Abstract

The role of education is very influential in the quality of learners. Education has an important role in developing the skills and skills that shape the nation's proper character and civilization in context. However, the problem faced today is that the quality of students decreases, making the quality of human resources in terms of mindset. So, the dissemination of information about tutoring will help improve learning outcomes, to provide value to students to improve their abilities in accordance with the areas of their interest. For this reason, the construction of tutoring needs to use the concept of semantic ontology. The ontology development method used is Methodology. This method is one method of building an ontology model that can be reused for ontologies built for further research. The tutoring ontology development Model produces 23 classes, 9 object properties, 8 data properties, and 71 individuals or instances in each class. The ontology evaluation process by performing SPARQL queries also gives the corresponding results.

Abstract

Sosial media merupakan seperangkat alat komunikasi dan kolaborasi yang memungkinkan terjadinya interaksi antara berbagai individu di berbagai belahan dunia yang sebelumnya tidak tersedia bagi orang awam. Berbagai opini atau gagasan pikiran dikemukakan dalam berbagai platform sosial media, mulai dari yang bersifat positif, netral, bahkan negatif. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis sentimen terhadap opini pada sosial media menggunakan Support Vector Machine (SVM) yang dikombinasikan dengan pemanfaatan feature engineering TF-IDF. Hasil model Support Vector Machine memiliki akurasi yang cukup signifikan antara precision, recall, dan f1-score. Dan dapat mendeteksi klasifikasi opini dengan baik. Dengan rata – rata akurasi 87%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to overcome some of the problems in the apprenticeship process. From the identification results, the feasibility priority assessment using the APKL criteria identified a priority issue that must be resolved immediately, namely that the apprenticeship process has not been optimal. From the issues that have been analyzed using the APKL screening technique, an in-depth analysis is carried out using the fishbone technique. From several root causes, several creative ideas were obtained, and a main idea was concluded in the form of optimizing the apprenticeship process using a web-based information system. The main idea is embodied in five stages of research using the SDLC method. The system is designed using a DFD, and a relational scheme is used to design the database. The website was built using the Bootstrap 5 framework and added a mapping feature using leaflet.js. From the test results using the graph based black box testing method, good results are obtained, and all processes built can run as expected. Abstract

The circulation of hundreds to thousands of cosmetic products in the world causes more considerations to be had in choosing the right cosmetic products. The number of cosmetics products available with various types and criteria requires buyers to be more careful in determining the right cosmetic products. The right solution to overcome these problems is to use the concept of semantic ontologi. The ontologi development method used is Methontologi. The cosmetic products ontologi development model produces 3 classes, 5 object properties, 4 data properties, and 62 individuals or instances in each class. Abstract

Expert system is the one of Artificial Intelligence (AI). One type of expert system in the health sector is an expert system for diagnosing the stomach diseases which is based on symptoms or complaints of experience by the patient. The stomach diseases has several types, there are Gastritis, Dyspepsia, Gastroesophageal Reflex Disease (GERD), Stomach Cancer, Stomach Tumor. The right solution to overcome these problems is to maintain health and need a system to diagnose the symptoms of stomach disease in human to resolve the stomach diseases in the right time. Abstract

Once disk was either proactively or correctively replaced in a data center, it still contained data. With warranty or contractual agreement, the disk will be sent back to disk vendor outside of data center. Data with sensitive and confidential information will be risky leaved on disk sent outside data center without any effort to anticipate. By using sophisticated and latest technique, this information can be extracted for misused or criminal activity. We propose RAID striping, disk encryption, and dedicated shredding machine as multistage approach to secure the information. RAID striping will augment data while encryption will scramble information. Dedicated shredding machine will erase data by implementing simple machine and universal adaptor. By applying these combined multistage approaches, stakeholder will be no worried about the replaced disk sent outside their data center. By applying these three methods, accessible replaced disk’s data will be meaningless, unreadable then erased. Hence leaving disk with useless bits. For customer’s view on inaccessible disk, RAID striping and encryption will be more enough without erasing due to limited access on it. This approach shows three of four simulation which data on disk sent outside data center is secured.

Abstract

The eyes are one of the most important organs in the human body. Without eyes, we would not be able to see the objects around us. There are several eye diseases that are quite dangerous. One of the most dangerous eye diseases is cataracts. A cataract is an eye disease that causes clouding of the lens of the eye. In general, cataracts in the eye will develop slowly and, initially, are not too bothersome. But over time, it will interfere with vision and cause blindness. Therefore, cataracts must be treated immediately before they are fatal to the patient. Cataract is one of the most common causes of blindness in Indonesia. The results of the Rapid Assessment of Avoidable Blindness (RAAB) survey by the Association of Indonesian Ophthalmologists (Perdami) and Balitbangkes in 15 provinces, namely West Sumatra, North Sumatra, South Sumatra, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, South Kalimantan, Bali, NTT, NTB, North Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua with the target population over 50 years old, the blindness rate is known to reach 3 percent. Cataract is the leading cause, accounting for approximately 81 percent [1]. Based on these problems, the author took the initiative to create a program to detect cataracts in the eye using Image Processing.

Abstract

Digitalisasi naskah kitab kuno menghasilkan file-file citra yang diakuisisi melalui scanner atau kamera. Citra naskah kitab kuno Nusantara tentu saja memiliki noise karena hasil akuisisi dari kertas aslinya terdapat warna kecoklatan dan tekstur kertas yang berbeda. Maka dari itu penelitian ini berfokus berfokus pada peningkatan citra untuk menghapus noise yang ada pada citra dengan melakukan proses Thresholding. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Binary Thresholding. Hasil uji coba yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai Binary Thresholding dari rentang 65-130 yang terbukti dapat menghapus noise yang terdapat pada citra naskah kitab kuno Nusantara. Rata-rata keakuratan Binary Thresholding yang dicapai adalah 85%.

Abstract

Bali is an island that is very diverse in culture. One of the cultures that exist in Bali is a very unique means of carrying out Hindu ceremonies. The means of the ceremony itself, called Banten, is a medium for visualizing Hindu teachings and for conveying Sradha and Bhakti to Hyang Widhi's omnipotence. Now the Balinese people prefer to buy offerings for religious ceremonies. With the advent of the digitalization era, now everything can be done without meeting face to face, one of which is the field of e-commerce for buying and selling products online. Here the author is moved to create a website-based application, namely e-Banten using the waterfall method. e-Banten itself is a messaging application between Banten which is carried out via online orders.
