<![CDATA[Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata ruang kantor terhadap efektivitas kinerja pegawai. Yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah pegawai Kantor Camat Kintom sedangkan yang menjadi objeknya pengaruh tata ruang kantor dan efektifitas kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian yaitu seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat Kintom yang berjumlah 32 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau studi sensus. Sumber data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi pearson product momen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara tata ruang kantor terhadap efektifitas kinerja pegawai berdasarkan uji nilai koefisien korelasi (r) adalah 0,683%, apabila koefisien korelasi (r) tersebut diintervasikan dengan kategori yang telah ditentukan, maka r = termasuk pada kategori pengaruh yang kuat atau tinggi. Nilai r² adalah 46,64% yang memberikan arti bahwa tata ruang kantor berpengaruh sebesar 46,64% terhadap efektifitas kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Kintom Kabupaten Banggai, sedangkan 53,36% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of office layout on the effectiveness of employee performance.
