Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determination factors ofcapital structure, such as deficit, profitability and tangibility asset, and theirinfluence to the use of short term debt, long term debt and total debt, based on twoperspective namely Pecking Order Theory (POT) and Trade-off Theory (TOT).From the perspective of POT, company has a certain order to choose theirfinancing decision. The order start from internal to external financing. Thus, inPOT, deficit has positive influence to the debts while profitability and tangibilityasset have negative influences. From the perspective of TOT, debts are able toprovide advantage to offset the tax value. Thus, based on TOT, deficit,profitability and tangibility asset have positive influence to the debts. The samplesof this study are 10 manufacturing companies listed in LQ45 for minimum of fourperiods in 2010-2014 with OLS Regression as the analysis method. The resultsimplied that in terms to the use of short term debt and total debt, financingdecision of sample companies has no path suggested by POT nor TOT; however,regarding the uses of long term debt, the companies follows the path suggested byPecking Order Theory.Keywords: Deficit, Profitability, Tangibility Asset, Debts, Pecking Order Theory,Trade-off Theory

Abstract. PT. DSS is engaged in the generation of electrical energy trying toimprove their quality to ensure the availability and reliability of electricity andsteam distribution to customers. Then the company has always tried to maintainthe operational continuity of power generation engines. One way to implementimprovements boiler and turbine overhaul alternately and must be completed on-time schedule, it must be done by a competent contractor. To ensure thecompetence of the contractor to overhaul the necessary research to evaluate itsperformance aimed at selecting the best contractor. From the research results withAnalytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methode is known that most prioritizedcriteria in the selection of contractors is a priority quality criteria with a weight of0.539, other criteria is the cost (0.297) and the criteria for cooperation (0.164).The best contractors being the top priority is PT. NWI with the largest priorityvalue is 0.276, then PT. CMS (0.248), PT. TJ (0.175), and PT. KDS (0.173).Contractors whose value is the lowest priority are PT. CAS for 0.067 and PT. Abstract

Abstract. The phenomenon, as object of research is behavioral intentions ofcustomers to the products indicated influenced by customer satisfaction. Customersatisfaction is predicted to be affected by the company's performance-relatedimpairment of relational marketing and after-sales service research objective wasto analyze the effect of relationship marketing and after-sales service to thecustomers behave intentions through customer satisfaction. The method used isquantitative research approach. The research sample of 100 respondents drawnfrom the study population of 100 people by using census method. Data collectiontechniques using literature study, questionnaire and observation techniques.Analysis of data using realiabilitas validity test instruments, test the classicalassumption of normality test and heterokedastisitas as well as analysis andhypothesis testing two lanes. The results showed that the relationship marketingand after sales service significantly affect partially or simultaneously on customersatisfaction. In addition, the results of this study also showed that the relationshipmarketing and customer satisfaction partially significant affect on the behavioralintentions but after sales service does not significant affect on behavioralintention. Furthermore, in the future research is recommended to include othervariables such as price, company's image, etc.Keywords: relationship marketing, after sales service, customer satisfaction,behavioral intentions.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze and empirically test the hypotheses of theeffect of service quality, price and advertising on customers decision in usingJNE’s logistic service (case study CV. Cipta Abdi Mandiri at Cengkareng area).Sample of respondents in this study are customer of CV. Cipta Abdi Mandiri wasselected randomly at period 15 July until 31 August 2014 about 100 persons.Multiple Regression Linear used to analyze and test the hypotheses. The studyfound that model were proposed is fit based on Goodness of Fit Indices.Hypotheses testing concludes that service quality and price have significants andpositive effect on costumers decision of CV. Abstract. Field Program has strategic role in improving the income poor farmersin the land of Papua. Work motivation, working environment and work disciplinewill help escort in program activities. Research to know the influence ofmotivation of work, and workplace against discipline of work. Study on NationalSociety Empowerment Program Rural Agriculture in Papua Province and WestPapua Province. Independent variables consists work motivation and Workenvironement, with work discipline as dependent variable. The sampling methodused is saturated and sample of respondents who provide the answer as many as58 people of respondents. The method of analysis used in this study is multiplelinear regression. The research results showed indicate the presence of thepositive significant effect or influence of working environment in partial againstdiscipline of work. The two of variables consits work motivation and workenvironment jointly showed significant effect to work discipline. Workenvironment give stir the very great work discipline. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the relationshipbetween intrinsic and extrinsic motivation influence the performance ofemployees of PT. DIHI. The study population was all employees of PT. DIHInumber 251 with sampling techniques disproportionate stratified randomsampling and based formula samples slovin found 154 respondents in the sample.Primary data was collected through questionnaires. Testing the validity andreliability of the questionnaire using the product moment correlation andCronbach's alpha. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, multiple linearregression analysis, hypothesis testing simultaneously (F test), testing thehypothesis partially (t test), and the coefficient of determination. The resultsshowed that the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation partial and simultaneouspositive and significant effect on employee performance. For intrinsic motivation,the most influential dimension is recognition. For extrinsic motivation,dimensions that influence the relationships with colleagues, working conditionsand salaries. Recognition can be a charter provision and development of theprovision of educational training. For working conditions, comfort in the work isnot only a convenient, adequate facilities, conducive and safe environment, butalso the relationship with your supervisor and partners.Keywords: intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, job performance

Abstract. In the production system, all machineries and support system has arole in supporting the achievement of production targets. To achieve thesegoals, each machine and its supporting assets, including forklifts, need to bemaintained. In large quantities controlling the maintenance system in manualway is not possible anymore. The current maintenance system in PT GajahTunggal still rely on manual control, where the system information formaintenance scheduling forklift still rely on telephone and the maintenanceitems are still very simple, even just oil changes. Apllying a modern systemmaintenance with RCM approach is posible and on its implementation,combined with the ERP system that has been applied to the productionmachinerries, the oracle system module EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)and take advantage of advanced features of the oracle alerts. Forkliftmaintenance schedule information is automatically sent to the owner of theforklift, which is spread in many areas, by means of e-mail has been setup on thecell-phone will minimizes the possibility of not getting or forgotten information.Keywords: maintenance system, information system, oracle alert

Abstract

Abstract. Substitution of leader that causes changes in leadership style, thepresence of factors inhibiting the work culture of discipline and ability to adaptand percentage of employees who participate in training are problems that canhinder learning organization. This study aimed to examine the effect of leadershipstyles, organizational culture and emotional intelligence toward learningorganization in the Human Resources Development Agency of Law and HumanRights, Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This study used quantitative methods.The population of this study is all the employees of the Agency as many as 175people. The sampling technique using probability sampling, with proportionalrandom sampling, found a sample of 122 people, obtained by the formula Slovin.Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed thatthe leadership style, organizational culture and emotional intelligence partiallyand simultaneously have significant effect on learning organization.Transformational leadership style, learning culture and social skills have a moresignificant effect than the other dimensions to the dimensions of a learningorganization. Transformational leaders, the formation of a culture of learning andthe improvement of adaptability skills can promote the establishment of a learningorganization.Keywords: leadership style, organizational culture, emotional intelligencelearning organization.
