Abstract

The importance of village organizational structures in the context of knowledge sharing and innovation is key to increasing the capacity and effectiveness of village government. This article explains that the village organizational structure has a significant impact on the pattern, direction, attitude and coordination in sharing knowledge between elements of the village organization. By exploiting opportunities in the dimensions of complexity, formalization and centralization, organizational structure empowerment can be carried out to achieve village development goals. Village leaders have an important role in increasing capacity and adaptability to changing times. An effective knowledge sharing process in village government can encourage innovation, increase performance effectiveness, and approach the goals desired by the community. The importance of having an open mindset and an environment that supports free expression is also emphasized as the main key in creating innovation. Through literature analysis, this article concludes that village organizational structure influences the pattern and direction of knowledge sharing, which ultimately influences the capacity and effectiveness of village government. To achieve this, empowering organizational structures need to focus on the dimensions of complexity, formalization and centralization. By reducing complexity and increasing formalization, the process of knowledge sharing and innovation can be facilitated, supporting the achievement of village development goals.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the quality of human resources in the management of village funds to empower the village economy and to identify factors that enable and hinder the process, from managing village funds to the quality of human resources in the village. The article employs a literature study method. The literature study approach is used to investigate the role of human resource quality and village fund management in the context of rural development. Relevant literature on human resource quality, village fund management, and rural economic growth serves as the basis for identifying factors influencing economic growth at the village level. Fundamentally, a country's progress can be identified through the development of its villages. Therefore, human resources play a crucial role in the village fund management process to foster economic growth. The case study focuses on a village that is analyzed in-depth, with an emphasis on the implementation of human resource quality and village fund management in local economic development. The findings reveal that high-quality human resources, particularly in terms of education and skills, have a positive impact on village fund management and economic growth. Community empowerment, income diversification, and the use of technology are identified as critical factors in this success. Abstract

The main challenge in the development of human resources (HR) in Indonesia is the low quality of education. The purpose of this research is to find out the policy management and strategies of Higher Education in realizing the Golden Indonesia Vision 2045 based on Government Regulation (PP) Number 60 of 1999. The research method uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach (literature study). The results of the study show that: Higher Education Policy Management and Strategy to realize a Golden Indonesia 2045 is the application of technology-based education management and digital literacy to create human resources who are able to compete at the national and international levels; optimizing the link and mach policy to strengthen the role of universities and the industrial sector as well as collaborative governance triple helix; and improving access to education in remote areas with the opening of public schools and satellite campuses.
