research is to know the impact of utilization of infaq productive done by mustahiq to increase revenues.The research method used is a qualitative approach, strategy case studies andanalysis techniques, descriptive data collection is done through interviews and observations of the informants. Informants were participants KUM (Independent Business Group) in Kediri composed of 8 people who have attended this program and get help infaq in the from the board LAZ YDSF (the foundation of social funds al-falah) through KUM.Result from this study that the productive utilization of infaq by mustahiq through KUM (Independent business group) in the form of venture capital has an impact on income growth mustahiq. Can be seen that the eight mustahiq interviewed seven mustahiq who experienced improvement, where as only one mustahiq whose income is not increasing. REFERENCES Al Qur’an dan terjemahannya. Abstract

People does consumption to fulfill their needs in order to keeping their life. There are guidelines in Islam telling how a Moslem is supposed to consumed. A Moslem needs a comprehensive understanding about Islamic consumption in order to adjust their consuming behaviour with Islamic syaria. The understanding causes an implication of Moslem consumer behaviour in daily life.This research uses case study method with descripive qualitative approach. Author uses interview for primary data collection in this research. The scope of this research is limited in student of Islamic Economics of Economics and Business Faculty of Airlangga University and answer how to implement Islamic consumption understanding in Moslem consumption behavior.The result of this research shows there are four elements of Islamic consumption which is used as a guideline for moslem while they do consumption, ie: halal products consumption, avoiding excessive consumption (israf), paying zakat, infaq, and charity, and making needs priority. Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain how gathering in business communication that occurs in batik entrepreneurs at Jetis, Sidoarjo are able to play a role in achieving entrepreneurial success. This theme will be the basic reason for explaining the role of gathering in business communication on batik entrepreneurs' success that has been achieved at Jetis, Sidoarjo. The gathering is conducted between businessmen in local scope and outside of Sidoarjo, and the craftsmen and other employees.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data was collected through documentation, interviews, and direct observation to study the object. To test the validity of data, this study uses three triangulations such as triangulation of sources, theories, and methods.The research result showed that gathering in business communication conducted by batik entrepreneurs at Jetis, Sidoarjo, intended for the survival and success in batik entrepreneurship, as well as in the context of observance. Implementation gathering conducted in jetis, Sidoarjo's batik entrepreneurship is the formation of batik association in Sidoarjo, beside that gathering also help the entrepreneurs to made business collaborations between other batik entrepreneurs and create working atmosphere of kinship. Abstract

The main purpose of these research is to get the information about recitation's affection on the consumption behavior of Al-Ikhlas Rungkut Surabaya recitation community.This research use qualitative case study explanatory method. Data collection was done by interviewing, observating, and documentating on the Al-Ikhlas Rungkut Surabaya recitation community.The result obtained is recitation activity have an impact on consumption behavior undertaken by the majority of Al-Ikhlas Rungkut Surabaya recitation community with giving more attention to the appropriate Islamic consumption behavior, namely: 1) Halal and thayyib, 2) Not improvident and extravagant, and 3) balancing the consumption in the world and afterlife. Some members can be said to be improvident and extravagant because of their excessive consumption of goods and use the goods not according to their function, and eventually became redundant. It happens because they can not control their desire really well, although it does not harm them. Then, the behavior of consumption in order to fulfill the dharuriyyat, hajiyyat, and tahsiniyyat for the sake of religion, life, intelligence, descent, and property's maintenance have also been able to reach and fulfilled in a good way even though it is not perfect. REFERENCES Achmadi. 2005. Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence Students of Islamic Economics FEB UNAIR not motivated being a Zakat Organization’s employee.This research used quantitative methods through exploratory factor analysis. Characteristic of the population in this research are Students of Islamic Economics FEB UNAIR class 2010-2011 who following the active class. The number of samples at the time of pre eliminary test by conducting an interview written as many as 10 informants, and main test required 90 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Sampling was done using simple random sampling.Based on the results of study indicate that there are four factors that influence Students of Islamic Economics FEB UNAIR. The four factors as a result of reduction of processing factor analysis. These four factors named by factor of the recognition, support by circles, Zakat Organization’s image, and informations about Zakat Organization.Advice for the are improves giving more informations about Zakat Organization’s needed employees. For academic side, can more improves more study about zakat management.
