JAA menerbitkan hasil peneitian original dan review artikel dalam bidang sosial ekonomi pertanian, agribisnis, dan agrowisata. Penulis diharapkan mengimkan karya tulisnya yang belum pernah dipublikasikan, sedang di-review atau sedang dipertimbangkan untuk diterbitkan di jurnal atau media lain secara lengkap. Ruang lingkup JAA mencangkup, tetapi tidak terbatas pada bidang berikut: pengembangan bisnis, pengembangan masyarakat, sistem subak dan rekayasa agrowisata, koperasi agribisnis, serta komputasi dan multimedia dalam bidang pertanian. Abstract

Traditional Market Management and Trader Income After Revitalization (Case Study of Kapal Traditional Market in Mengwi District, Badung Regency). The existence of traditional markets is increasingly displaced by the expansion of supermarkets. This is due to the physical conditions of traditional markets which seem dirty and smelly. The cause is the lack of good market management by traditional market managers. One way to maintain the existence of traditional markets is market revitalization. Revitalization helps to improve the physical condition of the market. Moreover, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is also necessary. Good market management may help to improve the income of traders. This study aims to identify income of traders and the management of Kapal Traditional Market after revitalization. The data used are primary data that was obtain by distributing questionnaires to 16 traders of agricultural products in the Market. Secondary data was obtained from related literature. The results show that the management of the Kapal Traditional Market has been running according to the SOP and the highest average income is obtained by fruit traders, amounting to Rp 34.687.166 for one year or Rp 2.890.597 for one month. However, the income is below the average net income for self-employment according to BPS, which is Rp 3,000,400 for one month. The manager of the traditional market should consider social media promotion in order to increase the income of the traders.

Abstract

Analysis of Visitor Satisfaction Level of Satisfaction with Edelweis Park Agrotourism in Karangasem Regency, Bali. The development of tourism in Indonesia has increased significantly, this is supported by the government's policy to continue to make improvements to the tourism sector massively and evenly from Sabang to Merauke. The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics of visitors, analyze the level of visitor satisfaction and analyze the level of suitability of edelweis park agrotourism. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Customer satisfaction index (CSI) and Importance performance analysis (IPA). The results showed that visitors to Edelweis Park agrotourism were dominated by women aged 17-25 years, last high school education, and had an income level of >Rp. 3,500,000. The level of visitor satisfaction in visiting edelweis park agrotourism is included in the category of satisfied with a percentage of 71.36%. The average value of the degree of conformity, level of importance and level of performance of the overall indicator is 86.23% so it can be concluded that the level of conformity in Edelweis Park agrotourism as a whole is in the category of "very suitable". Based on the level of suitability of agrotourism Edelweis Park has several things that must be improved again in the position of quadrant I, namely trash cans, bathrooms, parking lots, access roads, and directions.

Abstract

Ecotourism Development in Nyambu Village, Kediri Sub-district, Tabanan Regency. Nyambu Village is an agricultural area located at the southern tip of Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. The sustainability of the agricultural system in Bali is very dependent on the subak irrigation system. Subak Mundeh, which is located in Nyambu Village, is very suitable to be developed as an object of ecotourism. The development of agriculture-based ecotourism is a tourism development model that has the potential to develop the agricultural and tourism sectors. Many factors influence the success of an ecotourism, so it is important to know the role of the Nyambu Village community and Subak Mundeh farmers in the development of Nyambu Village Ecotourism. This study used a descriptive analysis method with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The number of respondents was 70 people, who were selected by accidental sampling technique. This research shows that Subak Mundeh farmers and the people of Nyambu Village work together in developing Nyambu Village Ecotourism, namely by preserving traditional arts and culture, subak regulations, historical monuments, and maintaining the sustainability of the environment. The Government should provide more support so that the development of Nyambu Village Ecotourism could be better.

Abstract

The Potential of the Agricultural Sector in the Economic Development of Jembrana Regency. The agricultural sector in Jembrana Regency is the sector that provides the largest contribution to the regional domestic product of the Province of Bali, amounting to Rp 1,810,266.32 million. Based on the available resources, Jembrana Regency has an agricultural land area of 38.5% and most of the population work as farmers (28.01%). However, the agricultural sector has not been able to become a driving force to develop the potential of the agricultural sector in Jembrana Regency to the fullest. This study aims to analyze: (1) the position of Jembrana Regency in the regional economy in Bali Province, (2) the position of the agricultural sector in the regional economy in Jembrana Regency and (3) the types of agricultural commodities which are the leading commodities in Jembrana Regency. The results show that the position of Jembrana Regency in the regional economy in Bali Province is within quadrant IV, meaning that it is a relatively underdeveloped area. The position of the agricultural sector in Jembrana Regency is within quadrant I, meaning that the sector is progressing and growing rapidly. The results of the Location Quotient analysis show that the leading commodities in Jembrana Regency for the food crop sub sector are rice, soybeans and green beans, while in the horticultural crop sub sector are long beans, large chilies, cucumbers, eggplants, watermelons, melons, bananas, rambutan, pineapple, duku and soursop. This research is expected to help the local government in determining priorities and policies in developing the agricultural sector in the Jembrana Regency so that it could transform Jembrana Regency into a developed and growing region.
