Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Kelelahan Emosional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada guru SMK di Denpsar. Kepuasan kerja merupakan hal yang penting karena akan berpengaruh terhadap sikap seseorang. Variabel yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja salah satunya adalah kelelahan emosional. Data dari 196 responden yang dipilih dengan metode proportional random sampling, dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelelahan emosional berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja.

The purpose of this study is to determine the mediating effect of satisfaction in the relationship between the perception of risk with confidence green cosmetic products by using the object cosmetic brand The Face Shop. The study was conducted in Denpasar with a sample size of 120 customers cosmetic brand The Face Shop. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey method and analyzed by path analysis and Sobel test. The results of this study are negatively perceived risk to customer satisfaction, perceived risk negatively affect customer trust, satisfaction has positively influence on customer trust and satisfaction were significantly mediate the relationship between perceptions of risk with trust. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji reaksi pasar modal terhadap perusahaan yang melakukan merger yang dilihat abnormal returnnya. Terdapat 8 perusahaan yang melakukan merger pada tahun 2009 sampai 2013 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik Analisis data yang dipakai adalah uji paried sampel t-test atau uji t sampel berpasangan. Berdasarkan uji paried sampel t-tes atau Uji t sampel berpasangan, ditemukan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan abnormal return perusahaan yang signifikan sesudah dan sebelum melakukan merger.

Online shopping has become a trend and business phenomenon today in Indonesia. Purchase intention is a mental state that reflects consumers plan to purchase a number of products. This study aims to determine the effect of price perception, brand orientation, and shopping orientation of the intention to buy fashion online to students in the city of Denpasar. By using multiple linear regression analysis method, the results showed that simultaneous perception variable price, brand orientation, and shopping orientation and significant positive effect on the intention to buy fashion online. Partially shows that the perception of variable pricing and shopping orientation and a significant positive effect on the intention to buy fashion online. As for the brand orientation variable is positive and not significant effect on the intention to buy fashion online at students in the city of Denpasar.

ABSTRAK Organisasi harus memahami apa yang menjadi penyebab kepuasan dan ketidakpuasan karyawannya. Setiap organisasi memiliki pemimpin untuk menjalankan fungsi-fungsi manajemen.”Gaya kepemimpinan”dalam suatu organisasi”merupakan”salah satu”faktor yang menentukan”berhasil tidaknya suatu”organisasi”tersebut. Selain itu, faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja juga dapat disebabkan oleh stres kerja.”Penelitian ini bertujuan”untuk mengetahui”adanya”pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan secara parsial pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bali Selatan. Berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria dalam teknik sampel jenuh maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 139 karyawan. Hasil analisis data berdasarkan uji regresi linear berganda menemukan bahwa secara parsial kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap”kepuasan kerja karyawan.” Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Stres Kerja”Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.

Foreign investors (Foreign Direct Investment) assist Indonesia in developing the nation. FDI funding adjunct a financial development in Indonesia. This study aimed is to determine the effect of economic growth, interest rates and tax as a independend variable on foreign direct investment as a dependend variable. This research data source is time series secondary data within 13 years period of time (2001-2013). This study uses multiple regression analysis technique. This research foundithat economic growth has a significant positive effect on foreign direct investment and the tax rate has a significant negative effect on foreign direct investment.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between job satisfaction and turnover intention are mediated by organizational commitment at PT. Autobagus Rent Car Bali. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire consisting of a number of statements regarding job satisfaction, turnover intention, and organizational commitment. This study uses saturated sample, where the entire study population will be selected into the sample as many as 98 people. Data analysis techniques used in this research is path analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intentions directly and there is significant effect between job satisfaction on turnover intentions are mediated through organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of demographic on consumer complaining behavior central laundry service user industry in the city of Denpasar. This study used a qualitative research using questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis and chi square. It was found that the characteristics of age, income, education level had a significant relationship with the consumer complaint behavior in service, laundry services, where more than 25 years of age, high income, high education, and consumers who are female tend to submit complaints on services central laundry but did not take any action. Furthermore, the difference between male consumers and women in which consumers are the male sex preferring personal action.

Employee loyalty is very important for the survival and growth of productivity. Direction of this study to examine the work experience and transformational leadership on loyalty. This study uses saturated sample of 52 employees with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This study shows the results of that work experience and transformational leadership and significant positive effect simultaneously and partially on employee loyalty. Based on the research results, the expected leader can improve the training programs, provide motivation in the form of incentives, rewards and holiday allowances that can increase employee loyalty.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of job insecurity and financial compensation to job satisfaction and turnover intention of employees contract in Bali Dynasty Resort. This study uses 79 respondents to take the respondents of permanent employees and contract employees. Testing was conducted using path analysis technique (Path Analysis), Based on the analysis concluded variable job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job insecurity variable has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, financial compensation positive effect on job satisfaction, variable financial compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Implementation of this research is that to avoid the desire of employees to find new jobs in other companies can be done by applying the career path for employees to contract employees feel that their work has more advantages in the future
