Abstract

The goal of the study to determine and analyze the presentation of : balance sheet, budget realization report, operational report, equity change report and notes on Samarinda City Environment Department's 2017 financial report and analyzing its compliance with Accrual Based Government Accounting Standards based on PP No.71 of 2010. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, documentation and observation. The analysis technique used is this study is comparative descriptive and presentation according to Jean D. Champion. The results of the study show that: First, the Balance Sheet presented at the Samarinda City Environment Agency is in the category of very in accordance with PP Number 71 Year 2010. Second, the Budget Realization Report presented at the Samarinda City Environmental Service is in the category very much in accordance with PP Number 71 of 2010. The third Operational Reports presented at the Samarinda City Environmental Agency are categorized according to Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010. Fourth, the Equity Change Report presented at the Samarinda City Environmental Office falls into the category of Government Regulation No. 71 Fifth, 2010. Presentation of posts presented in the Notes to the Financial Statements at the City of Samarinda Environmental Office is in the category of very in accordance with  Government Accounting Standards based on PP No.71 of 2010.

Abstract

This research is based on the competence of government apparatus in southern Sangatta kecmatan in hopes to improve the quality of public services.The purpose of this study is to determine whether the competence of the government apparatus affect the quality of public services at the district office very districts kutai east. The type of research or explanation used is descriptive kuanlitatif used to analyze the relationship between research variables. Types of data used are kusioner, observation, interview, and documentation.The result of partial test on the independent variable that is the Competence variable of government apparatus toward the variable of public service quality shows the result that have significant influence that is by showing from t count> t table, 3.304> 1675. With R obtained for 0.776, which means that 77.6% Competence the government apparatus has a positive impact on service quality and 22.4% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This descriptive research aims to describe cost profit, volume analysis and show its use in determining the minimum production quantities that must be produced and sold in various conditions where changes in selling prices, changes in variable costs, changes in fixed costs or changes in the composition of the sales mix. Do these changes have an impact on cost profit volume analysis or BEP?This study also aims to apply the use of Cost profit volume analysis in sales or production planning, planning for normal selling prices, planning for production methods and determining the plant's closing point (shut down point)The results showed that: 1. BEP can change because of a. there is a change in the selling price while the costs are fixed, there will be a change in the Break Even Point , if there is an increase in the selling price it will decrease the BEP point. And vice versa if there is a determination of the selling price it will raise the BEP point. b) changes in variable costs with fixed selling price conditions, there will be a change in Braek Even Point points in proportion to these changes, i.e. if an increase in variable costs will increase the BEP point. And vice versa if there is a variable cost determination will reduce the point BEP.c) changes in fixed costs with the variable costs and fixed prices, there will be a change in the Braek Even Point point proportionally to these changes, if an increase in fixed costs will increase the point BEP And vice versa if there is a fixed cost determination will reduce the BEP point. 2. BEP can be used for sales or production planning in order to obtain the desired profit. 3. BEP can be used for planning the normal selling price, ie the selling price of a product that can help the company achieve the desired profit target.4 BEP can be used in the selection of production methods (labor intensive or capital intensive) .5 BEP can be used to close the company or not.

Abstract

To know whether the quality of civil employees have positive and significant impact on the achievements of the work Dinas Pengendalian Lahan dan tata Ruang  Kabupaten Kutai Timur. The data collected through the questioner by 40 respondents servants of Dinas Pengendalian lahan Dan tata Ruang Kabupaten Kutai Timur. The data collected were analyzed by simple Linear Regression tests using the program SPSS for windows.Data analysis results show that the quality of government employees have positive and significant impact on the achievements of the work in Dinas Pengendalian Lahan Dan tata Ruang Kabupaten Kutai Timur, after known R count 0,604 > R table of 0,312, and the value of the significance of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. The value of R Square of 36.5 percent, it means that the quality of the employees could affect the achievements of Work of Dinas Pengendalian Lahan dan tata Ruang Kabupaten Kutai Timur 36.5 percent, while the remaining $63.5 percent influenced by other variables which are not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study intend to determine the extent of the application of the principles of good governance and also know what are the obstacles in the process of applying these principles. This study was implemented in the revenue agency of the East Kutai Regency.To support the study, a sample of ten people was taken, five people are office employees and five people are taxpayer. The method used in this study is the interview method, then the type of research is descriptive qualitative.            Based on the results of study with a focus on rule of law, transparent, responsive, equity and accountability, conclusions can be drawn. Law enforcement has been implemented quite well and has been carried out accordingly. Services provided by the revenue agency have been carried out directly and openly to the public, The officers in providing services are good enough, it can be seen from the attitude of the officers are quite friendly, helping to complete the lack of copies of community files and other things in providing services, the ongoing service does not differentiate the management of files, all files are processed according to the type of files obtained, and The Office is always responsible for all types of file acquisition in the event of payment errors such as underpayment or overpayment of taxes.           As for the constraints, in accordance with the focus of study there are often misunderstandings of the public regarding applicable regulations, sometimes the officer is not in place when the service is in progress, lack of information regarding the period of completion of the files obtained, and a matter of time if there is an overpayment of tax refunds.

Abstract

Leaders are the center of everything for those who are led, they have the capacity, ability, and integrity, and become an example and role model for their subordinates, so they must understand the ethical and moral values and be able to realize them in carrying out their leadership processes.To get a leader as a criterion required above requires a system and process of recruitment and regeneration according to good mechanisms so that good leaders will be found. But in reality at the moment the political party as the leader cadre printing whoever will advance in the regional head election contestation must go through the party vehicles, but not all of them have carried out the pattern of recruitment and regeneration as it should be, precisely what is done is kinship politics, and instant regeneration as a result many party cadres who became a leader in the area was not able to carry out the duties and responsibilities delegated to the leader maximally, instead it was proven that several regional heads stumbled over legal problems due to misusing their positions for personal, family and group interests.

Abstract

Before investors invest their capital, an investment feasibility analysis must be carried out for what research is carried out, namely to find out the capital that must be invested at this time in the hope of getting greater profits in the future. The NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) methods are methods that are often used by investors to analyze the feasibility of an investment. The formulation of the problem in this paper is How much NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) on the value of the project for the Improvement of the Malinau - Long Alango Road Structure of the East Kalimantan Provincial Public Works Department in the three years of 2012? How much NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) if the project investment costs are obtained from bank loans?Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that if using NPV own capital is Rp. 873,203,421, 89 and IRR, which is 10.867%> 10%. While the capital using a loan from the NPV Bank was Rp. - 743,345,869, 83 <0, and IRR obtained by 9.25% <10%. means the investment appraisal of the project for the Improvement of the Malinau-Long Alango Road Structure for the Public Works Department of the East Kalimantan Province in the three regions of 2012 is feasible to do if it uses its own capital, and vice versa if all capital obtained from loans from banks is not feasible and must be reconsidered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing communication management of the City of Amil Zakat (BAZNAS) of Samarinda City in the implementation of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) to the community in the city of Samarinda and surrounding areas. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method through data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and literature review. The results of this study indicate that Baznas organizational communication management includes planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluating. Marketing communication management is carried out to support a series of programs and social activities carried out by Baznas and stakeholders
