Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the impact of service quality toward student satisfaction. The sample used in this study are the students at Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh. The used research method utilized questionnaires as the research instrument. The amount of questionnaires that had been analyzed were 148 questionnaires. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with stratified random sampling method. Multiple linear regression was also used as analysis method to ascertain the impacts from involved variables. The results showed that the independent variables professional comfortable environment, student assessments and learning experiences, classroom environment, tuition fees and textbook, student support facilities, relationship with teaching staff, teaching quality, and staff helpfulness eshow significant influence (sig 0.05) on student satisfaction at Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Syiah Kuala Banda Aceh.Keywords : Service Quality, Student Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of social exchange perception that mediate the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and job satisfaction. The sample used in this study were the students Master Program of Economics and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. This research method using questionnaire as a research instrument. Probability random sampling was used as the sampling technique. The method of analysis Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study showed that perceptions of organizational politics influence on job satisfaction, perceptions of organizational politics influence not significant the perceptions of social exchange, social exchange perceptions effect on job satisfaction. Additionally result that social exchange perceptions not mediates the influence on perceptions of organizational politics and job satisfaction at the students Master Program of Economics and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. Abstract

This study aims to examine perceive of easy to use, norm subjective, perceive of risk of purchase behavior intention via internet and perceive usefulness and attitudes toward purchasing via internet as a mediation variable. The sample used in this study is 200 respondents of Syiah Kuala University students who have accessed the internet. A Purposive Sampling technique is used as technique sampling. A Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to know the influence of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that perceive easy to use has positive and significant effect on the perceive usefulness. Perceive ease of use, perceive usefulness have a positive and significant effect on attitude toward purchasing via internet. In addition, perceive easy to use, subjective norms, perceive usefulness, attitudes toward purchasing via the internet have a positive and significant effect on purchasing behavior intention via internet. While perceive of risk has insignificant effect on purchasing behavior intention via internet.
