Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which expectations and work culture influence the performance of outsourcing employees at M. Djamil General Hospital. A quantitative approach was used in this study by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 84 employees. The analysis tool used in this study was SPSS with a multiple linear regression research method. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant influence of expectations on performance. Work culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of outsourcing employees at M. Djamil General Hospital, Padang City. Expectations and work culture together have a significant influence on the performance of outsourcing employees at M. Djamil Padang General Hospital.
