Abstract

This research aims to understand how the impact of service quality and service environment towards patient emotional reaction, and how their perception towards the quality of product and their intentionof behave. Data’s are required from 123 clients who are visiting to Cempaka Lima Specialist Clinic in Banda Aceh City, Indonesia. The tool of data collective which is used in this research is questionnaire. Path analysis is used as the analysis method to know the direct effect of all variables in this research. Accoerding to path analysis and IBM SPSS 23 found that service quality, service environment, is significant affect emotional satisfaction, the next one is emotional satisfaction is significant affecting product perception and behavioral intention (I,e recommending,re-buying in the same place).Keyword: Service quality, service environment, emotional satisfaction, product perception and behavioral intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image towards the intention of purchasing airline tickets online on the costumers of traveloka.com, with trust as the mediating variable. The samples used in this research were 200 respondents who were users of traveloka.com website in order to purchase a plane ticket online in Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling was used as sampling technique. The Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) method was used as a method of analysis to determine the influence of the variables involved. The results of this study indicated that brand image significantly influences purchase intentions. In addition, the results showed that the variables of trust partially mediated the influence of brand image on purchase intentions. The better the brand image is given, the higher the consumer confidence is, thus the stronger the customer’s purchase intention would be.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the effect of psychological contract violation towards organizational citizenship behavior with depressive mood states as mediator variable. Empirical study on contract employees in Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh City. Sample in the research is 91 contract employees. The tool of data collecting used in this research is questionnaire, and sampling method is using proportional random sampling. the analysis data method is used in this research is HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling). The result of this research showing that psychological contract violation is negative towards organizational citizenship behavior, psychological contract violation is positive towards depressive mood states and depressive mood states is negative towards organizational citizenship behavior, also depressive mood states partially mediates the effect of psychological contract violation towards organizational citizenship behavior on contract employees in Syiah Kuala University.Keywords: Psychological Contract Violation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Depressive Mood States

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to measure the influence of organizational values and demands-abilities pemediasi by job satisfaction needs-supplies (study of employee education and Training Science Hall Cruise Keumalahayati-Aceh). The sample used in this study are education and Science Hall employee Training Cruise Keumalahayati-Aceh totalling 150 respondents. Data collection tools used in this study was a detailed questionnaire. Sampling technique used is the Total sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to find out the effects of all the variables involved. The results showed: 1) the suitability of the value of organizational influence on employee job satisfaction and Training Science Education Hall Cruise Keumalahayati – Aceh. 2) claims the ability to employee job satisfaction and Training Science Education Hall Cruise Keumalahayati – Aceh. 3) suitability of the Value effect on Organizational Needs-Supplies employee education and Training Science Hall Cruise Keumalahayati – Aceh. 4) demands the ability to Needs-Supplies employee education and Training Science Hall Cruise Keumalahayati – Aceh. 5) Needs-Supplies effect on job satisfaction. 6) Needs-mediated influence of Kesesuian Supplies organizational values against employee job satisfaction and Training Science Education Hall Cruise Keumalahayati – Aceh. 7) mediate the influence of Supplies Needs-Demands-ability towards job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Values Congruence, Demand-abilities, Needs-Supplies and job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to measure the influence of Organizational Socialization Tactics on Job Satisfaction and Job Engagement of New Lecturer at Syiah Kuala University and Ar-Raniry State Islamic University. The population and sample used in this research are new lecturers at Syiah Kuala University and Ar-Raniry State Islamic University in Banda Aceh who still have the status of Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) which entered in 2015 with total 99 respondents consist of 77 new lecturers At Syiah Kuala University and 22 new lecturers at Ar-Raniry State Islamic University. However, there were 9 respondents who were not on the spot at the time when the research was done because some respondents were taking leave, and some ohers were continuing study abroad, including 7 new lecturers at Syiah Kuala University and 2 New lecturers at Ar-Raniry State Islamic University. Thus, the total number of respondents used in this research were 90 people consist of 70 new lecturers at Syiah Kuala University and 20 new lecturers at Ar-Raniry State Islamic University. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. Simple linear regression analysis is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis found that organizational socialization tactics have a positive effect on job satisfaction and job engagement. In addition, the results also show that there is no difference in organizational socialization tactics towards job satisfaction and job engagement of new lecturer at Syiah Kuala University and Ar-Raniry State Islamic University.Keywords : Organizational Socialization Tactics, Job Satisfaction and Job Engagement.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Taktik Sosialisasi Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Keterikatan Kerja Dosen Baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dosen baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry di Banda Aceh yang masih berstatus Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) tahun masuk 2015 berjumlah keseluruhannya 99 responden di antaranya terdiri dari 77 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan 22 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry. Namun, ada 9 orang responden yang sedang tidak ditempat saat dilakukan penelitian dikarenakan ada beberapa responden sedang mengambil cuti, dan juga ada beberapa responden sedang melanjutkan studi di luar daerah hingga ke luar negeri, diantaranya terdiri dari 7 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan 2 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry. Jadi, jumlah keseluruhan responden yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah 90 orang yang terdiri dari 70 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan 20 orang dosen baru pada Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Analisis regresi linear sederhana digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana ditemukan taktik sosialisasi organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan kerja. Selain itu, hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan taktik sosialisasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan keterikatan kerja dosen baru pada Universitas Syiah Kuala dan Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry.Kata Kunci:   Taktik Sosialisasi Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Keterikatan Kerja

Abstract

  This research aims to know the influence of brand image and price fairness on brand loyalty with customers satisfaction as a mediator of Apple user in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this research are 170 respondents who are using iPhone  in two years modestly as well as knowing any of its feature. The sampling technique used here is Purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the tool for data analysis is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with variant based—Partial Least Square (PLS)—using SmartPLS 2.0 software. This research tells that the standard price is more dominant to affect the brand loyalty with the original sample number 0,239998. For increasing the standard price and giving the fair price to customers, fair and ethical price policy from the producer as well as price policy that is accepted and suitable for customers. Beside the standard price, brand image influence the brand loyalty with original sample number 0118234.  To adjust the brand image by giving the trusted, interesting, and great brand, the brand that can give a social symbol as well as good reputation. From this research, it is shown that brand image variable does not have any impact of brand loyalty through customers’ satisfaction as a mediator. Meanwhile, the standard price variable gives an impact to brand loyalty through customers’ satisfaction as a mediator. Keywords : Brand Image, Standard Price, Brand Loyalty, Customers   Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of service quality, trust, corporate image towards brand loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable on Garuda Indonesia Airlines. The samples used in this study were 200 respondents who have used services of Garuda Indonesia. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to investigate the influence of the variables involved. The results of this study showed that service quality, trust, and corporate image had a signficant influence towards customer satisfaction, which can in turn lead to brand loyalty. In addition, the results showed that the customer satisfaction variabel partially mediated the influence of the service quality and corporate image towards brand loyalty. Then, customer satisfaction variabel fully mediated the influence of the trust towards brand loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Trust, Corporate Image, Brand Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimd to determine the effect of job involvement to job performance with organizational commitment as a mediating. The empirical study conducted at PT. Bank Aceh The Operational Banda Aceh staff used a questionnaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 120 samples. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with Total Smpling. Methods HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling) is used as a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 20. These results indicate that the job involvement significant impact on job performance, job involvement significantly related to organizational commitment, work motivation organizational commitment significant impact on job performance and in addition showed that the organizational commitment mediates the significantly effect of job involvement to job performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to measure the Effect of Organizational Commitment as the mediator of Job Satisfaction with Turnover Intention Contract Workers at Dinas Cipta Karya of Aceh Province. The sample used in this research is the contract employee at Dinas Cipta Karya Provinsi Aceh, which is 150 respondents. The data collection equipment used in this research is questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Totally sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. The results showed: 1) Job Satisfaction has an effect on to Contract Worker's Satisfaction at Dinas Cipta Karya Provinsi Aceh. 2) Job satisfaction affects the commitment of Contractor Workers Organization at Dinas Cipta Karya of Aceh Province. 3) Organizational Commitment has an effect on Turnover intention in Dinas Cipta Karya Provinsi Aceh. 4) Organizational Commitment mediates the influence of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention of Contract Workers at Dinas Cipta Karya of Aceh Province. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention.
