Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of employee perceptions of Green Management Commitment and Green Intellectual Capital on Environmental Performance, with Green Organizational Culture as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach, with primary data collected through an online questionnaire. The population of this study was all hospital management officials in Bengkulu City, from top management and middle management to operations management. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, utilizing PLS software version 4.1.0.8. The results of the analysis showed that Green Commitment of Leaders and Green Intellectual Capital did not have a significant positive effect on Environmental Performance. Meanwhile, Green Organizational Culture had a significant positive effect on Environmental Performance. Furthermore, Green Commitment of Leaders and Green Intellectual Capital had a significant positive effect on Green Organizational Culture. In addition, Green Organizational Culture significantly mediates the relationship between Green Commitment of Leaders and Environmental Performance, as well as between Green Intellectual Capital and Environmental Performance.
