<![CDATA[Participants’ limited ability to operate essential office applications that support the learning process in non-formal education. This community service (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat or PkM) activity aims to enhance participants' digital competencies in the Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SKB) through basic training in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. The training was conducted over two days and involved participants from the Paket B (equivalent to junior high school) and Paket C (equivalent to senior high school) programs. The methods used included material delivery, demonstrations, guided practice, and independent exercises. The material focused on using basic Word features to create official documents and PowerPoint to create simple, effective presentations. The training results showed that participants were able to apply the basic features of both applications independently. Participants gave positive feedback on the training and reported improved skills and confidence in using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Additionally, their confidence and motivation to learn about and use digital technology increased significantly. These findings indicate that structured basic computer training is an effective strategy for strengthening participants’ digital competencies in a non-formal educational setting. The implementation of systematic, application-based methods further ensures tangible and sustainable skill transfer, thereby supporting the learning process at the SKB more effectively.]]>
