Abstract

This research intends to examine the persuasive communication strategies employed in the video “Untukmu yang Lelah Dengan Cobaan Hidup” available on the Gus Iqdam Official YouTube channel. A qualitative descriptive method is utilized to recognize message types, delivery techniques, and the influential effect of the presented communication. The results demonstrate that the influential methods employed consist of emotional wording, narrative techniques, gentle humor, and soothing tone, all of which contribute to creating psychological intimacy with the listeners. The credibility of the communicator increases the effectiveness of the message, making the audience feel acknowledged, comforted, and inspired. In general, the material successfully creates beneficial effects like enhanced comprehension, improved emotional strength, and a change in audiences’ viewpoints on life's difficulties.
