Abstract

The aim of the study is to measure the effect of Functional Value and Emotional Value on Purchase Intention Mediated by Purchasing Attitudes on Consumers of Packaged Drinking Water Products in Banda Aceh City. The samples of this study consist of 200 respondents who consistently consume the packaged drinking water. Data collection tools used in this study was questioners and Google form. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used as the analysis method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of the analysis that has been conducted, it indicates that Functional Value and Emotional Value have an effect on Purchasing Attitudes, Purchasing Attitudes have a positive effect on Purchase Intention and Purchasing Attitudes partially mediate the relationship between Functional Value and Emotional Value on Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of asset tangibility, corporate tax, sales growth, and profitability on capital structure in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses panel data with 27 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from the 2016-2019 period. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10. Partially the results of the study show that asset tangibility, sales growth, and profitability have a negative and significant effect on capital structure, corporate tax has a positive and significant effect on capital structure on property companies and real estate in Indonesia. In this study, the variable asset tangibility, sales growth, and profitability are in line with the pecking order theory. While the variable corporate tax is in line with the trade-off theory.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of employee engagement and job satisfaction on employee performance both partially and simultaneously in telecommunications companies. The method used in this study is quantitative method and uses data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis and path analysis. Data collection in this study is by disseminating questionnaires with a six-point likert scale and the number of research statements as many as 52 statements distributed to 227 employees of telecommunications companies in the West Java region. The results showed that employee engagement and job satisfaction have a significant positive influence on employee performance. With a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.364 or 36.4% showed that employee engagement and job satisfaction were shown to have an influence of 36.4% on employee performance. So that companies that have employees with a good sense of engagement to the company and the needs of employees are met to provide satisfaction for employees, it will be obtained employees who have a high loyalty value and dedicate their time to help the company in achieving its goals.

Abstract

Work is something that has become a necessity for everyone because by doing work a person can fulfil the needs for his/her life. Humans are also competing to work with their best ability in order to generate high income. However, when employees are too focused to get the high income, sometimes several points will go unnoticed, which is the meaning that is obtained or given after doing the job. Individuals who feel the workplace spirituality will commit greater commitment in their careers. Individuals will tend to keep their jobs and pursue the job as a career. Individuals who experience workplace spirituality will also contribute more and produce positive performance. This study aimed to reconfirm whether there is an influence that workplace spirituality toward organizational commitment. This research was conducted with sample of 50 employees of PT Satria Mandiri Semesta using online questionnaires and data was processed using simple regression statistical methods. The results showed that there is a positive effect of workplace spirituality toward organizational commitment by 12.5% and strengthened with a significance value of 0.012. One of the managerial implications can be applied in the company based on the results of the research is the company should maintain and even increase the workplace spirituality through training or activities that allow employees work and engage together.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Guidance Cocahing to task performance with Task Adaptive as a mediator for employees of PLN UP3 Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were 141 employees using purposive sampling technique. Then, this study used data collection equipment, namely a questionnaire (questionnaire). This study uses Hpath analysis as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved in mediation testing in this study. Based on the results of the path analysis, it shows that guidance coaching partially has a positive and significant influence to task performance and adaptive performance of PT PLN UP3 Banda Aceh employees. Adaptive performance also partially has a positive and significant influence to task performance of PT PLN UP3 Banda Aceh employees, and guidance coaching to task performance are not mediated by adaptive performance of PT PLN UP3 Banda Aceh employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the existence of loss aversion behavior bias or in practice it is called the disposition effect on Kompas100 Index companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Testing of one of these bias of investor behavior was carried out for five years, from 2015 – 2019 period. This study uses data on holding period, illiquidity, and stock returns, as well as firm size proxied by market capitalization as a control variable. The behavioral bias that causes the disposition effect is indicated when illiquidity has a positive and significant effect on the holding period. Meanwhile, regret avoiding disposition effect is indicated if return has a negative and significant effect on the holding period. To see this effect, an analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that there was a disposition effect and regret avoiding disposition effect on Kompas100 Index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work, work environment, and compensation both partially and simultaneously on the employee turnover intention of KSP Credit Union Dharma Prima Kita. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the sample criteria is a minimum employee work period of 1 year. The sample in this study was 60 respondents. The results showed that partially job satisfaction, work environment, and had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, with a significant level (p) 0.05. Job satisfaction, work environment, and compensation simultaneously have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The variable that most dominantly affects turnover intention is job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of collateral assets, free cash flow, investment opportunities, and profitability on the dividend policy of manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used is panel data with a sample of 31 manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis with a fixed effect model. The results partially reveal that collateralized assets have no effect on policy dividends, free cash flow has a significant positive effect on policy dividends, investment opportunities have no effect on policy dividends, and profitability has a significant negative effect on policy dividends.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Reputation and Quality Information on Purchase Intention mediated by Trust at Shopee‟s buyers in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study were customers of Shopee in Banda Aceh City, amounting to 150 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Abstract

Customers interest in organic porducts continues to increase. Organic products that are processed without any chemical substances are trusted by the public as healthier and more nutritious products. This study aims to determine the factors that encourage customers to purchase organic products by using the theory of planned behavior as a basis for research. This study describes the extended TPB of attitude, which health consciousness, willingness to pay, trend and lifestyle as the added variable. Online survey was conducted on 460 respondents, by adopting purposive sampling approach. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, SPSS also used to test the CMV. Results showed that the relationship between health consciousness, willingness to pay and trend and lifestyle had a significant positive effect on attitude. Attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control also had a significant positive effect on purchase intention. This research suggests retailers to develop effective marketing strategies in influencing consumers to buy organic products through advertising, promotion and new product development. Retail can also increase the availability of organic products to meet consumer demand.
