Abstract

Diabetes melitus merupakan sebuah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh tingginya level gula darah dalam tubuh sebagai respon ketidakmampuan sebuah pankreas untuk memproduksi insulin bahkan di Indonesia mencapai posisi 6 sebagai penderita diabetes melitus terbesar di dunia.Deteksi lebih awal mengenai diabetes melitus sangatlah penting untuk mendapatkan perawatan lebih awal sebelum diabetes melitus berimplikasi semakin parah.Deteksi penderita penyakit diabetes melitus dapat dilakukan dengan metode klasifikasi sehingga dari hasil deteksi tersebut, penderita diabetes melitus dapat menjaga pola hidupnya untuk mengontrol variabel independent penyebab diabetes melitus (kehamilan, kadar glukosa, tekanan darah, ketebalan kulit, Insulin, BMI, Keturunan, umur).K-Nearest Neighbour (KNN) adalah sebuah algoritma klasifikasi dapat membantu mendeteksi seseorang menderita diabetes melitus sesuai data dari variabel independen, untuk memperoleh sebuah kualitas KNN yang optimal diperlukan sebuah teknik parameter tuning hyperparameter-K dengan metode grid search dan membandingkannya dengan baseline model, evaluasi Confusion matrix terhadap classification report, ROC curve.

Abstract

With a computer network, a computer can be connected to each other either by using the internet or without the internet. To be able to connect with each other there is a data exchange process. The process of sending data is known as routing. OSPF routing is a routing protocol that uses the concept of a routing hierarchy, meaning that OSPF divides the network into several levels. by using the concept of OSPF this router will determine the shortest path to be passed. That way, the process of sending data will be faster to the recipient. The purpose of this research is to build a network that can send messages efficiently. The benefit of this research is being able to build and simulate the OSPF routing protocol in a LAN network using Cisco Packet Tracer version 8.2.0. By using the simulation method, conducting experiments using a model of a system starting from the topology design, IP address mapping, and the configuration process. The results obtained from this research is a topology that is designed and designed to produce a SOHO network that is able to communicate between networks with each other even though they are on different networks and is able to choose the path it takes based on the shortest route.

Abstract

Penentuan harga properti sewa Airbnb yang sesuai untuk mendapatkan penjualan yang tertinggi merupakan pekerjaan yang tidak mudah, terlebih pada masa modern sekarang yang dipenuhi dengan pasar bebas dan pertarungan harga yang seringnya tidak sehat. Dalam waktu yang sama, calon penyewa properti juga kesulitan melakukan penilaian atas harga yang ditawarkan oleh pemilik properti. Oleh karena itu, kami menawarkan beberapa model machine learning untuk melakukan prediksi harga Airbnb. Kami berhasil mendapatkan hasil terbaik menggunakan XGBoost dengan MSE (Mean Squared Error) sebesar 0.1414. Selanjutnya, kami juga melakukan pembenahan terhadap metode seleksi fitur yang digunakan pada penelitian sebelumnya dengan menggunakan ElasticNet dan berhasil menurunkan MSE dari 0.1471 menjadi 0.1370.

Abstract

The influence of COVID-19 has changed people's habits towards new habits or called the new normal. This influence changes daily activities into online and offline activities or hybrid activities. Activities at the University are one of the impacts that are influenced by this new habit. This causes students to always make sure each activity schedule is available. The implementation of the hybrid system is certainly implemented by the lecturers, so students need to always know the presence of the lecturer. Therefore, a lecturer attendance monitoring system is needed to find out information on the presence of lecturers. RFID is an autoID that can be used to record and be a medium to inform about the presence of lecturers. Google Spreadsheet and Google Data Studio are media for data management and interfaces to display lecturer attendance data in a concise and practical but real-time manner. The use of e-KTP makes it easier to input data, where in addition to being an RFID tag, e-KTP is also an item that is always carried and does not require the purchase of an RFID tag card again.

Abstract

Saat ini dunia perfilman di Indonesia sangat melejit pesat, mmbuat beberapa produser film berbondong bonding untuk menerbitan banyak film dengan cerita yang tidak kalah seru. Masyarakat juga saat ini banyak yang memilih menghabiskan waktu luang mereka dengan menonton film bersama keluarga. Untuk menonton film tersebut biasanya mereka memnonton melalui aplikasi serial seperti netflix, video maupun nonto secara langsung ke bioskop. Namun tidak bisa dipungkiri juga sebelum menonton fil tentunya masyarakat akan mencari rekomendasi dari berbagai situs website dan terkadang membuat pengguna kebingungan untuk menentukan website mana yang harus mereka kunjungi untuk mendapatkan informasi tersebut. Bahkan karena kelamaan harus menunggu dan berfikir untuk mendapatkan informasi tersebut rasa ingin untuk menonton film tersebut menjadi hilang seketika dikarenakan tidak mengetahui website mana yang harus mereka kunjungi. Dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai permasalahan diatas maka dirancanglah sebuah aplikasi berbasis website yang menyajikan sebuah informasi mengenai perfilman baik luar maupun dalam negeri. Tentunya aplikasi ini tidak hanya bisa digunakan pada PC/Laptop saja namun pengguna bisa menggunakan smartphone untuk mengakses aplikasi ini. Pembuatan aplikasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman javascript dan juga CSS untuk pemanfaatan layout aplikasi ini. Untuk informasi yang ada pada website ini datanya didapatkan dengan memanfaatkan API. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode SDLC yang bertujuan untuk memfokuskan pada setiap tahapan pengembangan sistem. Abstract

In this modern era, internet use is continually increasing and will run with an increasing amount of existing data, such as text data. Characteristics of unstructured text are a challenge in text processing feature extraction and encourage sentiment analysis research to be carried out. The availability of a lot of text data on the internet is a challenge in sentiment analysis because it requires a complex approach. This study uses the baseline Deep Learning (DL) method, namely Long-Short Term Memory (LSTM) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) with word2vec. It uses Machine Learning (ML), namely Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Gaussian Naïve Bayes (GNB) with the proposed method, word2vec, and the dataset used is the shoe review dataset which consists of 389,877 reviews. From the discussion above, to carry out sentiment analysis, a more suitable method is to use the CNN baseline method with word embedding word2vec to get an accuracy value of 91.53%. The novelty of this study is the increase in the classification accuracy value from previous studies.

Abstract

Music genre is a grouping of music based on their style. To group music into certain genres is a long and boring task to do manually because one must listen to each song individually and determine which genre does this song belong to. This process can be made automatic using classification models like Random Forest. The Random Forest model is a mutated version of the decision tree model, where Random Forest uses multiple decision trees to get a single result. In this paper the model that will be tested is the Random Forest model and XGB Classification model for comparison. The XGB Classification model is used to compare because it is similar to the Random Forest model. XGB Classification is a mutated decision tree model which uses CART as its tree. The results show that with the Random Forest model, an accuracy of 72% is achieved when all audio features are included, and with the XGB Classification, an accuracy of 73% is achieved with some audio features dropped.

Abstract

Budidaya dan pemeliharaan ikan terbilang cukup rumit karena memerlukan air dengan kualitas yang selalu terjaga. Dalam hal pemberian pakan ikanpun tidak bisa dilakukan secara sembarangan, sehingga hal tersebut harus diperhatikan. Tentunya hal tersebut menjadi masalah yang sangat merepotkan karena harus melakukan pemberian pakan pada ikan, dimana biasanya para pemilik budidaya ikan ataupun yang memelihara ikan memiliki jadwal untuk pemberian pakan kepada ikannya. Pemberian pakan tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menaburkan makanan ikan ke kolam, sehingga kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu dengan membangun Sistem Pemberian Pakan Ikan Secara Otomatis Berbasis Internet of Things. Hal ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan pembudidaya dan juga orang yang memelihara ikan, sehingga dapat menghemat waktunya untuk melakukan pekerjaan lain.

Abstract

Ongoing global warming makes the seasons in Indonesia irregular. These uncertain conditions will be very inconvenient if you want to dry clothes. This worry increases when the house is empty, while the clothesline that is used to dry wet clothes is still outside the house so that the clothes that are being dried in the sun do not dry as optimally. The research method that will be implemented in this research is Prototype. The author designed an automatic clothesline using an Arduino Uno-based microcontroller and a rain sensor with a miniature minimalist house. people do not need to manually pick up clothes that are drying in the sun when the weather conditions are rainy. Because the to designed by the author is able to secure clothes automatically when it's raining. The rain sensor used can detect rain conditions, so it can protect clothesline. The design of an automatic clothesline with a miniature minimalist house, which was made in this study, is the answer to problems that often occur in society.
