Abstract

This article examines the handling of sharia economic disputes from the perspective of the ideals of law in the Religion High Court of Semarang, considering that up to now many decisions of the Religious High Court have been pursued at the cassation level (Supreme Court). The focus of this research study is to answer a number of issues, namely: how is the mechanism for handling sharia economic disputes in the Religion High Court of Semarang, what is the legal basis used by judges in the process of examining sharia economic disputes, and how the review of legal ideals towards handling sharia economic disputes in the Religion High Court of Semarang.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is a phenomenon of the function of rubber to oil palm plantations carried out by farmers in the village of Kebun Agung, Pangkalan Banteng District, Kotawaringin Barat Regency. The aims of this study how the background causes of rubber farmers to switch to being an oil palm farmer in Kebun Agung Village. Second, how is the impact on the welfare of rubber farmers after being converted into oil palm farmers in Kebun Agung Village. The purpose of this study is to find out the background that causes rubber farmers to convert their plantations into oil palms and the impact on the welfare of farmers. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subject was focused on 9 farmers by sampling using purposive sampling techniques.The results of this study indicate that the background of the cause of rubber farmers to switch to being an oil palm farmer in Kebun Agung Village, Pangkalan Banteng District, Kotawaringin Barat Regency is work as a rubber farmer that is done every day while the price is cheap so that farmers' income is not enough to meet economic needs. Whereas palm oil works only once every two weeks are more expensive than rubber and are sufficient to meet daily needs. The impact of the welfare of the rubber farmer's family after being converted into an oil palm farmer in Kebun Agung Village, Pangkalan Banteng District, Kotawaringin Barat Regency is a positive impact for farmers, their income increases, their work is lighter, their assets are increased, and their families feel more prosperous than before.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah fenomena alih fungsi perkebunan karet ke kelapa sawit yang dilakukan petani desa Kebun Agung Kecamatan Pangkalan Banteng Kabupaten Kotawaringin Barat. Abstract

In Indonesia, the Islamic retail store that first appeared in 2017 was the Islamic Retail Store 212 Mart, which was spearheaded by the Sharia cooperative 212. The retail is also the only market in the city of Dumai whose forms of business management and business ethics based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. Although legally positive, this does not include sharia cooperatives because there is no Sharia supervisory board (DPS) in the retail. One of the drivers of this retail existence is due to the awareness of the majority of Muslims to use and utilize products (goods and services) that are both legal and á¹­ayyib. This research included in the type of field or empirical research. While the approach is qualitative descriptive, this study aims to find out how the forms of management and business ethics applied at the Islamic Retail Store 212 Mart Dumai branch. The results of his research are the Islamic Retail Store 212 Dumai branch Mart in its management practices, and business ethics are following Islamic principles or values. Business management includes aspects of taqwa, balance/fairness, deliberation. In contrast, business ethics include Siddiq (honest and sincere), Amanah (responsibility, trustworthy, credibility), Tabligh (openness or transparency in the communication), Fathonah (smart, talented, wise).Di Indonesia
