Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-Service quality on Bank Syariah Indonesia customers' interest in investing in gold installments, particularly among Generation Z in South Jakarta. The e-Service quality offered by BSI, encompassing aspects such as ease of access, speed of response, transaction security, and ease of use of the application, is considered a crucial factor influencing customer investment decisions. The research method used was quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 160 Generation Z respondents in South Jakarta. The collected data were then analyzed using SmartPLS to examine the relationship between e-Service quality and customer interest. The results indicate that e-Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer interest in investing in gold installments. Dimensions of e-Service quality, such as ease of access and speed of response, are the main factors driving investment interest.
