Abstract

The objective of this research is to assess the extent of Qur'anic literacy among tahfidz teachers in Pekanbaru City. The investigation employed mixed research methods, including observation, interviews, questionnaires, and record-keeping. The sample consisted of 52 instructors, while the population of this study was 108 tahfidz teachers. The study revealed that the researchers had a good understanding of the first of the six indicators of Qur’anic comprehension based on the interviews. The second indicator, which measures fluency in reading the Qur’an among tahfidz teachers in Pekanbaru City, scored a maximum of 1040 with a total percentage of 88.75%, indicating a very high level of literacy. The third metric assesses the accuracy of Qur’an reading among tahfidz teachers in Pekanbaru City. The literacy level of tahfidz instructors in Pekanbaru City is very high, with a maximum score of 1040 and a total percentage of 87.30%. The fourth indicator assesses whether reading with makhorijul letters is appropriate for these instructors. The sixth indication of communication methods for tahfidz instructors in Pekanbaru City demonstrates a very strong literacy level, with a maximum score of 520 and a total percentage of 87.11%.

Abstract

This research examines how the Diplomacy Library Automation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is implemented. This research aims to find out how the library automation system is implemented using Slims 9 in the Diplomacy library and to find out what obstacles librarians face in implementing the library automation system and how to overcome them. This research uses qualitative methods with observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved interviews with librarians at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Diplomacy library. The results of data analysis obtained during the research show that the use of the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) in the Diplomacy library of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has fulfilled aspects of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. SLiMS is considered useful for helping work in libraries, including assisting users in the process of searching for information. From this research, it is also known that the obstacles that are often experienced in processing SLiMS are that the internet network often disappears or is less stable, which can hinder the importing or searching process and also requires a long process to automate

Abstract

A library is a work unit of an institution that contains a collection of books to support increasing learning resources that are arranged to be read, studied and used as reference materials. It is impossible for an educational institution to run well if the teachers and students are not supported by the learning resources needed to carry out teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this research is to look at the role of the library as a teaching and learning resource for students and teaching staff at SMPN 2 South Pemulutan. The research method used is descriptive research with a case study type that will be carried out on the role of the library at SMPN 2 South Pemulutan as a source of teaching and learning in schools. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were library users at SMPN 2 South Pemulutan, namely students, and teachers or education staff. The results of the research state that the SMPN 2 South Pemulutan Library has an important role as an institution that provides knowledge and information to its parent institution and its user community. The SMPN 2 Pemulutan Selatan library facilitates students and teachers or education staff (GTK) with services at the library. Teaching and learning activities are also often carried out in the library of SMPN 2 Pemulutan Selatan. There are several teaching staff who use the library as a means for "moving classes". With the aim that students do not feel bored and bored if they only study in the classroom. The library is a source of knowledge and a center for learning activities as well as a source of new ideas that can encourage students' willingness to think rationally, students can search for the information they need and there can be synergy between librarians and students which will result in student achievement. Also good performance for librarians so that libraries play a very important role in improving student learning achievement because they can make their users smarter, especially in producing students who excel.

Abstract

Libraries are organizations that provide information services, and should emphasize assessing the number of users served and the level of satisfaction. The library is a scientific institution that has main tasks related to science, education, research and development, with its scope of managing and storing information covering various sciences and technology. Utilization of collections in the Library Diplomacy is a way to utilize collections by filling out guest books, borrowing collections from the library, and reading in the library. The needs of users in utilizing important library collections to provide relevant and meaningful services. Provides a diverse collection to cover a wide range of interests, knowledge levels, and educational needs. Influences interest in visiting the library, both external and internal influences. This research is entitled "Utilization of Library Collections in Meeting the Needs of Readers in the Diplomacy Library". The aim of this research is to see the use of library collections in meeting the needs of users. Quantitative research methods are methods used to explain phenomena using numerical data, followed by analysis which usually uses statistics. Using data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires which were given to each respondent personally. The results obtained from this research are the use of library collections to meet the needs of users effectively and efficiently for use by users because library materials are a source of knowledge owned by the library. The importance of physical interaction with collections, creating direct and immersive experiences in research or study. Abstract

This research examines the management of circulation services in the Diplomatic Library of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The diplomacy library is a special library under the auspices of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Circulation service management is useful for improving circulation services. This research aims to analyze whether circulation service management in diplomatic libraries is running well or not. This research uses qualitative methods with observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved interviews with librarians and users. The results of the research show that the management of circulation services in diplomatic libraries has been carried out as effectively as possible but there are still things that need to be improved so that the use of circulation services increases.Good management of circulation services will indirectly introduce diplomatic libraries and effective use of circulation services proves that management of diplomatic libraries is running well
