Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of "Jogja Smart Service" on Public Services in the City of Yogyakarta. This research-based on the study of the effectiveness of a Smart City product that is to realize Public Smart Service in an urban setting. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with literature review techniques and data analysis sources obtained from documents in the Jogja Smart Service application. Public services in the city of Yogyakarta have been integrated into one Jogja Smart Service application service so that it can be used by the people of Yogyakarta City effective and efficiently.

Abstract

The Batu City Food Self-Reliance Program was motivated by problems, the number of households with poor families above 30% according to the survey results of the Batu City BPS Team. The establishment of the food self-sufficient village program. The aim of the food self-sufficient village program has a goal to overcome poverty and reduce the level of food insecurity so that it will improve the welfare of the community and business activities are able to create income and employment opportunities that as a driver of economic growth for the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the local economy-based independent village food in realizing food security in the city of Batu and its problems in trying to achieve food security of the poor in Batu City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The theory used in this study is the local economy that was coined by Blakely and Bradshaw and management to realize food security in Batu City. Whereas in its management the Batu City Food Security Service uses methods which include Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Evaluating. In its implementation there are several stages that must be done including. The first stage is the preparation stage. Second is the growth stage, the third stage of development and finally the independence stage. Currently in Batu the implementation has gone through the four stages of the program, namely conducting a sustainable program for the food self-sufficient village program.

Abstract

Public services become the main face of the government as a bureaucratic organizer, poor public services from the government will get negative views from the public. The Office of Information and Communication of the City of Kediri as one of the government agencies implements the E-Suket (Electronic Certificate) as an innovation that was sparked to answer the problems of public services that exist in the people of the City of Kediri. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, the research subjects were conducted with the Kediri City Community and the Head of the Communication and Information Resources Development Division of the City of Kediri Communication and Information Office. Basuki Rahmat No. 15, Pocanan, Kediri City. Public service innovation E-Suket (Electronic Certificate) is an increase in public services in the City of Kediri, the change of public services from a manual system to an online service system. The existence of E-Suket as an innovation of the City Government of Kediri has not been able to overcome the existing problems, the problem is in the human resources sector in the field of informatics engineering for application administration in each village, the need for improvement and supervision of the system by the City Government of Kediri in order to provide the citizens of the City of Kediri smooth access in submitting applications application for letter through E-Suket.

Abstract

This study tries to explain the steps or efforts undertaken by the Batu City Election Commission in increasing the political participation of the people of Batu City who have held the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor in 2018. Batu City has a high level of community participation in the regional head election especially PILGUB, the low level of participation in Kota Batu is the reason why the party for democracy is hampered.

Abstract

Tamansari tourism village is one of the tourist villages in the City of Yogyakarata which is included in the Stubs category. Of course this is not expected, because Tamansari tourism village has a lot of potential. Community-based tourism development collaboration is the answer to overcome these problems. The concept of collaboration in the development of community-based tourism is expected to make Tamansari tourism village develop or be independent. This research method uses descriptive qualitative type, in knowing tourism collaboration management, data analysis is used by emphasizing structured and unstructured interview instruments in order to obtain complete data. This research concludes that the collaboration does not fully implement the principles of collaboration, and the collaborative process does not work in synergy. The results showed that stakeholders who played a direct role in tourism development were the Yogyakarta city tourism office, Patehan village head, academics, village tourism managers, and tourism service providers / providers. The pattern of cooperation between the government and the community is in the form of guidance, and collaboration between the academics and the community is in the form of studies. Exclusive facilitative and institutional leadership has become an obstacle to the collaborative process of developing Tamansari tourism village.

Abstract

This study discusses the problem of empowering superior products in Pandau Jaya Village through a field study by the author. he discussion in this research examines the empowerment of the Pandau Jaya Village community through the Superior Product Program Policy in 2019 which is based on 4 priority programs of the Ministry of Village. Then the source of capital for this superior product empowerment program is through the Pandau Jaya Village Income and Expenditure Budget. The superior product in Pandau Jaya Village is the superior product of honey papaya which is an agricultural commodity. As for the formulation of the problem in this research, how is the empowerment of the people of Pandau Jaya Village through the superior product program policy in 2019? And what is the process of forming a community empowerment policy in Pandau Jaya Village through superior products?. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative research which emphasizes the words with interview and documentation data collection techniques. The result of this research is that the problem that occurs in the empowerment program for superior honey papaya products in Pandau Jaya Village is the involvement of community participation in the implementation of empowerment programs, innovation in managing superior products and community empowerment in terms of commodity independence of farmer groups who are not involved in the implementation, empowerment program.
