Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor) in growing nationalism among the youth village Karangroto Genuk District of the city, which is a constraint factor Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor) in growing nationalism among the youth village Karangroto Genuk District of Semarang City , This study used qualitative methods to answer the problem formulation. Karangroto research location in the Village District of Genuk Semarang. The technique of collecting data using interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this study is the role of Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor) in growing nationalism among the youth village Karangroto Genuk District of Semarang City through existing activities in the work program. a) Basic Cadre Training (PKD), b) Basic Training Education (Diklatsar, constraints Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor) in growing nationalism among the youth village Karangroto Genuk Subdistrict Semarang City can be classified into two parts, namely, a) internal constraints include busy work , family problems and personal fulfillment, and b) external constraints include funding, other organizations, and enthusiastic youth. Researcher proposed suggestions are as follows, suggestions for the organization Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor) Twig Karangroto to increase activities that will encourage the growth of nationalism such as holding national seminars, then to administrators Ansor Youth Movement (GP Ansor) Twig Karangroto expected to improve the administration of document redaction organization, advice for young people to join the organization Karangroto Karangroto and more enthusiastic people to follow events or community activities in Karangroto, suggestions for the village Karangroto to better support the activities of civil society organizations in Karangroto by helping round of funding.

Abstract

Abstract: This research to examined the role of  Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama (FKUB, the strategies of used, as well as the supporting and obstacles’s factor faced by FKUB in developing the value of tolerance in Bekasi Regency. The location of this research was in FKUB office, Sinyar Barat street No 10, Karangsari Village, Cikarang Timur District, Bekasi Regency. This research used a qualitative’s method with data collecting by interviewing, observation and documentation. The result showed that the role of FKUB in developing  the value of tolerance in Bekasi Regency including three important roles,they are : the are role as figure religious includes helping the government to resolve the conflicts, the role model for his  followers, teaching the religious pluralism As the member of FKUB including: the implementers of the socialization program PBM, helping the government to resolve conflict between the religious communities, active in dialogue with society,reviewing the recommendations a permit for the establishment of worship’s house. As the officials including implementers, the communicator and coordinator of the FKUB’s  program. The strategy and media that used dialogue, although there isn’t the special media, only by socializing through the districts/wards. FKUB programs in developing value of tolerance is the socialization PBM No. 9/8 2006, dialogue with community organizations and figures. The supporting and obstacles’s factor in developing tolerance of value  in Bekasi regency consists of internal and external. Suggestion in this research are: for FKUB as the government’s partners keep trying to socialize PBM so that people  be able understand. For local governments, providing the official office and establishing a permanent budget for FKUB on implementing it’s program. For the society, supporting FKUB in efforts in developing value of tolerance and keeping the religious harmony in Bekasi regency.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the position and the role of women in doing the function of legislation in the DPRD Kabupaten Cilacap 2009-2014 period. The analysis is performed using interactive qualitative analysis. The result that is gained in this research shows that the position of councilwomen in the DPRD Kabupaten 2009-2014 period is still marginal politically. The role of the councilwomen in the implementation of the function of legislation in the DPRD Kabupaten Cilacap 2009-2014 period does not seem maximum. The position or the office of councils influences the role of councils either the councilwomen or the councilmen especially in the implementation of the function of legislation in the DPRD Kabupaten Cilacap 2009-2014 period. The suggestion of this research is that it needs the upgrading of skills and self-quality of the councilwomen in order to be able to do the duty and the function well as the local council in the DPRD Kabupaten Cilacap, it needs the upgrading of awareness and sensitivity from the councilwomen in order to be able to represent the aspiration of women, it needs the endorsement from either the councilmen or the executive party in the implementation of the fucntion of legislation in order to create rewarding legal products for the interests of many people and the people themselves need to get socialization in order not to be stuck in the system of patriarchy, so that it will create the equality between women and men in every aspect of the social life.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is aimed to determine the law used in the distribution of inheritance and the reason of implementing its law of Muslim society in the Sugihan Tengaran village. This study used a qualitative research method. The subject of research is the village apparatus, Muslim society of Sugihan Village, and the public figures. The technique of collecting data was using interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicated that the distribution of inheritance in the Sugihan village used Customary Inheritance Law. The reason in choosing the customary inheritance law of Sugihan society was that customary inheritance law enforcement has been done for generations and believed to better reflect the sense of justice and carried through an agreement in order to create harmony among the heirs. The distribution of inheritance can be held when the testator was still alive in a way of grant, or after the testator's death. The timing of the distribution of inheritance was usually carried out after 100 days (Nyatus) of the testator's death by way of meeting of whole heirs and witnessed by testator's relatives or village apparatus. The distribution of inheritance before the testator's death depended on the initiative of the heirs. The main heir is the child, with the male inheritance heirs more than the female called as Sepikul Segendong. The distribution of inheritance used individual inheritance system.

Abstract

Social interaction occurs when one individual does an action; thus, it creates reaction to other individuals. Social interaction is not only a form of cooperation, but it is also competition and conflict. Consequently, it can be stated that the interaction is the basis of a form of social interaction because if there is no social interaction, the activity of individual between another individual is not called as interaction. This activity becomes a basis that creates social interaction of inhabitants at Perumahan Alam Sejahtera Dedy Jaya. The purpose of this research are: 1) To determine social interaction of inhabitants at Perumahan Alam Sejahtera Dedy Jaya, Pasarbatang Village, Brebes Regency. 2) To determine the obstruction of social interaction of inhabitants at Perumahan Alam Sejahtera Dedy Jaya, Pasarbatang Village, Brebes Regency. This research used a qualitative approach. It was conducted at Perumahan Alam Sejahtera Dedy Jaya, Pasarbatang Village, Brebes Regency. The source of research data was taken from the board office of housing, the chairman of RW, the chairman of RT, the prominent figure of the society and the inhabitants. The focus of this research was the social interaction that could be seen from the forms of social interaction in carrying out such activities, RT meeting, Pos Ronda, mutual cooperation etc. The methods of data collection used observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the research that explained about social interaction at Perumahan Alam Sejahtera Dedy Jaya, basically they were formed because of the result of social activity among inhabitants. After the writer searched and observed deeply, the results of the research showed that the social interaction that occurs between inhabitants was through some forms of social interactions and they were classified in the process of cooperation, competition, accommodation, and conflict. The implementation in the field of social interaction that occurred between people was very good and the course of activity also happened very well; as a result, the activities at Perumahan Alam Sejahtera Dedy Jaya were accordance with the expectation from society, i.e. there was social interactions that maintain the relationship among inhabitants.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to assess the role of the Social Rehabilitation Center "Wanita Utama" Surakarta in mental development and job skills training, and supporting and inhibiting factors in mental development and job skills training female former commercial sex workers. This research used Qualitative method of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research location is the Social Rehabilitation Center "Wanita Utama" Surakarta. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the role of the Center for Social Rehabilitation “Wanita Utama” Surakarta in mental development and job skills training as a social planner's role, the role of liaison, the role of educators, and the role of empowerment. In mental development type of activities includes: coaching Islam and Christianity, mental counseling, character, character development, and ESQ. While the job skills training includes skills cooking/catering, sewing, and salon. Inhibiting factors in mental development and job skills training comes from the Beneficiary, derived from the Social Rehabilitation Center “Wanita Utama” Surakarta, and comes from the Community. Supporting factors, derived from internal and external supporters. Internal supporting factorsnamely human resources, and education. External support factor is the availability of APBD 1 Central Java as a source of funds, and support cross-sectoral cooperation are good. The writer suggested that, (1) should provide guidance module on mental and job skills training, so that beneficiaries can learn about their own material after hours of coaching. (2) Added the tool cooking skills, sewing, and the salon so the training is effective. (3).At the time of visiting hours should cooperate with the police so that no disruption of the family, pimp, or thugs who want to forcibly eject Beneficiaries

Abstract

This research is to know about first participant perception of students at MA Al Asror to Islam politics party 2014 and what influence factors that perception. Quantitative and qualitative methods is use by this research. The location is MA Al Asror at Jl. Legoksari Raya No 02 Patemon Kecamatan  Gunungpati  Kabupaten Semarang. The population are 138 students MA Al Asror 2014/2015 of 12nd class, and 101 students as respondent. Primary and secondary data is data source. The questionnaires and interview as collecting data technique.  Data analysis method used is descriptive percentage analysis. The result showed that first participant perception of students at MA Al Asror to Islam politics party 2014 on good criteria (84,55%). The influence factors of this perception is want to looking for information and participate the politics activity, perspective and mission, work programs, and family’s area.

Abstract

This researched purpose to determine Omah Tani efforts in the fight for land rights of farmers in the village of Tumbrep Subdistrict, Batang airport and results Omah Farmers struggle in the fight for land rights of farmers in the village of Batang District of Tumbrep This study used a qualitative research method. Subject of research is the Governing Omah Tani, Tumbrep farmer in the village, the village in the village Tumbrep. Tumbrep village communities. The technique of collecting data using interviews, and documentation. Form of the results of this study conducted by Omah movement Tani divided by 3 (three) kinds of activities. The first activity is to accommodate the masses with a massive amount to do a demonstration. The second form is pursuing legal and audience either with the police, Kejari and also members of the regional legislature. And the final form that the legal assistance when farmers face a trial related to land disputes. The outcome of the struggle Omah Tani is the completion of several land disputes and assist the process of claim PT. Tratak plantations to farmers, and the Omah Farmers can win the lawsuit. On December 18, 2014 came out the decision of the head of the National Land Agency Centre No. 7 / PTT-HGU ​​/ BPN-RI / 2013, which decided that the concession No. 1 / Rod on behalf of PT. Abstract

The objectives of this research to find out the characteristic of the students’ morality  in SLB B YPLB Danyang Kabupaten Grobogan, the morality that is implanted to the students’ of SLB B YPLB Danyang Kabupaten Grobogan, and the obstacles faced by the teacher in doing the founding of morality to the students of SLB B YPLB Danyang Kabupaten Grobogan. This research uses qualitative method. The location of this method is in SLB B YPLB Danyang Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Grobogan. The procedure of data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that The characteristic of the morality founding that is applied by SLB B YPLB Danyang is contained in the used curriculum, the process of morality founding, the activity of morality founding, and the implementation time. The values of morality that are implanted to the students of SLB B YPLB are appropriate with the values contained in the Pancasila. The obstacles that are faced in doing the founding of morality in SLB B YPLB Danyang consist of internal and external obstacles. The suggestions of this research are: for school, based on the condition exists, it shows that there are still many teachers with less competent skill. Therefore, school party should do the recruitment of teachers as well as and as objectively as it can.

Abstract

The number of transport annually has increased in Indonesia, especially in road transport, but it is also the level of traffic violations in the city of Cirebon high, according to data of the Directorate of Traffic Police Department Republic of Indonesia West Java Cirebon City resort number of traffic violations totaled 25371 traffic violation (Data: Traffic Police Resort Cirebon City, 2014), and based on an initial survey in SMAN 3 Cirebon as a formal educational institution that has a policy regarding motor vehicle parking system students who drive to school. Formulation of the problem in this research are: 1) How does the role of schools in raising awareness of road traffic in SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon, 2) How is the impact of school policies regarding motor vehicle parking system in raising awareness of traffic laws SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon. Qualitative research approach. Location study in SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon. Data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation. Triangulation techniques through interviews and observations. Results of this study of the role of school SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon through activities such Intrakurikeler exists only in learning PPKN, and BK, and through extracurricular activities organized dissemination activities about the traffic, the distribution of helmets to students in collaboration with the department of transportation, driver's license held school in cooperation with the police, every morning in front of the school there are police who helped ferrying students, teachers, and employees of SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon and parking policy SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon.
