The number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 is increasing. In Indonesia, 52% of pregnant women are infected with Covid19. Women who are confirmed positive will experience long-term effects, especially pregnant women. This study aimed to determine APGAR skor yang dilahirkan oleh ibu hamil yang pernah terinfeksi Covid-19. The population in this study was 33 pregnant women who had been infected with Covid-19 during pregnancy, and all of them were sampled in this study because the sampling used a total sampling technique. The method used is an observational cohort study. The measuring instrument in this study used an observation sheet. Data analysis using the ANOVA test. The results of this study, a p-value of 0.142, are more significant than 0.05, indicating the hypothesis is rejected. There is no significant difference in APGAR scores in pregnant women who have been infected with Covid-19 in the 1st trimester, 2nd trimester or 3rd trimester. This happens because there is a possibility that Covid-19 in the study sample is not the only risk factor that affects the APGAR score.

The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of the topical application of Olive oil and Aloe vera gel against the incidence of pregnant women’s striae gravidarum in the Working Area of Puskesmas Kedungmundu 2020. This research was a quantitative study with a quasi-experiment control group design with pretest-posttest. Sampling techniques use purposive sampling. The results of bivariate olive oil analysis with the Wilcoxon test showed P-value (0.647 α 0.05), so there was no effect of topical application of olive oil on the incidence of striae gravidarum. The results of bivariate analysis of Aloe vera gel with Wilcoxon test showed a P-value (0.642 α 0.05), so there was no effect of topical application of Aloe vera gel on the incidence of striae gravidarum. Based on the Independent Test T-Test the difference between the two groups pre-post obtained P-value (1 α 0.05), then there was no difference in the effectiveness of the topical application of olive oil and aloe vera gel to the incidence of striae gravidarum in pregnant women in The Region of Puskesmas Kedungmundu 2020.

The benefits of exclusive breastfeeding include increasing the baby's immune system, especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior and self-efficacy of breastfeeding mothers in providing exclusive breastfeeding and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in providing exclusive breastfeeding. The research method used is a mix method with a concurrent embedded strategy. The first stage is carried out with a quantitative method to determine the behavior and self-efficacy of breastfeeding mothers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The second stage is a qualitative method to determine the supporting factors, barriers to breastfeeding practices during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population and samples in this study were breastfeeding mothers, midwives and breast milk counselors who were taken purposively as samples. The results of the study on knowledge that the p value of 0.001 (0.05) means that knowledge affects the behavior of mothers in giving exclusive breastfeeding. On the attitude of the analysis results obtained p value of 0.005 (0.05) which means that attitudes affect the behavior of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding. Then from the breastfeeding pattern, the results of the p value analysis were 0.001 (0.05), which means that the breastfeeding pattern affects the mother's behavior in giving exclusive breastfeeding. At the qualitative stage, it was found that the supporting factors for exclusive breastfeeding include the support of family and health workers, high knowledge and ease of accessing information. While the inhibiting factors are wrong perceptions about breastfeeding, there is no intention and inappropriate cultural practices about breastfeeding.

Stunting is one of the malnutrition problems experienced by toddlers in the world. Indonesia is the third country in the prevalence of stunting in the Southeast Asian region. Visfatin is one of the molecules that play a role in fetal development during the womb. Reports related to visfatin in pregnant women are still very few, and mention visfatin plays a role in the incidence of preeclampsia (PE), fetal growth restriction, and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). This study aims to determine the level of visfatin in pregnant women as a biomarker of stunting in Bangli Regency, Bali Province. This research is a descriptive study, with an observational design. Blood samples were taken from the median cubital vein. Samples were examined by ELISA method. In the examination of vistafin levels in 30 pregnant women, the lowest level being 0.53 ng/ml and the highest level being 56.72 ng/ml. From the results obtained and compared with previous studies, the visfatin levels obtained were lower than the visfatin levels in normal pregnant women. Many studies have shown that increased levels of visfatin in maternal plasma are associated with low birth weight and intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR). Babies born with LBW have a risk of stunting.

Some women consider vaginal delivery to be a difficult and dangerous delivery process so that Sectio Cesarea (SC) tends to be chosen even though the SC method has a risk of infection. In the past, SC was still a scary thing, but with midwifery technology the paradigm is starting to shift. Now SC delivery is often an alternative choice of delivery even without medical indication. Midwives cannot refer without medical indication if using BPJS Kesehatan. This qualitative descriptive study with an empirical judicial approach, namely analyzing the trend of increasing SC action in private hospitals, types of medical indications and non-medical indications for SC action, advocacy of midwives in referral of SC patients, and collaboration between midwives and Second-Level Health Care Provider Social Security Management Agency. The results of the SC action study were based on medical indications according to 19 screening for mothers who gave birth to be referred. Children are expensive, cannot stand the pain and can't wait to go through the labor process as a reason for non-medical indications for SC action, Midwives advocate for normal delivery if there is a medical indication that a referral will be made, Midwifery collaboration is carried out according to Social Security Management Agency provisions and there is no fee, except for general patients but it was the doctor who provided not the referral hospital. Midwife advocacy is needed to be able to suppress SC action without medical indication and the Government can improve Social Security Management Agency services to be more integrated.
