Abstract

Advances in technology, especially information will help the progress of a company that uses it. Where information can be obtained from anywhere quickly and without knowing the distance. Needs service link between cities/ regions certainly can not be separated as the development of technology where the limitations of the place is not a barrier to be connected. For that we need to create a new system by using a VPN type Site to Site and failover link . configure Site to Site VPN Client on Router device , it will add Router performance that is continuously running the VPN Client-Server function plus more with its main function for connection Internet and local area network (LAN) networks . It is not efficient considering the fast, precise and continuous data exchange. Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) is a network architecture for combining labeling mechanisms in layer 2 with routing in layer 3 to speed up packet delivery. MPLS VPN is used to create a private path from one node to another, and simplify packet routing and optimizing route selection (path) to the destination. MPLS VPN with its labeling mechanism can overcome the above problems . Fa ilover link itself aims to provide availability on the network by performing a backup link if the main link has problems.Keywords: Information, simulation, configuration

Abstract

Multimedia streaming is a technology that can transmit digital audio and video files in real time on a computer network. It is most influential in the process include video streaming bandwidth, synchronization and delay, as well as Interoprability. In the streaming trials conducted found differences between upload video files with the extension * .avi file from the server and then downloaded by the client. Differences in get, among others: 1.274KB/sec, 1.58KB/sec and 2.07KB/sec for each MPEG-1, MPEG-2, and MPEG-4.Keywords : Streaming multimedia, MPEG, peer-to-peer, VLC

Abstract

Banda Aceh is one of the most touristic cities that rely on transportation mode for everyday needs from bicycle, motorcycle, car and public transportation. The population growth of Banda Aceh city increased from year to year causing an imbalance between the amount of transportation on the highway and the available capacity of roads. This causes a variety of traffic problems So that required activities Monitoring the flow of traffic on a particular road to know the smooth flow of traffic. Hence from it came the idea to design a traffic counting system that can calculate the amount of traffic flow of vehicles As a guide to be used as information flow of traffic.This system was created using Microsoft Visual Studio, and Open Source Computer Vision. The result of testing this system using video files that have been recorded on the road Teuku Nyak Arief Banda Aceh. This program as a whole shows the success of more than 80% .With this system is expected to make it easier to calculate the number of vehicles on the road. Keywords: Number of Vehicles, Traffic Flows, Microsoft Visual Studio and Open Source Computer Vision

Abstract

The balance in the plant maintenance is one of the main things that must be taken into account. The balance in maintenance is how to keep the plants adequate nutritional well water, fertilizer and other maintenance fields. Water is a major component to be considered. Without water, the plants will wither and die. Keeping the water in the soil sufficient means one should always monitor the soil moisture from drying or no excess water. To maintain and monitor the soil moisture was always a farmer must always maintain the plant to produce optimal plant. The level of mobility is also greater if farmers have to control the plant, especially relating to water balance in plants. Abstract

Land is an area on the surface of the earth that can produce natural resources for the development of agricultural enterprises. The original income of the district in Aceh Besar comes partly from the agricultural sector, the Land Potential Index has significant significance in its utilization. Land use should be in accordance with the potential land owned on each land. This research uses five parameters in determining Index of Land Potency (IPL) that is slope of slope, rock type (lithology), soil type, rainfall and flood disaster. This research uses blinded and overlapping methods. The result of this research is map of land potential index of Aceh Besar Regency. The map produces five potential classes of land consisting of very low grade, low grade, middle class, high class, and very high class. From the research result, it is found that the area with very low land potential is 4.31%, the area with low land potential is 52.90%, the area with the medium potential is 22.66%, the area with high land potential is 6 , 97% and area with very high land potential that is equal to 13,17%. Sub-districts with the highest widest potential land index in Aceh Besar District are located in Seulimeum, Indrapuri, Kuta Baro and Montasik sub-districts with 4,299.68 ha, 3,938.37 ha, 3,146,23 ha and 3,070,03 ha respectively.Keywords: land potential, geographic Information system, overlapping

Abstract

The information system of artificial intelligence (Artifical Intellegance) is very much needed in various fields of science. Softcomputing technology is a field of study is interdisciplinary research in computational science and artificial intelligence. For example, where some of the techniques in softcomputing including expert systems (expert systems), neural networks (Neural Networks), fuzzy logic (fuzzy logic), and genetic algorithms (genetic algorithms) began to be applied in applications that help humans in running kan tasks and achieve certain objectives to be achieved.One sub-field that uses artificial intelligence system to address and analyze an existing problems is the field of medicine. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kota  Sabang  merupakan  salah satu  daerah andalan  pariwisata  di Pulau  Weh. Pulau Weh terletak  di paling ujung barat Indonesia. Bukan merupakan  hal yang tabu jika kota Sabang ini di datangi oleh para wisatawan asing dari luar negeri maupun dalam negeri. Pariw isata merupakan hal sangat penting bagi kota Sabang. Aktifitas kepariwisatawan banyak tergantung pada transportasi dan komunikasi. Transportasi darat merupakan sarana yang biasa digunakan sebagian masyarakat, namun kurangnya informasi tentang jasa penyewaan kendaraan bermotor di kota Sabang menjadi salah satu permasalahan  yang dihadapi  wisatawan.  Wisatawan masih kebingungan  dalam mencari informasi dimana penyewaan kendaraan bermotor yang ada di kota Sabang karena belum tersedianya informasi tersebut, maka dibutuhkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Layanan Penyedia Jasa Kendaraan Bermotor di Kota Sabang yang berbasis Android yang dapat memudahkan wisatawan dalam mencari informasi mengenai penyewaan kendaraan bermotor di kota Sabang. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Penyewaan Kendaraan Bermotor, Kota Sabang.
