Abstract

Culture is a tradition / habit that exists in society. Basically, culture can be used in learning activities, in addition to making learning more fun, it can also improve student learning outcomes. Learning that involves culture is called Ethnomathematics. Based on this, the researchers are interested in conducting research to develop an integrated learning device for the ethnomathematics of the Congklak game. The objectives of this research are (1) to describe the ethnomathematical elements in the congklak game, (2) to produce an integrated learning device for the ethnomathematics of the congklak game that is valid, practical and effective. This research is a combined research of ethnographic research and development research (Development Research). Ethnographic research data obtained from observations and interviews with cultural experts. The data analysis techniques carried out were: 1) data reduction, 2) data display, and 3) conclusions. The development research was carried out using the Plomp development model. In the Plomp development model there are several phases, namely the initial investigation phase (preliminary research), the development or prototyping phase (development or prototyping phase), and the assessment phase.The results of ethnographic research show that there are ethnomathematics elements in the game of congklak. These elements are grouped into mathematical ideas, namely: counting, locating, playing, and explaining. While development research produces learning tools that are valid, practical, and effective. Learning devices are said to be valid in terms of content and constructs, are said to be practical in terms of implementation, ease and processing time, and are said to be effective in terms of increasing student learning outcomes. Based on the ethnographic and developments that have been carried out, the learning tools in the form of RPP and LKPD are integrated. The ethnomathematics game of Congklak, material for arithmetic operations, is valid, practical, and effective for class II SD/MI students.

Abstract

Problem solving ability is one of the mathematical abilities that are the focus in learning mathematics. There are several factors that cause students' low mathematical problem solving abilities. One of them is the unavailability of learning tools to facilitate students in improving their mathematical problem solving skills. One of the efforts made to improve problem solving skills is to develop guided inquiry-based mathematics learning tools. This study aims to produce valid, practical, and effective learning tools. This type of research is development research with the Plomp model which consists of preliminary stages in the form of needs analysis, curriculum analysis, concept analysis, and student analysis. In the development or prototyping stage, product development is carried out, then formative evaluation is carried out to determine the validity and practicality of the product. The assessment stage is carried out by testing the practicality and effectiveness.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah sangat ditentukan oleh keberhasilan Kepala Sekolah dalam mengelola tenaga kependidikan yang tersedia di sekolah. Dalam hal ini peningkatan produktivitas dan prestasi kerja sekolah dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan perilaku tenaga kependidikan di sekolah melalui berbagai aplikasi konsep dan teknik manajemen personalia yang moderen. Manajemen tenaga kependidikan di sekolah bertujuan untuk mendayagunakan tenaga kependidikan secara efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal, namun tetap dalam kondisi yang menyenangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pembinaan Kepala Sekolah melalui supervisi klinis meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam manajemen pengelolaan kelas. Dalam penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini dilakukan dalam 3 siklus, dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan mencapai standar ideal.Dari 60,00 % pada siklus I, dapat meningkat menjadi 67,50 %  pada siklus II, dan siklus ke III  80,83 %. Hasil penelitian tindakan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan melalui supervisi klinis kepala sekolah  dapat meningkatkan kinerja  guru dalam manajemen pengelolaan kelas  dengan ketuntasan mencapai 100  %.

Abstract

Learning tools become one of the important things in the learning process that has an impact on the ability of students, especially the ability to think creatively. Learning tools in the form of RPP and LKPD  can create an effective and fun learning process, and can facilitate students' creative thinking skills. Although this creative thinking ability is one of the important abilities and must be mastered by students, there are still many students who find it difficult to solve problems that can encourage the development of students' creative thinking skills, so it is necessary to develop learning tools that can help improve students' abilities. creative thinking of students. Learning according to these characteristics is the STEM integrated Project Based Learning model of mathematics learning. This study aims to design valid, practical and effective learning tools in the form of STEM-PjBL-based RPP and LKPD for Class VIII Junior High School students. The development research was carried out using the Plomp development model. The Plomp development model consists of three stages, namely the preliminary research stage, the development or prototyping stage and the assessment stage. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and observation sheets. Analysis of the validity data showed that the resulting device was in the very valid category with a RPP validity score of 3.63 and LKPD 3.54. In the analysis of practicality data, it was found that the mathematics learning tools were practical with a practicality score of 82.1% for RPP and LKPD 82%. Learning tools are effective based on learning outcomes where the completeness is 63.02 %. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the STEM-PjBL-based learning tools developed were valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang signifikan dengan menggunakan metode pembelajar Mind Mapping, Snowball Throwing, dan Teams Games Tournaments (TGT). Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 1 Bringin Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 90 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan secara sample random sampling. Teknik pengumpuan data yang digunakan adalah metode tes untuk memperoleh data  hasil belajar matematika. Uji prasyarat yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas dengan daftar distribusi frekuensi (DDF) dan uji homogenitas dengan uji Bartlett. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis uji non parametrik (Kruskall Walis). Hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji non parametrik (Kruskall Walis) menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar matematika peserta didik yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran tipe Mind Mapping, metode Pembelajaran Snowball Throwing, dan model Pembelajaran Teams Games Tournaments (TGT) ternyata tidak memberikan beda yang signifikan

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of developing learning tools that have valid, practical and effective characteristics on the mathematical reasoning abilities of seventh grade junior high school students. This type of research is development research using the Plomp model, which consists of three stages, namely the preliminary stage, the prototype-making stage and the assessment stage. The learning tools developed are lesson plans and LKPD with the PjBL – STEM model in improving students' mathematical reasoning abilities for class VII. The instruments used are validation sheets, observation sheets, questionnaires, interviews and tests. The results showed that: (1) Learning tools in the form of RPP and LKPD with the PjBL - STEM Model in improving students' Mathematical Reasoning Ability. already valid in terms of content and construct. (2) Practical because it is easy to use and understand, the allocated time is very efficient, interesting and contributes to learning. (3) From the results of the mathematical reasoning ability test, it shows that the PjBL – STEM learning tool in improving students' Mathematical Reasoning Ability has been effective in improving mathematical reasoning abilities seen from the results of the final test conducted on students.

Abstract

The aim is to improve students' mathematical communication skills that are valid, practical and effective. Development research is carried out which produces student worksheets (LKPD) based on problem based learning (PBL). This development research using the Plomp model consists of three stages, namely, Preliminary research, Prototyping and Assessment. The research subjects were students of class VIII SMPN 17 Padang. The problem based learning model is a learning model that starts with problems that exist in the daily lives of students which has five stages, namely students are problem oriented, students are organized to learn, educators help independent and group investigations, students can develop and present the work and present it, and analyze and evaluate the problem solving process. LKPD validation is carried out by mathematics education experts, language experts and educational technology experts. The practicality of the LKPD is seen from the practicality questionnaire of students. The effectiveness of LKPD is seen from the competence of students which consists of aspects of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Analysis of the validity data shows that the problem-based learning tool produced is valid. The results of practical data analysis show that the resulting learning tools are very practical. Learning tools have also been effective in student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to produce learning tools based on problem learning in google classroom that are valid, practical and effective. This research is a development research carried out with the Plomp development model. The Plomp development model consists of three stages, namely the preliminary research phase, the prototyping phase, and the assessment. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII SMPN 1 Rambatan. Validation was carried out by experts in mathematics education, educational technology, and the Indonesian language. The practicality of learning devices is seen from the results of observations, interviews, and student practicality questionnaires. The effectiveness of the learning device can be seen from the results of the students' spatial ability test on the KKM The results of the validity data analysis showed that the problem-based learning tools in Google Classroom to improve the spatial ability of the mathematics produced met the valid criteria in terms of content and construction. Practical learning tools in terms of implementation, convenience and processing time. Learning tools have also been effective, as can be seen from the improvement seen in the results of students' spatial ability tests. Based on these results, it can be said that problem-based learning tools in Google Classroom to improve the spatial ability of the mathematics produced can be declared valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas pembelajaran daring menggunakan media e-learning terhadap prestasi siswa selama pandemi covid-19 pada mata pelajaran teknologi informasi. Metode penelitian penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian yakni seluruh peserta didik MTs Ihyaul Ulum yang diajar pada mata pelajaran teknologi informasi menggunakan metode daring. Sampel penelitian yakni peserta didik kelas VII MTs Ihyaul Ulum yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner pembelajaran daring. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan peserta didik menilai pembelajaran teknologi informasi menggunakan media e-learning yaitu baik.

Abstract

The mathematical communication abilities can be defined as students ability in delivering what the students have known through dialugue or interaction that happened in the classroom, this kind of mathematical communication can be happened between teacher and students, books and students, and among students. To improve student communication abilities, lesson plan and worksheet have been made based on genius learning strategy that can create an effective and fun learning processes, also can facilitate students mathematical communication abilities. The research was conducted in order to develop learning tools that have valid, practical and effective characteristics on mathematical communication abilities of eleventh grade students. This research is the development research using the Plomp model, which consists of three stages, namely the preliminary stage, the prototype-making stage and the assessment stage. The learning tools developed are lesson plan and worksheet with Genius Learning strategy in improving students’ mathematical communication abilities for class XI. The instruments used are validation sheets, observation sheets, questionnaires, interviews, and tests. The results showed that: 1) Learning tools that based on Genius Learning strategy in improving students’ mathematical communication abilities have been valid in terms of content and construct. 2) practical because it is easy to be used and understood. 3) From the results of the mathematical communication abilities test, it shows that learning tools based on Genius Learning strategy in improving students’ Mathematical Communication Abilities have been effective to improve mathematical communication abilities according to the results of final test conducted students.
