Abstract

The authority of animal husbandry arrangements in general should be arranged by the central government, therefore the regency/city government unnecessarily rule in general by using regency rules. It is for setting law certainty in the national law system while developing law especially for land affairs, whereas the Republic of Indonesia is still under one national defence law, that is, local law arrangement and technical practice.

Abstract

In the purpose of providing protection on the work forces, then it is founded a social insurance program for employees that provide protection or assurance including on workplace accidents, health service insurance, death fund and retired fund. It is the responsibility of employers to support the employees to participate in Jamsostek program because the program basically is the right of employees to be the member of the program conducted by the Jamsostek Ltd.

Abstract

Based on the amendment of UUD 1945 the position of state organizations is placed based on the spirit of constitution reformation. It is the form of maintenance on differentiates principal / authority divisions, checks and balance systems to the constitutional process. The Constitutional Court that is one of the highest judgmental institutions has a series of duties and authority will colour the state structure systems of Indonesia.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to know how far the perception of husband and wife about violence in household. It is necessary to conduct this research since the marriage is a tie of inner self and outer world between a man and a woman as a couple for the sake of building a happy and everlasting family (household) in the one God (pasal 1 Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 1974). The word ‘household ‘ covers an understanding that gives a description of peace and love feeling. Strangely, in a household that seems to be harmonized and happy, the violence action sometimes still happens. Based on the fact, this research mainly focused on the husband's violence to his wife.

Abstract

Managing Reksa Dana investment managers have important and serious responsibility. It is related to the existence of the Reksa Dana formed, that is aimed to be an institution that collect fund from the shareholders community. The institution is one of the efforts to improve the development of Indonesia. The responsibility of investment managers include how to provide trusts to the community to invest, provide sufficient assurances for investment safety as well as profit.

Abstract

Democracy of Pancasila as the realization of way of life, forming a group of community and state of Indonesian society, is a more concrete explanation of the Fifth Paragraph of Pancasila. Democracy of Pancasila Implementation combined with Pancasila ideology can be divided into unwritten basic law, systems of National Developmental Program (Propenas), and the subsequent activities, and more dominantly, systems of state decision making.

Abstract

In developing interstate relationships, there frequently are different interests that develop into an international dispute. For the purpose anticipating the international dispute development turn into international instability then the International Law should facilitate for problem solving procedures such as involving United Nation. The role of the United Nation in solving international disputes can be done by applying the procedures of Security Board General Committee and Secretary General based on the their own proportion and authority.
