Abstract This research aims to analyze the transformation of professionalism in local church administration thru theological education in the digital era. The development of digital technology has significantly changed the patterns of communication, leadership, and church ministry. Local churches are required not only to have adequate theological understanding but also professional competence in managing technology-based ministries. However, there is still a gap between academic theological education and church management practices that are contextual and adaptive to digital developments. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with methods such as in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The research results show that theological education has an important contribution in shaping integrity, doctrinal competence, and service ethics. However, the transformation of professionalism is not yet optimal due to the lack of integration between the academic curriculum and practical digital skills in church ministry. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the transformation of professionalism in local church ministry requires a synergy between spiritual formation, strengthening theological competence, and digital literacy. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis transformasi profesionalitas penatalayanan gereja lokal melalui pendidikan teologis di era digital. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola komunikasi, kepemimpinan, dan pelayanan gerejawi secara signifikan. Gereja lokal dituntut tidak hanya memiliki pemahaman teologis yang memadai, tetapi juga kompetensi profesional dalam mengelola pelayanan berbasis teknologi. Namun, masih ditemukan kesenjangan antara pendidikan teologis yang bersifat akademis dengan praktik penatalayanan gereja yang kontekstual dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan teologis memiliki kontribusi penting dalam membentuk integritas, kompetensi doktrinal, dan etika pelayanan. Akan tetapi, transformasi profesionalitas belum optimal karena kurangnya integrasi antara kurikulum akademik dan keterampilan praktis digital dalam pelayanan gereja. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi profesionalitas penatalayanan gereja lokal memerlukan sinergi antara pembinaan spiritual, penguatan kompetensi teologis, dan literasi digital.
