<![CDATA[Bali Province has an economic structure dominated by the tourism, services, and micro-enterprise sectors, as well as strong social norms that create opportunities and obstacles for female workers, especially married female workers. These limitations affect the employment opportunities of married female workers, making them very limited. Limited employment opportunities will impact the quality of life of married female workers. This research is important to analyze and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of patrilineal culture and psychological conditions partially and simultaneously on the employment opportunities of married female workers in Bali Province, with the job aspiration variable as a moderating variable. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of patrilineal culture and psychological conditions on employment opportunities for married female workers in Bali Province with work aspirations as a moderating variable. The results of this study are: 1) The patrilineal culture variable has a negative and significant effect on the employment opportunities of married female workers in Bali Province; 2) The psychological condition variable has a negative and significant effect on the employment opportunities of married female workers in Bali Province; and 3) The job aspiration variable is unable to moderate the influence of the patrilineal culture variable and psychological conditions on the employment opportunities of married female workers in Bali Province.]]>
