Abstract

The role of the industrial sector aimed at strengthening the the economic sector nasional and mutual support between sectors, boost the national economy, provide employment in order to reduce proverty and community development is also expected to boost per capita growth. Technology is a whole means toprovide goods for the survival and comfort of human life. With the help of capital intensive technology in the form of machines, then the process product company will more easily and quickly. Technology as a tool can be utilized in the production process, so that efforts to increase sales can be optimally performed and revenue increased. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the raw materials, capital, labor, and technology influence simultaneously and partially on operating revenues of bamboo crafts in Bangli regency. The research design for this study is the use of regression with moderating variable. Location or scope of this area of research conducted in Bangli regency. Object of this research is the object of bamboo handicraft industry in Bangli regency. Source of data used is primary data. The results showed that raw materials and significant positive effect on the income of bamboo handicraft business in Bangli regency. Modal positive and significant impact on the income of bamboo handicraft business in Bangli regency. Labor and significant positive effect on the income of bamboo handicraft business in Bangli regency. Technology able to moderate the influence of raw materials, capital and labor to the revenue bamboo handicraft in Bangli regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the direct effect of capital, wages and technology on employment, the direct effect of capital, wages, technology and employment on work productivity, the indirect effect of capital, wages and technology to work productivity through absorption labor. This research was conducted in Badung with employers respondents wooden sculptures which includes the District 6 is Abiansemal, Kuta, Kuta Utara, South Kuta, Mengwi and evening. Object of the study include capital, wages and technology. The sampling technique used is Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling. Samples of this research were 111 respondents. The data collected by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data processed uses path analysis techniques to analyze the effect of the direct path between the variables with other variables and test Sobel analyze the effect of indirectly through intervening variables.. The results showed capital, wages and technology and significant positive effect on employment wooden sculptures.

Abstract

The participation of women in the activities increased revenues can be seen from the amount of income obtained. Women's work is generally not as the main breadwinner although it is possible that the income will be very useful to support the family economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of direct and indirect labor income demographic variables against women through the allocation of work time female workers at Pasar Badung. This study using quota sampling method in data collection and analysis technique for the analysis of the data path. Based on the analysis found that age is a significant negative effect on the income of women workers in Pasar Badung while the allocation of working time and a significant positive effect on the income of women workers in Pasar Badung. The number of dependents and the allocation of working time and a significant positive effect on the income of women workers in Pasar Badung. Age and number of dependents indirect effect on labor income women through the allocation of women laborers working time in Badung market or in other words the allocation of working time is a variable mediating the effect of age and the number of dependents on labor income women through the allocation of work time.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Indonesia government get the additional capital resources from foreign debt. Every year the foreign debt has increased, different with the progress of export and import values are unstable. On the other side of Indonesia economic growth has fluctuated. The research objective is to determine the effect of Indonesia's foreign debt, exports, and imports simultaneously or partially to Indonesia's economic growth period 1996-2013. The data in this study is the development of Indonesia's economic growth, foreign debt, export, and import the period 1996-2013. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed Indonesia's foreign debt, exports, and imports simultaneously significant effect on the economic growth of Indonesia period 1996-2013. With the amount of R2 is 0.875, this means that 87.5 percent of Indonesia's foreign debt variables, exports and imports affect Indonesia's economic growth. For partial test consists of foreign debt is negative and significant, imports are negative but not significant, and exports are positive and significant to economic growth of Indonesia period 1996-2013.

Abstract

Revitalization the tradisional market is one of the government’s program to improve the performance of the market traders in Denpasar. The aim of this research was to find out the influence of the traditional market revitalization and the resource merchant to the performance of traders market in Denpasar. This research was done in Denpasar, included ten tradisional markets that have been revitalization. The sample in this research was a hundred participant, it is part of the merchants in ten markets that have been on the revitalization in Denpasar. The method of research that used was a structured interview and observation. This research used two methods analyze, they are konfimatori factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The konfimatori factor analysis was used to get the factor scores of laten variables formed by indicator variables, whereas the regression analysis was used to analyze the influence of the independent variable to the dependent variable. The result of the analysis partially showed the variable market revitalization and resource merchant had a significant effect to the performance of market traders. The variable that dominant influenced to the performance of market traders in Denpasar was variable market revitalization.

Abstract

It’s necessary to increase the productivity of SMEs because it will increase the production and generation of income. The main objective of  this research is  to analyze the research that the employer has knowledge on particularly on the productivity of SME clusters, to analyze the differences in productivity among SMEs and to receive government help compared to those who do not receive any government assistance,  and to analyze the effect of investments in partially on the productivity of SME clusters. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique in this research is to collect information from multiple government, private and corporate SMEs. While the data analysed will be collected an outcome and a result will be shown in illustration. (Graphs, Pie Chart, Figures). Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that: Education Entrepreneur’s have a positive and significant effect on the Peroduktivitas SME clusters, SME clusters who receive government assistance have greater productivity compared to SME clusters that do not receive government assistance, Investments are both positive and will have a significant effect on the productivity of SME clusters
