Anemia in adolescents can have an adverse impact on decreased immunity, learning concentration, fitness, and productivity. The provision of Fe tablets to adolescents is carried out as one of the interventions to reduce the prevalence of anemia. Adherence of adolescent girls in consuming Fe tablets is one of the indicators of the success of anemia prevention and control programs in adolescent girls. The high and low level of compliance to consuming Fe tablets in adolescents is due to several factors, one of which is self-efficacy. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and adherence to taking Fe tablets in adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Sewon Yogyakarta. This study was conducted on 90 adolescent girls in class VII at SMPN 1 Sewon Yogyakarta. This study included quantitative research with analytic observational research type with a cross-sectional-study approach and using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis using frequency distributions and percentages, and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results showed that respondents who had a high level of self-efficacy amounted to 51.1%, while the low category amounted to 48.9%. In addition, the results of this study indicate that the level of compliance of adolescent girls in consuming Fe tablets at SMPN 1 Sewon Yogyakarta is mostly in the high category of 55.6%, while the low category is 44.4%. The results of data analysis using the chi-square test obtained a p-value of 0.000 using an alpha of 0.05, so the p-value <0.05. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and adherence to taking Fe tablets in adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Sewon Yogyakarta. Telemedicine is a technology-based service in the health sector without having distance as an issue. One of the services offered in the telemedicine sector is teleconsultation. This service allows doctors to provide consultation services, diagnostic services and treatment management without meeting face to face with patients. Halodoc application is one of the teleconsultation service providers. In Indonesia, The development of telemedicine is growing rapidly along with the phenomenon of the 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Health collaborated with health platforms to provide telemedicine services for COVID-19 patients with mild to moderate symptoms in self-isolation (ISOMAN). Currently the status of the COVID-19 pandemic has shifted. As a result outdoor activities and face-to-face medical services will again become an option for Indonesian society. Health technology applications must carry out self-evaluation and development to maintain their market. In Indonesia, Halodoc is the most superior application of its group. This research aims to determine the relationship between the intention to use teleconsultation services with other variables such as Subjective Health Status, Perceived Privacy and Security and Effort Expectancy. This research was conducted using an 1-5 likert scale online questionnaire involving 162 respondents who had used the Halodoc teleconsultation service. Samples were obtained using a purposive sampling method and then processed using SmartPLS 3rd version for Windows. Based on the result, Subjective Health Status did not have a positive influence on the intention to use teleconsultation. However, Perceived Privacy and Security and Effort Expectancy have a positive influence on the intention to use Halodoc teleconsultation services.

Information systems that have been used for a long time should receive an evaluation of their use, one of which is SISFO Gizi Terpadu e-PPGBM. To evaluate an information system, several evaluation models can be used which have their focus on evaluation. Because these evaluation models have their focus, this research tries to combine a few evaluation models that will later be used to evaluate the e-PPGBM Integrated Nutrition SISFO. Before being used for evaluation, the newly formed combined information system evaluation model must first pass validity and reliability tests. Testing was carried out on 89 e-PPGBM users in Bali Province in a cross-sectional manner. Based on convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability testing, which was carried out using SmartPLS 4, it was found that all indicators in the e-PPGBM Integrated Nutrition SISFO evaluation model were declared valid and reliable. Structural model testing was also carried out and obtained an R-square value for the intention variable to use e-PPGBM of 0.627. This means that the influence of technology, human, and social influence variables on the intention to use the e-PPGBM variable is 62,7%, while other factors influenced the 36.9% remaining of it. Also, using e-PPGBM is only 4,1% influenced by the variable intention to use e-PPGBM. So, it can be interpreted that many other factors that are thought to influence the use of e-PPGBM.

Kematian akibat tembakau melebihi kematian yang terjadi pada perang dunia I dan II yaitu sebanyak 100 juta orang dan meningkat menjadi 1 milyar pada abad ke-21. Merokok merupakan penyebab kematian utama yang dapat dicegah di negara berkembang. Hampir 5 juta kematian premature disebabkan oleh rokok. Perilaku merokok merupakan suatu tindakan menghisap rokok untuk mencapai kenikmatan, mula-mula dilakukan secara sadar dan lambat laun akan menjadi kebiasaan sehingga pada akhirnya akan meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa hubungan antara Kesehatan mental dengan perilaku merokok dengan menggunakan Systematic Literature Review dari 15 jurnal dan hasil penelitian, yang diterbitkan oleh publisher yang terindex atau repository perguruan tinggi. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pemetaan menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Kesehatan mental, stress kecemasan terhadap perilaku merokok. Tingkat stress mengalami peningkatan bila dihubungkan dengan frekwensi merokok yang meningkat. Perasaan sedih dan putus asa juga mempunyai hubungan signifikan terhadap penggunaan Vape. Kualitas tidur saja yang tidak ada hubungannya dengan perilaku merokok.

In the digital era, information systems have become essential in supporting performance in various service institutions. Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) is key in enhancing service quality through the integration of hospital management processes. HMIS not only accelerates service processes and manages medical data but also supports accurate decision-making by hospital management. Hospital management information systems greatly facilitate decision-making in evaluating employee performance in carrying out their respective tasks in the installation. To examine the influence of HMIS usage on employee performance at Trimedika Ketapang Grobogan Hospital. A confirmatory quantitative study with explanatory survey method was conducted, involving 75 employees out of a total population of 160 at the hospital. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM – PLS). System and Information Quality significantly influence Employee Performance through User Satisfaction and System Usage. However, Service Quality does not significantly affect employee performance through user satisfaction or system usage. User Satisfaction also influences System Usage. System and information quality significantly affect employee performance through user satisfaction and system usage. Therefore, information systems that produce high-quality information can directly enhance employee performance.

Patient satisfaction with dental and oral health services is the key to the sustainability of a Dental and Oral Hospital (Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut/RSGM). An important factor that can support patient satisfaction is the quality of services and health facilities available. The Dental and Oral Teaching Hospital has the potential to raise many views on the quality of services provided. One of the educational RSGMs that is frequently visited is the RSGM Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD). This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of service quality and health facilities on patient satisfaction of co-assistant young dentists at RSGM UNPAD. The type of research used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach and survey method. The subjects of this research were patients treated by young co-assistant dentists at RSGM UNPAD, with a sample size of 135 respondents. Data were analyzed using SEM PLS. The results of the study showed that service quality had no effect on patient satisfaction, health facilities had an effect on patient satisfaction, and service quality and health facilities simultaneously had an effect on patient satisfaction of young co-assistant dentists at RSGM UNPAD. The findings of this research have the impact that the management of RSGM UNPAD needs to evaluate and improve the quality of service in the form of financing, facilities in the form of vehicle parking space capacity, and the level of satisfaction in the form of a more up-to-date reservation system.Keywords: Health Facilities, Service Quality, Patient Satisfaction

Masalah kepuasan pasien rawat inap RSUD Kab. Pesisir Selatan perlu dievaluasi karena pada survei awal 46,7% responden merasa tidak puas terhadap kinerja petugas RSUD Kab. Pesisir Selatan, 73,6% keluhan berasal dari unit farmasi, laboratorium, kasir, dan rawat inap RSUD Kab. Pesisir Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan terhadap dimensi kualitas pelayanan (reliability, assurance, tangible, emphaty, responsiveness) dan menganalisis atribut yang diprioritaskan untuk diperbaiki. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan kuesioner SERVQUAL yang telah dimodifikasi terhadap 162 sampel dengan menggunakan diagram Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap dimensi kualitas pelayanan sangat baik (89,8%), tiga masalah yang perlu ditingkatkan yaitu: prosedur pendaftaran dan pemulangan pasien rawat inap (88%); prosedur pelayanan rawat inap (88,6%); dan kunjungan rutin oleh petugas kesehatan terkait kondisi dan perkembangan penyakit pasien selama perawatan (87,8%). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan di RSUD sangat baik, tetapi layanan tersebut perlu memenuhi standar layanan minimal pemerintah. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan tersebut, perlu dilakukan evaluasi ulang untuk merevisi SK dan SOP pelayanan dan melakukan sosialisasi dengan petugas di RSUD.

Latar Belakang: Secara global, berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR) merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan. Prevalensi BBLR di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 sebesar 3,3%, dimana prevalensi BBLR di provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur melebihi prevalensi di Indonesia (5,1% di Jawa Tengah dan 4,1% di Jawa Timur). Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar wilayah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Provinsi Jawa Timur berdasarkan prevalensi BBLR pada tahun 2022. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis spasial dengan jenis penelitian observasional, dimana unit analisisnya adalah kabupaten/kota. dan kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara global terdapat autokorelasi spasial positif dengan pola sebaran spasial mengelompok berdasarkan prevalensi BBLR (I = 0,224) dan secara lokal terdapat autokorelasi antara kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur berdasarkan prevalensi BBLR (E(I) = - 0 ,0139). Kesimpulan: Intervensi program menurunkan prevalensi BBLR menyasar daerah hotspot yaitu Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Kebumen, Purbalingga, dan Wonosobo (Jawa Tengah) serta Kabupaten Probolinggo (Jawa Timur). Namun perlu juga adanya intervensi terhadap wilayah sekitar (tetangga).

Aplikasi KIA e-cohort merupakan sistem digitalisasi kohort pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) yang merupakan database untuk memberikan informasi penting dan lengkap berupa data dasar, catatan hasil pemeriksaan dan pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam pelaksanaannya akan melibatkan faktor manusia, organisasi dan teknologi yang bekerja sama sehingga penelitian menggunakan model Hot-Fit. Beban kerja mental merupakan beban yang ditanggung oleh tenaga kesehatan dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh langsung faktor Manusia, Organisasi dan Teknologi terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi digital e-cohort. Dan pengaruh tidak langsung variabel beban kerja mental dalam memoderasi hubungan manusia, organisasi dan teknologi. Alat analisis penelitian menggunakan SEM-Warp PLS. Populasi penelitian diperoleh sebanyak tujuh puluh delapan orang dari dua puluh Puskesmas di Kota Jambi. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode proposive sampling, seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung hanya variabel manusia dan variabel organisasi yang berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi digital KIA e-cohort di Puskesmas Kota Jambi. Dan hasilnya secara tidak langsung ditemukan bahwa beban kerja mental dapat memberikan pengaruh yang kuat terhadap hubungan variabel manusia pada pengguna sistem informasi digital KIA e-cohort di Puskesmas Kota Jambi.

The objective of this research is to determine the influence of antecedents of patient satisfaction in outpatient services on word of mouth. The antecedents of patient satisfaction will be assessed from the factors of people, process, and physical evidence, which are elements of the marketing mix. This is a quantitative study, where the data collection method involves distributing questionnaires to sample respondents within the research population. Four hypothesis pathways were analyzed using PLS-SEM, with primary data collected from outpatient patients at private hospital XYZ in Makassar city in April 2023, with total of 208 respondents. The results show that the factors of people, process, and physical evidence positively influence patient satisfaction and also have a positive impact on word of mouth. This research is expected to contribute to private hospitals in improving their outpatient services, enhancing word of mouth, and also elevating the hospitals’ image.
