Abstract

Abstract. Education continuously undergoes transformation driven by evolving teaching-learning settings and paradigm shifts. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated the adoption of various educational modalities, including online and flexible learning systems. Despite widespread use of technology in education, limited research has examined the technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (TPACK) of agriculture teachers who face unique challenges due to specialized content and limited pedagogical training. This study addresses this gap by assessing the TPACK competencies of agriculture instructors at a College of Agriculture, where many lack formal teaching education. Using an adapted TPACK instrument, a descriptive quantitative design revealed that teachers perceived their Content Knowledge (CK) as fair, while perceiving moderate competence in Technology Knowledge (TK) and Technological Content Knowledge (TCK). These findings inform the design of a targeted mentorship program to support agriculture teachers in integrating technology effectively into their teaching. The study further revealed strong interrelationships among TPACK constructs, underscoring the integrated nature of technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge essential for effective technology integration in agriculture education.  Keywords: Technology, educational technology, agriculture, mentorship program, online education, TPACK

Abstract

Abstract. This study investigates the impact of ease of use and perceived risk on QRIS-based purchasing decisions at food stalls in Semarang City, Indonesia. QRIS is a digital payment system. It aims to understand the mediating role of QRIS usage in this relationship. A cross-sectional survey design was employed to collect data from 96 QRIS users. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, correlation analysis tests, and path analysis using SPSS 25 and the Sobel test. Results show that Ease of use significantly influences both QRIS utilization (β = 0.470, p < 0.001) and purchase decisions (β = 0.822, p < 0.001), while perceived risk positively affects QRIS utilization (β = 0.377, p < 0.001) but not directly purchase decisions (p = 0.926). QRIS usage significantly mediates the relationship between ease of use and purchase decisions (Sobel = 5.291, p < 0.001) and between perceived risk and purchase decisions (Sobel = 2.184, p = 0.028). Together, ease of use and perceived risk explain 58.9% of the variance in QRIS usage and 63.5% of purchase decision behavior. Managerially, food stall owners and digital payment providers should prioritize enhancing QRIS usability, improving transaction clarity, and strengthening consumer trust to drive higher purchase conversions and sustain digital payment adoption in micro and small enterprises. Abstract

Abstract. This study examines how firm-generated content (FGC) and user-generated content (UGC) can build trust and encourage zakat payments through formal institutions in Indonesia, where zakat potential is high but often channelled through informal means due to trust issues. Leveraging the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) framework, the research explores how FGC and UGC influence perceived value and trust, ultimately shaping intentions to pay zakat through digital platforms. Data was collected from 269 respondents in Indonesia via an online survey and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This study has a unique perspective by integrating SOR theory and digital content strategies to gain knowledge about community participation in zakat through formal institutions. Findings reveal that both FGC and UGC positively impact perceived value and trust, with perceived value and trust significantly influencing Zakat's payment intentions. However, zakat knowledge, while important, does not significantly moderate the effect of FGC and UGC on perceived value. These results suggest that high-quality, transparent content that resonates emotionally and authentically with muzaki is crucial in increasing engagement with formal zakat institutions. This study contributes to the literature on digital engagement strategies in non-profit sectors, providing practical insights for zakat institutions in leveraging FGC and UGC to enhance trust and encourage donations. By addressing both cognitive and emotional aspects of donor behavior, zakat institutions can strengthen public trust and increase zakat participation, supporting poverty alleviation efforts in Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract. Traditional markets in non-metropolitan regions need to adapt to changing service expectations, retail competition, and digital transaction practices. However, previous studies have often examined market revitalization, service quality, digital payment adoption, or governance separately, while limited attention has been given to how these factors explain trader satisfaction as an evaluation of market management practices. This study examines the influence of infrastructure quality, service quality, government support, technological innovation, and market governance on trader satisfaction in traditional markets in Garut Regency. Market governance is defined in this study as the clarity of rules, fair treatment, transparency, complaint mechanisms, and communication between traders and market managers. Data were collected from 100 active traders using purposive sampling and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3. The results show that infrastructure quality, service quality, technological innovation, and market governance significantly influence trader satisfaction, while government support does not show a significant effect. Market governance has the strongest effect, and the model explains 64.4% of the variance in trader satisfaction. These findings provide empirical insight that trader satisfaction is shaped by the alignment of physical facilities, service delivery, technological practices, and governance mechanisms. Practically, local governments and market managers should translate support programs into concrete improvements that traders can directly experience.
