Abstract

The study aims to examine the influence of demographic factors on purchase decisions that mediated by the perception of luxury brand. The owners and users of luxury cars in Banda Aceh is taken as a sample for this study. This study employed questionnaire as a research instrument. Purposive sampling is applied as the sampling technique. Hierarchical Linear Modelling methods of analysis are usedto determine the influence of the involved variables. The result of this study indicatesthat demographic factors have positive effect on purchase decisions and luxury brand perception have positive effect on purchase decisions. The study shows that demographic factors significantly influence the luxury brand perception or purchase decisions and also luxury brand perception significantly influence the purchase decisions. In addition, the result shows that luxury brand perception is perfectly mediated theeffect of demographic factors to purchase decisions.  Keyword: Demographic Factors, Luxury Brand Perception, Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to investigate the effect of hedonic shopping value and utilitarian shopping value on destination loyalty with overall shopping satisfaction as mediation variable. Tourist of travel destination in Sabang city is taken as sample in this study. The method of this study’s non-probability technique. Hierarchical Linear Modeling methods of analysis are used to determine influence of the variables involved. The result of this study indicates that hedonis shopping value have positive effect on destination loyalty, utilitarian shopping value have positive effect on destination loyalty, hedonic shopping value and utilitarian shopping value have positive effect on destination loyalty with overall shopping satisfaction as mediation variable. In addition obtained results that overall shopping satisfaction has partial mediated the effect of hedonic shopping value to destination loyalty and overall shopping satisfaction has partial mediated the effect of utilitarian shopping value to destination loyalty.Keyword: Hedonic Shopping Value, Utilitarian Shopping Value,Overall Shopping Satisfaction, Destination Loyalty

Abstract

This aims of this study are to investigate the effect of self congruity, and experiential value on behavioral intentions. The tourist destination city of Banda Aceh travel is a taken as a sample in this study. The method of this study employed questionnairs as an instrument. Total sampling is applied as the study’s convenience technique. Hierarchical Linear Modelling methods of analysis are used to determine the influence of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that self congruity have positive effect on behavioral intentions, self congruity have positive influence on experiential value and experiential value positive effect on behavioral intentions. This study also shows that self congruity influential significantly against experiential value nor against behavioral intentions. In addition abtained results that experiential value has partial mediated the effect of self congruity effect to behavioral intentions.  Keywords: Self Congruity, Experiential Value, Behavioral Intentions

Abstract

The aims of this study are to investigate the effect of store environment, hedonic consumption tendency and positive emotion on impulse buying. The consumers of Matahari Hermes Palace Mall Banda Aceh is taken as a sample in this study. The method of this study employed questionnaires as an instrument. Total sampling is applied as the study’s convenience technique. Hierarchical Linear Modeling methods of analysis are used to determine the influence of the variables involved. The result of this study indicates that store environment, and hedonic consumption tendency have positive effect on impulse buying, store environment, and hedonic consumption tendency have positive effect on positive emotion, and positive emotion has positive effect on impulse buying. The study also shows that store environment, hedonic consumption tendency influential significantly against positive emotion nor against impulse buying. In addition obtained results that positive emotion has full/perfect mediated the effect of store environment, hedonic consumption tendency to impulse buying.Keyword : Passive Leadership, Experienced Workplace incivility, Behavioral Incivility.

Abstract

This research aimed to measure the effect of challenge stressors and hindrance stressors to job performance with conscientiousness as a moderating variable. This study also address the interaction of conscientiousness on job performance. The sample used in this research are employess of PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh. The instrument of collecting data in this research is questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study is Stratified random sampling. With a total of 95 questionnaires were distributed and just only 90 can be collected. Method of data analysis are Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) which used as methods of analysis to determine the effect of all the variable involved. The result of this study indicate that challenge stressors and hindrance stressors have significant effect on job performance. Conscientiousness has significant effect on job performance. In addition abtained results that conscientiousness has moderated on the effect of challenge stressors and hindrance stressors to job performance on employees PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh. Abstract

 This research aims to ascertain the impact of religiusity toward purchase intention. The sample used in this study are the. Conventional bank customers who have never used the product / service Islamic Bank The used research method utilized questionnaires as the research instrument. The amount of questionnaires that had been analyzed were 100 questionnaires. Non probability sampling system had been used for sampling technique. This technique used to the unknown element profitability within the population that was selected as the sample. Partial Least Square was also used as analysis method to ascertain the impacts from involved variables. The results showed that that, (1) The Religiusity significantly takes effect to the Purchase Intention, (2) the Religiusity significantly takes effect to Costumer Attitude, (3) the Costumer Attitude significantly takes effect to Purchase Intention, (4) the Religuisity significanly takes effect to Purchase Intention mediated by Costumer Attitude as mediation variable. Abstract

This research is conducted to investigate the effect of Emotional  Intelligence on Job Involvement and Organizational Commitment with Perceived Organization Politics as a Moderating Variable. The sample used in this research are employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh. The instrument of collecting data in this research is questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study is Stratified random sampling. With a total of 107 questionnaires were distributed and just only 95 can be collected. Method of data analysis are Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) which used as methods of analysis to determine the effect of all the variable involved. The result of this study indicate that Emotional Intelligence have significant effect on Job Involvement and Organizational Commitment. Perceived Organization Politics has significant effect on Job Involvement and Organizational Commitment. In addition abtained results that Perceived Politic Organization has moderated on the effect of Emotional Intelligence to Job Involvement and Organizational Commitment on employees PT. Abstract

  This study aimed to examine the effect of Mechanism Corporate Governance and Cash Holding on Firm Value. The Independent variables in this reseacrh are the board commissioner, board independent, insider ownership, and cash holding, for the dependent variable is firm value that proxied by Tobins Q. This study use data of 37 companies manufactur in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the periode 2010 until 2014. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling , is sampling based criteria. The analysis technique used in this study using multiple regression analysis with using program SPSS 21. The result showed that: (1) board commissioner and board independent have positive effect and significat on firm value, (2) insider ownership have negative effect and doesnt significant on firm value, (3) cash holding have positive effect and significant on firm value. The results of this study are expected to be taken into consideration for the company in decision making related to the implementation of good corporate governance and cash holding so as to enhance shareholder value.  Kata Kunci: Dewan Komisaris, Komisaris Independen, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Cash Holding, Nilai Perusahaan
