Abstract

The dynamics of the spirit of ijtihad religious organizations in Indonesia continues to run. Nahdlat al-’’Ulama or NU as a religious organization initiated by KH. Hashim Ash’ari, KH. Hasbullah and KH Wahab. Bisri Samsuri on January 31, 1926 in East Java also has a style and epistemology ijtihad unique to observeThis paper reveals the epistemological model of ijtihad or istinbat al-Ahkam NU. epistemology istinbat al-Ahkam NU using methods ilhaq al-masa’il bi nazairiha. Ilhaq al-masa’il bi nazairiha is to equate the law of a case that does not exist, the books of fiqh as a reference, by the law of a similar issue that has been answered by the text in these books to be based on the elements/pillars ilhaq inside it. Ilhaq epistemology is a modification of the theory of qiyas and pillars inside. Only difference, ilhaq has elements/pillars, namely mulhiq, mulhaq ‘alaih, mulhiq law and’ illat al-hukm. If qiyas was based on the Qur’an and Sunnah, while ilhaq resting on the books of fiqh existing mains.

Abstract

One of tradition effort in a Muslim community, especially in Mendawai area is to innovate in economic activities which is mutual cooperation to increase mutual prosperity by establishing SaprahAmal (Charity) as innovation or alternative in to build Muslim facilities. This alternative is often performed by the community, not only on buying or selling activity but SaprahAmal also teaches to share with others to achieve a goal that the community expects in order to achieve falah (success, happiness and well-being).

Abstract

The motive of polygamy in Indonesia is very diverse. Public perception against one of the motives of polygamy is very strong due to economic problems. Economic motives as power for of polygamy is not always right.This paper mainstreem denied the presumption that of polygamy carried out by economic forces. In short those who practice polygamy only potentially be implemented for the rich or the elite tier of other groups.Theoretically-normatively basic theory which became one of the parameters can be polygamous in Indonesia, namely the existence of evidence of the husband‟s income would be polygamous is a figure that could provide for the economy to all the wives and children. The result is that a strong economic motive is considered the basis for of polygamy was not entirely right.In Surabaya, for example secretly polygamous husband of 64 polygamous marriages procedural was only earning less than Rp. 17 million. Of these 39% are self-employed husband by profession who earn no more than 2.5 million per month, and 31.3% earn Rp. 4.9 million.While polygamous husband in secret of 56 polygamous marriages only income below 24 million. Of these the most that 50% are self-employed husband by profession who earn no more than 2.4 million every month

Abstract

The background of this research to understand the importance of customer satisfaction will result customer loyalty on consumer’s of automobile. The design of this research applies a research model based on consumer’s of Suzuki Ertiga In Suzuki Indonesia Company which locard in East Bekasi. A total of seventy consumers as respondents were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 17. The objectives of this research to examine the importance will result on customer retention and generation of positive word of mouth. The result of this research that the effect of positively Customer Satisfaction, Brand Trust, dan Customer Feedback toward Customer Loyalty.  The managerial implication for marketing managers for understanding the importance of customer loyalty to increase company profitability.

Abstract

Electric shock activity is an activity of an electric discharge into the water to look for fish using a stun. This activity is a way to sustain the local economy of the challenges existing conditions. Because of some reasons such as easy, effective and efficient this way is still used. Another reason this way is still used is because of economic necessity, small capital, and another effort is difficult to do.Even in preserving the environment, the Local Government who has authority in this case issued a regional regulation. Moving on from these problems, the writer wants to know the important role of the Electric shock activity at RT 01 Mendawai Seberang as the foundation to sustain the local economy as well as its impact, with the problem of the studies are (1) How does the Electric shock activity at RT 01 Mendawai Seberang Pangkalan Bun? (2) How is the role of culture in Electric shock activity on maintaining the local economy at RT 01 Mendawai Seberang Pangkalan Bun? (3)What is the impact of Electric shock activity for ecosystems and humans? This research is using qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects of this research are people who live in RT 01 Mendawai as the fisherman who use stun to look for fish. The object of this research is the culture of Electric shock activity in maintaining the local economy RT 01 Mendawai Seberang Pangkalan Bun. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and documentation. In the technical validity of the data, the researcher was used a triangulation process.             The results from the culture of electric shockonmaintaining economic society at the RT. 01 Mendawai Seberang Pangkalan Bunis an activity that has long been done and the result of cultural transformation that has been handed ancestors.This activity is one way to sustain the local economy of the challenges existing conditions. Using a stun for fishing has several factors because it is easy, effective and efficient.Economicnecessity, the capital required is not too large, another effort is difficult to do, and the domicile is the reason behind this culture is still being conducted until today. The impact of electric shock toward the ecosystem of fish just a little bit because it is not spent the ecosystem of fish. Only a small portion is taken for the purposes of trade. Whereas the impact on the fishermanthemselves the possibility exists, if its application is not appropriate and not in accordance with the existing procedures could harm the fishermanthemselves.Electric shock activity is an activity of an electric discharge into the water to look for fish using a stun.
