Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the difference between the stock price,stock returns and trading volume before and after the announcement of a stocksplit. The research data is the daily data for a period of four years (2011-2014).The used sampling method was purposive sampling. Out of a population of 39companies which conduct a stock split, 38 companies that meet the criteria to besampled. The analytical method used in this research is a Independent t - test. Theresults showed there was no significant difference between the stock price beforeand after the stock split, there was a significant difference between return beforeand after stock split, and there was no significant difference between tradingvolume activity before and after the stock split.Keywords: stock prices, returns, stock trading volume activity, stock split

Abstract

Abstract. Career management is inadequate, the implementation of knowledgemanagement systems that are less disciplined in supporting work processes andleadership ability, a factor predictable problems that can hamper job satisfactionof employees of the company in the pursuit of the competence to be a globalworkforce of talented high. This study aims at examine and analyze the influenceof Career, Knowledge Management and Leadership on Employee Job Satisfactionof Chevron Geothermal in Indonesia. This research design used quantitativemethod. The population of this research, all staff and associcate staff employeesof Chevron Geothermal in Indonesia as many as 525 employees. The samplingtechnique use proportional random sampling. The number of sample is 84employees uses Slovin Method. The method of analysis used in the research ismultiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS version 22.0. The resultsshowed that Career, Knowledge Management and Leadership simultaneously arehaving influence to employee job satisfaction of Chevron Geothermal inIndonesia. Partially Career has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Aswell as Knowledge Management and Leadership have a positive effect onemployee job satisfaction. Career and Leadership are biggest variable ininfluencing the employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Career, Knowledge Management, Leadership, Employee JobSatisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to investigate and analyze the strength and direction ofinfluence perceptions of product quality to customer loyalty, brand image of thecompany to customer loyalty, influence brand image and product qualitysimultaneously to the enterprise customer loyalty. The research data is the primarydata questionnaire of consumer health products Kalbe selected as respondents andsecondary data is the data obtained from the Annual Report Annual Kalbe.Sampling method used is purposive sampling. From a sample of 170 consumerswho shop at outlets located Kalbe health drink products in the area of Jakarta, 145consumers who shop at outlets located Kalbe health drink products in the Jakartaarea meets the criteria to be sampled. The analytical method used in this researchis multiple linear regression. The results show the brand image variables andvariable quality of the variables simultaneously affect the customer loyalty inKalbe health drink products such as coco hydro beverage products, extra jozz andlove juice. Partial variable positive effect on the brand image variable customerloyalty in Kalbe health drink products. The variable quality of the products is verypositive influence on customer loyalty variable in Kalbe health drink products.Keywords: brand image, product quality, customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract. This thesis aims to analyze the critical path in the process of installationof one project PT PAP branch Bandung. This study uses a network diagram(PERT) to identify the critical path on each element of the work. The number ofproducts in the studied projects totaling 13 units of product. The initial step in thisresearch by calculating the standard time of the measurement of working timeevery element of the process to 13 the number of products in the studied projects.Critical path analysis using QM program for Windows. Analysis of the criticalpath in the PERT method provides the possibility of project completion fastercompared to before analysis. Identify the cause of the problem of delays in thecompletion of the entire project using the RCA (Root Cause Analysis). There aretwo main problems based on the Pareto diagram are the problems andshortcomings rework delivery. The main factor of rework problem is theweakness of the monitoring system and communication supervisor and the limitednumber of senior artisan. Improvement efforts undertaken in this research is toincrease communication and monitoring system with regular reports and conductskills training for junior builders.Keywords: Project Management, Measurement of working time, PERT method,RCA

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Z-Score value tothe stock returns of the mining companies listed in IDX for period of 2009-2013.The research design used in this study is quantitative approach. From apopulation of 37 mining companies, only 33 companies selected as the samplewith purposive sampling method (non probability sample). The method ofanalysis used in this study is panel data regression using Eviews version 8statistics software. The research will conducted in descriptive analysis throughAltman Z-score method. Based on the Z-score it will be analyzed the impact to thereturn of each stock. The results show that generally the stock return is influencedby the Z-Score value. The higher the Z-Score, the more valuable the stock return.Mining sector listed in IDX generally in the „grey area‟. To prevent loss, investorsuggested to invest only in the „safe zone‟ stocks.Keywords: Altman Z-Score,bankruptcy, stock return, mining, panel dataregression

Abstract. Research method that used is descriptive analysis. The subject of thisresearch was employees golf operation department at Imperial Klub Golf, PTLippo Karawaci. Tbk, Lippo Village, Tangerang. This research was begin bypreparing the test in the form of multiple reasoned choice (two-tier diagnostictest), those questions were selected based on the indicators which had to beachieved by the employees in accordance to the standard and basic competence asof employees golf operation. The results of the evaluation showing the employeesunderstanding not met with company targets. Based of result of the research, it issuggested that management can develop learning strategies and models toimprove the understanding of employees with a combination of conventional andactive learning strategies. Recommended of learning strategies and models withadapted to current conditions are: (1) Strategy Expository (direct instruction),through lectures learning methods (lecture) and demonstrations. (2) Affectivelearning strategies, through the provision of task learning methods (modularizedinstruction) and exercise (drill and practice). (3) Group of cooperative learningstrategies (cooperative learning), the learning method of discussion and frequentlyasked questions. (4) The learning strategies of Conceptual Teaching and Learning(CTL), the learning method demonstration, sociodrama, field trips (fieldexperience)Keyword: Knowledge Quality and Maintenance Understanding, Two-TierDiagnostic Test, Learning Strategies and Models.

Abstract

Abstract. Decline in the performance of the employee's achievement of businesstargets are not marked with the reporting of audit results in the last three years.This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and thework environment on performance of employees in Biro Pengawasan danPemeriksaan of PT Bank Panin Tbk. The method of research is descriptiveanalysis. The population of the research was the entire employees of BiroPengawasan dan Pemeriksaan PT Bank Panin Tbk which totaled 253 people.Sampling techniques using simple random sampling with the formula slovinfound 155 employees as sample. The methods analysis of this study is multiplelinear regression. F test results show that leadership, work motivation and workenvironment has a positive and significant influence on performance ofemployees. The t-test results show that the leadership of significant and negativeeffect on performance of employees, motivation of working is not significant andnegative effect on performance of employees and work environment a significantand positive effect on performance of employees. Based on the results ofemployees performance analysis can be maximized through increasedpsychological conditions of the work environment, as we reduce overtime.Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Environment, EmployeesPerformance.

Abstract

Abstract. This thesis aims to measure the quality of services provided by NissanHalim. This study compares the levels of service according to the customer'sexpectations with the work done so far. The method used in this research isdescriptive analysis method qualitative data collection method through literaturestudy, observation and questionnaires. To determine the gap between perceptionand expectations of customers used the method ServQual. Results ServQual foundthat the quality of service provided does not meet customer expectations with thebiggest gap found on factors thoroughness of work performed servicing Todetermine the performance which need to be rectified used ImportancePerformance Analysis. Results IPA found that the factors completeness of theservice work performed, front linernya responsive, the operational time of theworkshop according to your schedule, as well as the reasonableness of the pricethat needs to be fixed. Meanwhile, to suggest improvements to the companyconducted method of Quality Function Deployment. QFD results provide thebenchmark improvement in the booking system, the number of technicians,service allocation, role play SA, service tools and technician skill that needs to beimproved so that the results could change science.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, ServQual, IPA, QFD
