This research aims to know and explain the influence of profitability and leverage on stock returns on government-owned corporation listed in LQ45 index period of 2014-2017. Variables that are used in this research are ROE and DER towards stock returns. The populations in this study is government-owned corporation listed in lq45 index. Which samples in this study of 8 corporation with 4 period. Purposive sampling method is used as the method of sampling. The analysis method of this reearch is Multiple Regression Analysis by using eviews 9 software. The result of this research indicates that profitability and leverage significantly influence both simultaneously and partially on stock returns.

This study aims to measure the effect of Entrepreneurial Resilience to Entrepreneurs Perceived Success entrepreneurs in the city of Banda Aceh with Stakeholder Engagement as moderating variable. The sample used in this study were entrepreneurs totaling 228 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved.Based on the result of the HLM analysis indicated that Entrepreneur Resilience positively influence Entrepreneurial perceived success, Stakeholders Engagement positively influence Entrepreneurial Perceived Success, Stakeholder Engagement has a negative effect on Entrepreneur Resilience and Entrepreneurs Perceived Success.

Abstract : This research investigated the impact of brand equity on customer saving decision at Ebatara Pos in KLKK Pariaman. The data obtained through questionnaire. The samples were drawn from 105 customers who have saving in Ebatara Pos. The data analyzed by using SPSS 20.0. Sampling technique in this study was done by using purposive random sampling The analysis technique used is multiple regression. In this research there are 2 variable: those are independent variable which are brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty, the dependent variable which is saving decision. The findings indicated that brand awareness has positive and not significant impact on customer saving decision. For brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty have positive and significant impact on customer saving decision at Ebatara Pos

Penelitian ini menguji ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, non debt tax shield dan growth terhadap struktur modal. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2014-2017. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 perusahaan sehingga diperoleh 140 data observasi . Metode statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis.Secara parsial, analisis berdasarkan penggunaan semua variable independen dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, dan growth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan profitabilitas dan non debt tax shield berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan kelima variable independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal.

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance in Gayo Lues Regency. The variables used in this study are self-efficacy, organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study is the gayo lues district secretariat. The sample was taken as many as 111 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 for Windows. The results showed that self-efficacy, and job satisfaction had a significant effect both simultaneously and partially on employee performance. This study has limitations including the limited object of research and is expected in future studies to test different research objects. Therefore stakeholders in the Regional Secretariat of Gayo Lues Regency are expected to pay more attention to Employees through increasing attraction activities or Performance capabilities to attract Employees' interest to give the impression of pleasure in work, increase the development of gayo lues district secretariat creativity both facilities and infrastructure that must be held by stakeholders Secretariat Derah Gayo Lues Regency

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Telkom Institute of Technology in Purwokerto. The sample used in this study was all permanent employees of the Purwokerto Institute of Technology, using non probability sampling methods with saturated sampling techniques totaling 75 respondents. Statistical analysis uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, meaning that the stronger the organizational culture in an organization will improve employee performance.

This research was conducted to find out the influence of Political Issue, Social Imagery, Candidate Personality, Situational Contingency, Epistemic Value on the behavior of voter decisions in Pekanbaru in the election of the Governor of Riau 2018. To determine the sample in this study using purposive sampling criteria: (a) Including DPT in the city of Pekanbaru (b) Following the Election of the Governor of Riau 2018. This study used a sample size of 180 respondents obtained from the Hair method. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 25 software. The results of this study reveal that political issue, social imagery and epistemic value influence the Voters' Choice Behavior, while candidate personality and situational contingency do not affect the Voters' Choice Behavior in Pekanbaru. From the R2 value obtained of 51.5%. This means that all independent variables explain 51.5% of the dependent variable. While the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This writing provides the studies about performance which OCB mediated. This research observes the impacts of organization support, organizational justice perception towards Beacukai employees’ performance in Pekanbaru. The population consists of seventy five (75) persons Beacukai employees in Pekanbaru. The processing of the obtained data was done using the SPSS software Version 22 for Windows and SmartPLS software. The results of this research suggests that organizational support have not significant negative effect on the performance and not mediated by OCB,organizational support have a positive significant on the OCB, organizational justice perception have a positive significant on the performance and employees’s OCB, OCB have a positive significant on the performance, and OCB mediate a part of organizational justice perception on the performance. The implication for the office is that the better the implementation of organizational support, improvement of justice perception, it will increase employees performance and appear the OCB

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and word of mouth on revisit intention mediated by the destination image. The sample consisted of 210 respondents who visited the Central Aceh pantan terong tour. The sampling technique uses the nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling. Data collection is done through surveys with questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is sem using analysis of moment structure (AMOS) is a statistical method chosen to describe the observed variables. The results showed that service quality was not significant to revisit intention, word of mouth was not significant to revisit intention, service quality was not significant to revisit intention, word of mouth was not significant to revisit intention, destination image had no significant effect on revisit intention, there was a significan effect direct service quality towards revisit intention mediated by destination image, there is a direct effect of word of mouth on revisit intention mediated by destinasion image.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of internal ownership concentration and information asymmetry of the underpricing of shares in an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study used a purposive sampling technique with certain criteria, and obtained 93 samples of 155 companies who was listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2008-2017. The method of analysis used in this study was the method of multiple linear analysis (Multiple Linear Regression). The results showed that: (1) the ownership concentration has negative and significant effect to Underpricing,. Where the market can find out the high concentration of ownership when the IPO is something that is not too attractive for investors. Majority shareholders try to increase proceedings by making prices higher during the IPO. (2) Information Asymmetry has a significant and significant effect on Underpricing, where illiquid stocks must compensate in the form of a high rate of return.
