"> AbstractThe developing of SMEs can be big contribution for local development andpoverty alleviation by decreasing unemployment people empowering. While theproblems in UD Riyaan Collection is how to mapping market segmentation andpositioning toward competitor, as well as how formulating precisely strategy toimproving sales marketing. By using developing strategy SWOT analysis thatcould be done by bag artisans of UD Riyaan Collection by utilizing Trainingand Expo that facilitated by the government, try to develop bag marketing areasoutside of Sidoarjo, sell bag product outside Sidoarjo, engage partnership withuniversities party, do market survey and following consumer’s taste, search forand join relationship to potential suppliers, always try to improving productweakness and increase production efficiency and effectiveness. Abstract

The welding process as technology that commonly is used to join some part become the engine frame. The correct parameter can avoid the welding defect on the weld result, i.e. the welding of AISI 1045. The study of welding deformation is needed to avoid the weld result from the welding defect.The welding current and the plat thickness are as the research parameter. As the welding tool is used GMAW that manually operated. An electrode type AWS A/SFA 5.18ER. 70S-6 as the welding electrode. The welding current are 175 A, 225 A and 275 A. The crystallic structure are analysed by using X-Ray Deffractrometer and Scherrer methods are used to know the crystallic development as the weld current and the cooling rate as dimensional effect.  The result of metal structure at XRD test are showed increased about the peak of X-Ray wave about 25 % at the base metal, 30 % at the HAZ and 40 % at the weld metal that are seen from the wave reflection of X-Ray. The maching result by using JCPDS is 750910. The nearest spread angle about 2 = 44,713, the X-ray intensity about 338, at hkl plane (022) as Fe3C has orthorhombic structure with a = 4,518 Å, b = 5,069 Å dan c = 6,736 Å. Keyword  :  HAZ, crystallics structure, XRD, JCPDS.

Abstract

Kinerja sel surya dapat diukur dengan melihat kekuatan tegangan keluaran yang dihasilkan dari sel surya tersebut. Kerja sel surya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal seperti bahannya, resistansi bahan, temperatur dan tingkat radiasi matahari. Dari kurva arus-tegangan (I-V) dapat diketahui parameter-parameter keluaran sel surya seperti arus hubunga singkat (Isc), tegangan terbuka (Voc), arus maksimum, dan tegangan maksimum serta daya maksimum. Dari pengukuran yang dilakukan pada jam 08.00 sampai dengan 17.00 di lingkungan Fakultas Teknik  Untag Surabaya,  diperoleh data tegangan rata-rata monocrystalline 18,64 V. Besarnya arus pengisian rata-rata monocrystalline 1 A. Sedangkan besarnya arus hubung singkat rata monocrystalline 0,6 A. Dari analisa data sementera didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa solar cell tipe monocrystalline cocok digunakan sebagai pembangkit listrik tenaga surya pada kondisi iklim tropis di Indonesia, karena memiliki rata-rata arus pengisian yang lebih besar dibanding dengan polycrystalline. Kata Kunci: Solar Cell, Monocrystalline, Polycrystalline

Abstract

Limbah ternak merupakan sisa buangan dari suatu kegiatan usaha peternakan sapi meliputi : limbah padat dan cair seperti feses, urine dan sisa pakan. Dengan menerapkan teknologi tepat guna dengan memanfaatkan limbah cair urine sapi menjadi material penyubur atau pupuk setelah melalui proses pengolahan atau fermentasi guna menjadi pupuk organic yang bermanfaat bagi tanaman.  Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konsentrasi POC urine sapi terhadap laju perkecambahan stek bud chips tanaman tebu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Merdeka Surabaya Jl. Ketintang Madya VII/2 Surabaya, dengan ketinggihan tempat ± 5 meter diatas permukaan laut.  Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), dengan 1 faktor perlakuan yaitu Konsentrasi POC Urine sapi (P) dan parameter yang diamati meliputi kecepatan perkecambahan, jumlah daun, panjang tanaman, jumlah akar, panjang akar, berat basah per tanaman, dan berat kering per tanaman.       Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut :1. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari konsentrasi POC urine sapi terhadap peningkatan perkecambahan stek bud chip tanaman tebu pada variabel yang diteliti, meliputi : panjang tunas, jumlah akar, berat basah per tanaman maupun berat kering per tanaman pada masa perkecambahan tanaman tebu. 2.   Nilai tertinggi dicapai oleh perlakuan P7 yaitu konsentrasi sebesar 70 ml POC urine sapi per liter air pada semua parameter pengamatan;  namun secara statistik nilai terbaik dicapai oleh perlakuan P2 (20 ml POC urine sapi per liter air) karena berbeda tidak nyata dengan perlakuan P7 pada semua variabel yang diteliti, seperti kecepatan perkecambahan, panjang tunas, jumlah daun, panjang akar, jumlah akar, berat basah dan berat kering per tanaman karena dianggap lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the growth and yields of onion resulted by combination of plus organic liquid fertilizer application andleaves truncation technique.Factorial randomized group designwith two factors was used.Factor I istwo levels truncation treatment (P) while factor II is concentration is four levels liquid organic fertilizer (O). Treatment was repeated three times with two (2) samples of plants.  Observationincluded plant length, number of tillers, number and weight of tubers. The average top results in treatment group of liquid organic fertilizer was obtained by concentrations of 6 ml (O3), the length of the plant at the age of 56 DAPwas 60.67 cm, number of leaves at the age of 56 DAPwere 82.50 strands, the number of tubers at the end of the observation was 14.42 and tubers weight at the end observation was 229.08 grams. The lowest result in O0 and truncation treatment provides the highest result compared with plant of non-truncation technique withplant length was 59.83 cm (age of 56 DAP), number of leaves was 83.33 strands (age 56 DAP), the number of tubers was 13.67 (end of observations) and the highest tubers weight was of 229.08 grams (end of observation).

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer Plus the best in the rate of increase in the initial growth of sugarcane cuttings. Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: 1). There is a significant effect of the concentration of POC Plus to the increased growth of cuttings of sugarcane in all parameters of observations studied, include: the speed of germination, the length of plants, number of leaves, root length, number of roots, fresh weight per plant and dry weight per plant during germination of plants cane. 2). The best value is achieved by treatment P6 Plus POC at 6 ml per liter of water for treatment had no significant with P7 on all parameters studied observation, especially in dry weight per plant. Keynote : Liquid Organic Fertilizer, Technology Nano

Abstract

Arsitektur adalah seni dan ilmu merancang bangunan. Dalam perkembangannya arsitektur tidak hanya terbatas pada masalah bangunan saja, bahkan berkembang sebagai bangunan dan lingkungannya. Metodologi yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif analitis kepustakaan untuk menguraikan elemen-elemen penting dalam perancangan arsitektur, melalui berbagai teori yang dikembangkan oleh para pakar arsitektur, serta desain arsitektur yang digunakan sebagai contoh kasus. Abstract

The results showed that from 25 manufacturing companies in 2015, 18 companies have aged receivables under 90 days this means the period of collection of fast receivables will not result in bad debts so that cash inflows to companies are not hampered then the company can be said going concern. Current Ratio 20 companies have a current ratio of more than 100% and Quick Ratio 14 companies more than 100%  indicating that the company does not menglami liquidity in the sense that it can meet its short-term obligations in the long term with a large number it can be said going concern company. The sales growth of 23 companies by 2015 has decreased sales and 21 companies have decreased dividend so that operational cost efficiency should be increased. Manufacturing companies in 2012 until 2015 asset growth has increased that is offset by the growth of long-term debt is also experiencing an increase it can be said that the company going concern. Of the 25 manufacturing companies 2012 to 2015 have a profitability ratio measured by NPM, ROA and ROE average is positive so it can be said that the company going concern. The change of inflation in 2015 from 25 manufacturing companies decreased, and the rupiah exchange rate change to US $ in 2015 also decreased, so that the entrepreneurs have an interest in developing their business in macro sectors. Keywords: Going Concern, Risk Management, Open Manufacturing Company

Abstract

Gresik regency has 27 tourist destinations supported by small and medium industries both in the sector of food and beverage, handicraft, Muslim fashion and its equipment, which has been established since several years ago. It seems that the development of this industry is stagnant although it is actually potential to be developed and can be a trigger for the welfare of the small industrial community of Gresik regency in East Java. The problems that occur in small and medium industry community of Giri regency of Gresik regency based on the survey result is that business actors still do not have financial literacy, marked by not understanding about financial planning, not yet separating recording and financial storage in their family or business. Besides, there is still limited socialization of financial inclusion so that in general they are still unbanked.              Based on factor analysis on financial literacy and financial inclusion, there are some attributes that significantly affect financial literacy of small and medium industries, namely financial planning, experience in finance, socialization of financial literacy from related parties, socio-economic status, economic attitude, financial behavior, financial attitude, financial crisis, government policy, financial education, demography, investment, saving, consumption, financial wellbeing, financial concerns, self control, old age, and gender. While the attributes of financial inclusion include credit management, knowledge of credit guidelines, consumer over in-debtedness, saving and deposit functions.               The strategies that should be done in the short term based on the attributes found in this study are: 1) to conduct financial literacy and financial inclusion education with attention to the significant attributes, 2) perform mentoring from financial planning to the preparation of financial statements, 3) giving motivation to separate between family finance and business finance 4) the government is expected to grow the role of cooperative as a saving and loan institution not only of loan alone so that the loan sharks will not play a role; 5) CSR programs need to be continuously implemented to pay attention to the social condition of the environment including small industry and medium, 6) is provided software for group accounting records. While the long-term strategy that is together with the tourism aspect is expected to become an industrial tourism that requires the production of small and medium industries based on economic potential, especially in the agricultural sector, processing industry, and tourism, and trade. Besides, it needs to be improved facilities and infrastructure that support tourism such as hotels and restaurants.

Abstract

Concrete is a strong material withstanding compressive strength. The tensile strength of the concrete is only about 9-15% of its compressive strength (Dipohusodo, 1999) and therefore often in the planning of tensile strength of concrete is considered equal to zero.In this research, the researcher tried to apply fiber concrete for the manufacture of concrete that is by addition of fiber of ijuk. Fiber Ijuk is a natural fiber at the base of enau midrib (arenga pinnata), this fiber is very special compared to other natural fibers. The black fibers produced from palm trees have many features that are durable and are not easy to decompose, resistant to acid and salt water, preventing the penetration of soil termites. Fiber fibers have sufficient tensile strength so it is expected to reduce the cracks early and the burden. With the addition of fiber fibers into the mortar is expected to increase the tensile strength of the optimum concrete, and the resulting concrete is lighter.Data of Fiber Research Result obtained by tensile strength of concrete at age 7 days got value for 0% percentage equal to 67,41 kg / cm2, 3% equal to 71,85, 5% equal to 57,04, 8% equal to 70,37, 10% at 48.89. Concrete strength of concrete at age 14 days obtained value for 0% percentage of 68,15, 3% equal to 54,81, 5% equal to 79,26, 8% equal to 60,00, 10% equal to 60,74. Tensile strength of concrete at age 28 day got value for 0% percentage equal to 112,59, 3% equal to 97,04, 5% equal to 107,41, 8% equal to 87,41, 10% equal to 66,67. The decrease in the tensile strength of the fibers mixture due to the more fiber in units of strands it will increase the cracks that occur. Addition of the Ijuk may cause tensile strength to increase if it is in a small percentage.
