Abstract

The relevance of the study. Disabilities of children with chronic catarrhal gingivitis, a decrease in the number of gum cells with cytopathological changes, against the background of an increase in the number of cells of the inflammatory infiltrate of PMN and intact monocytes, a decrease in the number of nucleated cells of the spiny layer and non-nuclear keratinized cells, is one of the important links in the pathogenesis of the disease.

Abstract

Relevance. There is a high prevalence and intensity, first of all, of caries and periodontal diseases in trained workers of industrial enterprises, as well as a great need among them for dental treatment and prosthetics [Kabirova M.F., Usmanova I.N., 2009; Leonova L.E., Kamenskikh M.V., 2011; Leskov A.S., 2012; Saradzhev, V.V., 2005; Khavkina E.Yu., Olesov E.E., Maksyukov S.Yu., Makeev A.A., Rogatnev V.P., Magamedkhanov Yu.M., Kuznetsov A.V., Kolyabina Yu.V., 2011]. At the same time, most workers with long experience have general somatic diseases, low motivation to preserve dental health and adequate oral hygiene remains [Dubinina L.M., 2008; Kolyabina Yu.V., 2010; Kononenko V.I., Bronstein D.A., Olesov E.E., Khlutkov E.S., Yarilkina S.P., Kishko E.V., Zharov A.V., Rudakov V.A., 2012; Olesova V.N., Sorokoumov G.L., Balkarov A.O., Zakariev Z.Z., Pavlova N.A., Musheev I.U., 2007]. Large industrial enterprises have departmental medical services, including dental, and sanatorium facilities for the medical rehabilitation of their employees. The interaction of dentists at the workplace and in the sanatorium needs to be analyzed in modern conditions.

Abstract

Relevance. The problem of increasing the effectiveness of determining the purpose of dental caries in children with cerebral palsy and improving treatment methods is currently considered as of great importance in maintaining the health of the younger generation, as well as in profiling diseases [2.4.6.8]. Dental diseases are among the most common diseases among other diseases, and caries and its complications occupy a leading place in children with cerebral palsy. Cerebral palsy in children is detected in about 1000 people out of 3-5 babies born. According to the results of dental examinations, the prevalence of dental caries and its complications in children with cerebral palsy ranges from 80% to 85% [1.3.5.7.9]. Therefore, the main attention in the world is paid to the development of new highly effective methods for the prevention of childhood caries. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the number of severe complications caused by the disease of 3-4 teeth in three-year-olds increases on average. Severe and complex complication of caries is caused by the development of acute and chronic odontogenic inflammatory process in temporary teeth. In the world, there are many endo - and exogenous methods for the prevention of dental caries, on the basis of their application, the newly emerging carious disease was reduced to 30-40% [10.11.13.16]. The organization of an effective system of caries profiling in children is one of the urgent problems facing the employees of the field.
