Abstract

One of the important things that influences student learning success is the establishment of effective communication between teachers and parents, teachers and students and parents and students. The purpose of this research is to determine the important role of communication from these three elements. The results of this research show that communication between these three elements has a significant role in student learning success. Teachers are able to establish communication with students as evidenced by effective classroom management. Teachers provide appropriate and accurate information to parents regarding student information. This is because teachers and parents have the same desire, namely to realize student success. Apart from that, maintaining communication ethics is a guideline mentioned in the Al-Qur'an, the Al-Qur'an even states it clearly with the sentences Qoulan sadida, qoulan layyinan, Qaulan baliigha. The terms mentioned in the Qur'an are a signal and guidance for humans, especially believers, that paying attention to ethics when communicating is very important. Maintaining communication ethics motivates students to improve their achievements and learning outcomes. Students who receive attention from teachers in the form of good treatment make them learn well. Likewise, attention from their parents in the form of trust and provision of learning needs is a factor that strengthens their enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

Merendahkan atau menganggap remeh orang lain merupakan hal buruk bagi keselarasan kehidupan. Ketidakharmonisan disebabkan karena terlukanya perasaan orang lain. Seorang individu memiliki perasaan yang ia bawa sejak dilahirkan dari rahim ibunya, dan merupakan anugerah terindah yang diberikan Tuhan kepadanya. Oleh karena itu, begitu ia direndahkan maka serta merta harkat dan derajat yang ia miliki terinjak, sehingga timbul rasa sakit hati dan tidak sedikit yang berakhir dengan pembunuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang bersifat library research dan teknis pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan mencari referensi pada buku-buku, jurnal dan kajian litelatur lain yang relevan.

Abstract

The era of disruption, characterized by the development of digital technology, rapid social change, and shifts in values ​​and culture, demands transformation in the world of education, including in the professionalism of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. PAI teachers are not only required to master Islamic material normatively, but also to be able to adapt to changing times, master learning technology, and possess strong pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. This article aims to examine in depth the concept of strengthening the professionalism of PAI teachers in the era of disruption, the factors that influence it, and development strategies. This study uses a qualitative approach with a library research method on various literature sources in the form of books, scientific journals, and educational policy documents. The results show that strengthening the professionalism of PAI teachers must be carried out holistically through improving digital competencies, strengthening the values ​​of religious moderation, developing innovative learning, and providing policy and institutional support. Thus, PAI teachers are expected to be able to carry out their role optimally in shaping students who are religious, moderate, and adaptive to the challenges of the times.
