This research will measure before and after treatment using a single intervention group with time series design. The treatment given is role playing therapy in a group of under five-year-old children with 3 treatments for one month. Data collection using questionnaire sheets and the data obtained will be analyzed using a statistical Paired Sample T Test to find out the difference in balanced nutritional feeding for under five-year-old children before and after treatment.Result: This study shows that a significant difference p 0.05, which means that  therapy of role play about providing balanced nutritional food to respondents between the intervention group and the control group is different after doing role play therapy. Conclusion: This study shows that a significant difference p 0.05, which means that  therapy of role play about providing balanced nutritional food to respondents between the intervention group and the control group is different after doing role play therapy
