Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Praktek Bagi Hasil Daur Ulang Sampah Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis data, interpretasi data, dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan yang mengacu pada analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini diantaranya adalah pemahaman mengenai teknis bagi hasil pada Bank Sampah Padu Mandiri Desa Pasar II Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara serta praktik bagi hasil seperti apa yang diterapkan sehingga hasilnya Ekonomi Syariah mempunyai peranan yang besar. peran dalam praktik bagi hasil Bank Sampah Padu Mandiri Desa Pasar II Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara. Meskipun konsep perbankan konvensional mengarah ke sistem perbankan, namun Ekonomi Syariah yang diterapkan di Bank Sampah Padu Mandiri Desa Pasar II Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara menerapkan dua mekanisme yaitu: Profit sharing atau bagi hasil, dimana total pendapatan usaha dipotong dari biaya operasional untuk mendapatkan keuntungan atau keuntungan. bersih, Bagi Hasil, yaitu keuntungan berdasarkan total pendapatan usaha sebelum dikurangi biaya operasional atau pendapatan kotor. Bagi hasil pada perbankan syariah merupakan fitur khusus yang ditawarkan kepada masyarakat. Dalam aturan syariah yang berkaitan dengan pembagian hasil usaha, harus ditentukan terlebih dahulu pada awal akad (akad). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa sistem bagi hasil dengan akad mudharabah merupakan salah satu perspektif sistem bagi hasil dalam Ekonomi Syariah. Bank Sampah Padu Mandiri menerapkan prinsip ini pada mekanisme dan seluruh proses nasabah serta produk yang dihasilkan oleh Bank Sampah Mandiri Padu Desa Pasar II Kecamatan Prabumulih Utara

Abstract

This study examines pilgrim satisfaction through the Servqual model (reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles) at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. A quantitative survey method was applied to 74 randomly selected respondents from a population of 294 prospective pilgrims. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire, validated by Aiken’s V (> 0.70) and reliability tested by Cronbach’s α (> 0.80). Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that all five Servqual dimensions significantly affect pilgrim satisfaction (F-stat = 12.345; p < 0.05), with a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.65. Partially, reliability (β = 0.38; p < 0.01) and assurance (β = 0.29; p < 0.05) emerged as dominant predictors. These findings reinforce Parasuraman et al.’s (1988) propositions in religious services and highlight the need to enhance staff competencies and supporting facilities to optimize empathy and tangible dimensions. This study provides empirical contributions to the development of Servqual models in public sectors with religious values.

Abstract

Honesty is a fundamental value in Islamic teachings and plays a crucial role in shaping human character and moral conduct. Amid various moral challenges in educational settings, such as plagiarism, academic dishonesty, the misuse of digital technology, and declining student integrity, strengthening the value of honesty has become increasingly important. As one of the primary sources of Islamic teachings alongside the Qur'an, the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) contains educational values that serve as a foundation for character development. This study aims to analyze the educational values embedded in Hadiths concerning honesty using a thematic (maudhu'i) approach and to examine their relevance to strengthening character education. The study employed a qualitative approach with a library research method. Primary data consisted of authentic (ṣaḥīḥ) Hadiths related to honesty, while secondary data were obtained from relevant books, scholarly articles, and previous research. Data analysis involved the inventory of Hadiths, thematic classification, content analysis based on classical and contemporary syarah (Hadith commentaries), synthesis of educational values, and interpretation of their relevance to character education. The findings reveal that Hadiths concerning honesty encompass educational values such as integrity, trustworthiness (amanah), responsibility, exemplary conduct, and moral consistency. These values are interrelated in fostering students' noble character. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that the concept of honesty in the Hadith extends beyond interpersonal relationships by incorporating a spiritual dimension that nurtures continuous moral awareness. Therefore, Hadiths concerning honesty remain highly relevant as a conceptual foundation for strengthening character education in the contemporary era.
