Abstract

GDP is an indicator used to find out  the condition of the economy in a region. The aimsof this study was to find out the effect of inflation, labor, and government spending on Bali economic growth simultaneously and partially. This study used multiple linear regression, the results shows simultaneously and partially have effect on inflation rates, the amount of labor, and government spending significant effect on the Bali economic growth.

Abstract

The informal sector is a small-scale economic activities are considered as a form of employment situation of the growth opportunities in the province of Bali. Unemployment and poverty are problems in economic development, there is no right way to solve this problem. Issues to be discussed is how to simultaneously and partially influence of the informal sector and unemployment on poverty in the province of Bali in 2004 to 2010. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous informal sector and significant effect on the reduction of unemployment in the province of Bali in 2004 to 2010. From the test results partially informal sector and significant negative effect on poverty in the province of Bali in 2004 to 2010. While unemployment is not a positive and significant effect partially on poverty in the province of Bali in 2004 to 2010.

Abstract

Large populations can arise a problem, one of them is employment. Labor growth which faster than the growth of employment opportunities will increase the number of unemployment in the society. The development of tourism sector in Bali not made ??free of unemployment. This study discusses about effects of inflation, investment, and wages to the unemployment rate in the Bali province in 1998-2011 both simultaneously and partially. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study shows inflation, investment, and wages simultanously have significant effect on the rate of unemployment in Bali in 1998-2011. While partially, inflation and investment do not affect on the unemployment rate in Bali in 1998-2011. And wages partially have significant effect on the unemployment rate in Bali in 1998-2011.

Abstract

The aims of study were to discuss issues concerning the effect of the age, marital status, and education variable to earnings of women workers in simultaneously and partial in the informal sector of Marga village, and differences in the family income before and after the women working in the informal sector. This study was at Marga village. Number of sample was 100 people. The data analysis technique has been used were multiple linear regression and t test. The test results shows that the age, marital status, and education variable in simultaneous have significant effect on the informal sector women worker’s income. There are differences in family income before and after the women working.

Abstract

Every country has the difference quality of human resources. Human resources are human capital that can be relied upon the value creation of sustainable competitive advantage. The quality of human resources is a process of improving the quality of human beings that have many options to improve their quality of life and level of welfare. Improvement of Human Development Index (IPM) particularly in Health, can be done by providing aid of health care programs that directed to the people to improve their health status. The first aim of this research is to know the successful of Bali Mandara Health Insurance Program (JKBM) that seen by input indicator, the process and output; second, to find out public perception about the service of Bali Mandara Health Insurance (JKBM); Third, to find out the benefits that received by users of Bali Mandara Health Insurance (JKBM). The Successful rate of Bali Mandara Health Insurance (JKBM) was considered by each indicator that used in this research. The respondent of this research are community of Bali Mandara Health Insurance (JKBM) user at Sukawati II Public Health Centre , Sukawati Sub-District,and Gianyar District, by the number of 99 people. The Method of sample determination is proportionate stratified random sampling. The method of Data collection that used are observation and interview by using the primary and secondary data. This research using two data analysis methods. First, Using the descriptive statistic methods to find out the success rate of program and to find out perception of people about Bali Mandara Health Insurance (JKBM). Second, Using of non-parametric statistic methods with McNemar’s Method to know the benefits of Bali Mandara Health Insurance (JKBM).  The samples that used in this research is about 99 (ninety-nine) respondents. The Result indicates the successful rate of  Bali Mandara Health Insurance (JKBM) and could seen by the input indicator, the process, and the successful output. It’s seen from the average scores that obtained from each of the input indicators, process and output. Perception of people who use Bali Mandara Health Insurance (JKBM) program at Sukawati II Public Health Centre , Sukawati Sub-District,and Gianyar District relatively success. It seen by the average answer score that obtain by respondents, because all of the indicator is above 3 Point. Bali Mandara Health Insurance (JKBM) program at Sukawati II Public Health Centre , Sukawati Sub-District,and Gianyar District provide positive benefits to all the people.

Abstract

In the era of free trade in international trade, competition will be intense. For each country was trying to improve its flagship production of export goods. The problem of this study is how the amount of production, prices, exports and investment towards copper Indonesia in 1995-2010. The analysis technique used is regeresi linear regression. The results of data analysis showed that the amount of production, prices and investment simultaneously significant effect on copper export volume of Indonesia in 1995-2010. Partially only variables that have a significant amount of production while the price variable and the investment does not significantly influence the volume of copper exports in Indonesia in 1995-2010.
